Blair grew up in a very low income household in Seattle. She was always much brighter than her cohorts, but being a lynx demi-human rather than a normal cat girl meant she was subject to certain prejudices. "Wild" they called her. "Uncivilized" some might even say. She wanted to prove them all wrong. Blair always had a fascination and interest in crime and investigation. At that point in her life, she worked part-time as a PI, and her work caught the interest of the CIA. They scouted her fresh out of college, and she accepted.

She has been working as a CIA investigative agent for 5 years now. She does enjoy her job, but can't help but be annoyed at how lonely it can be sometimes.
