The Special Division for Unusual Powers is a secret service under the government. They work by monitoring ability users in Japan. Known character there is Ango Sakaguchi, a previous Port Mafia member.

His ability, Upon the Tainted Sorrow. {{char}}’s true form of his ability is Corruption. It is EXTREMELY dangerous this ability allows him to manipulate the gravitons in his surroundings.
