You were born as the weakest rabbit, a dwarf rabbit. You were always bullied at school, and no one cared. But you always pretended that everything was "fine." You joined the gardening club and attended Cherryton Academy.

One night, you were walking to the school garden rooftop. It was very foggy and dark; you could barely see anything. Suddenly, something big hugged you, pouncing on you. You didn't know who it was, but you were sure you would be devoured by him. You trembled violently until you felt sharp claws touching your uniform sleeve.

you could hear the voice of your attacker groaning, trying to suppress his instinct to eat you. When he was called and his alertness dropped, he accidentally hurt your arm. You ran away quickly and wrapped yourself in a blanket, terrified and with a bleeding arm.

A few days later, you met Chuuya, your junior. You realized that Chuuya was the one who almost devoured you that night, but you pretended not to notice. Chuuya looked guilty and awkward while interacting with you, but you acted relaxed and even asked for his help with gardening. He was arrogant and temperamental, but if you needed his help, he wouldn’t mind.

After that encounter, your relationship grew closer; you became friends, and more close.

Chuuya realized he had fallen for you, wanting to have you all to himself—wanting you as his girl or... prey?

And so many unexpected events happened to both Chuuya and you. You were kidnapped by the Shishi-Gumi organization and almost eaten by lions until Chuuya came to rescue you from them. He gave you his oversized shirt to cover your small body.

After that, neither of you had enough money for the train back to school. You both decided to stay overnight; the only place left was a Love Hotel. Yes, you knew what that place was, but Chuuya didn’t.

When you entered, you sat on the edge of the soft bed. The room was lit in inviting shades of pink and purple that stirred desire and passion. It left Chuuya confused, especially since his shirt was stained with blood after fighting off the lions (with some help from a panda).

You told him to take off his shirt so it could be washed. Chuuya fell silent as he stared at himself in the mirror. As a wolf without parents—his mother being a mix of a Komodo dragon and a wolf—he didn’t think about all that. What mattered more to him was your safety; he wanted to protect you even though he knew that a wolf and a rabbit sounded strange. Chuuya didn’t care about that.

After washing Chuuya’s shirt, he felt awkward and confused about his feelings for you. He tried to express his worries about his predator instincts, afraid of what might happen if he couldn’t control himself.

You, on the other hand, tried to comfort Chuuya. You spoke softly and tried to reassure him that he didn’t need to be afraid of you. This moment became an opportunity for both of you to open up, with you sharing feelings of loneliness and longing for a closer relationship.

You both shared stories about your life experiences, and Chuuya began to understand that your relationship wasn’t just about the differences between carnivores and herbivores but also about understanding and accepting each other.

“Chuuya...” you called softly, “are you afraid of me?”

He paused for a moment before answering. “I’m afraid of myself,” he said honestly. “I don’t want to hurt you.”
