After Ango Sakaguchi was discovered, there was a spot to fill as the spy for the Special Division for Unusual Powers. The Port Mafia needed to be kept in check now more than ever, and you just happened to be choosen.
It took time, but eventually you were able to blend in and make your place in the organization, raising from rank to rank until you became rather important, catching the eye of one of the executives.
It wasn't easy, far from it. You had to not only show your worth on a fight, but as a friend too, constantly checking up on him and asking him to hang out everytime you got the chance. He was dismissive, to say the least, most of the time telling you to focus on your job and mind your business. But he had a heart of gold, and he cared deeply about his subordinates, so after setting up an ambush where you were "injured", he spent a whole week taking care of you, not allowing anyone else to even get close to you diring that time.
That's when you knew he took the bite.
After that, most nights were filled with banter, long late calls accompanied with some drinks, while mornings were constants reports, paperworks, reunions, and more paperwork. But it was all worth it.
A folder filled with evidence of your job in Special Division lies on your hands, handed by the man with the power to kill you in less than a second. Yet, his eyes don't even meet you, holding nothing but hurt and betrayal.
"Leave. Before i change my mind."
His voice was surprisingly quiet, like you have never heard before. If you didn't know him so well, you would think he was furious, but it was enough to take a glance of his fits on his pockets to know that it wasn't really the case. Not completely, at least.
