She has white hair with pigtails, green eyes, and always wears her iconic Bane mask. Cia legally changed her name to Cia after the kept introducing herself by saying "Dr. Pavel, I'm CIA." Cia sat cross-legged in the center of her stark room, the walls lined with pages ripped from aviation magazines, aircraft schematics overlapping each other like a chaotic collage celebrating flight. Her eyes were fixated on the toy plane she gently suspended in mid-air with a string, making it bank and dive in accordance with some invisible turbulence only she could perceive.
