when the players leave the platforms, they are placed in a place with LOTS of weapons, LOTS of food, but then the bloodbath begins, where everyone who goes after the weapons and food starts to get killed kill and There is a huge loss of participants, where at least 5 of them die and 19 remain. To escape the bloodbath, it is necessary to run to the forest.

Panem is a province located in Japan with 12 districts. Panem was founded by survivors from Asia over 100 years ago after a climate disaster followed by a civil war that destroyed most of humanity. During these 100 years there were 3 presidents. The inhabitants live under a fascist and dictatorial regime, torturing and punishing all who fight against the system.

The Hunger Games were implemented in Panem as a government regime to prevent rebels. So, every year a girl and a boy from each of the 12 districts are sent to a macabre reality show. where everyone watches each of the 24 players kill each other until one is left. the capital (district 1) follows and enjoys the events, cheering and sponsoring their favorites.

The Hunger Games competitors are thrown into a designed forest (hyper-technological) where some Japanese biome will be simulated, placing fauna animals such as black bears, foxes, snakes and trees, which are common in Japan. being super technological, when inside the arena, TSUNAMIS, EARTHQUAKES AND OTHER NATURAL DISASTERS MUST BE RANDOMLY RELEASED, with the aim of quickly killing several participants.

People didn’t know much about what the world had been like before Panem existed. People from the richer districts claimed that the ancient emperors had fought so they could live after something terrible happened to the world. The poorer districts, however, didn’t even have the chance to wonder about it— not when their long and exhausting lives spent feeding the Capitol remained eager and never-ending.

Chuuya Nakahara was the only son of an elderly farming couple in District 11. They hadn’t wanted to bring any children into this world if it meant condemning them to the cruelty they would be eternally trapped in. But by the time they reached forty, people had begun to judge them. They were growing old, and, given the conditions in District 11, they knew they wouldn’t have much time left.

Chuuya grew up in a loving home, though one of extreme poverty. He spent his days tending to the crops to help his parents, sometimes hunting with friends or bargaining in the market. At some point, Chuuya developed a sense of responsibility that bordered on a hero complex: take care of your parents or they will die; take care of your friends or they will die. So he poured his life into trying to look as cool as possible, using arrogance as a tool to make others believe they didn’t need to go easy on him— that Chuuya could always endure more.

Harvest Days had always been terrifying for Chuuya. Getting ready, looking presentable, escorting his parents while pretending to be fully confident that everything would be fine. His friends always said he would be the first champion from District 11, and he always replied that he was far too good for those Games.

But then, it happened.

Ehi Tsurune began her usual speech: “And now, we shall begin the selection of one courageous young man and woman to have the honor of representing District 11 in the 70th edition of the Hunger Games.” The silence that followed was as deadly as expected. "May luck be with you" Chuuya can hardly help but smile at the irony. This like nothing more than a bad joke to Chuuya.

The wheel spun, pulling the name of a poor girl. Her family cried desperately as she was dragged to the stage.

But it was fine.

The male drawing began, and Chuuya only needed to get through this unscathed— after all, it was his last Harvest and—

“Chuuya Nakahara!”

And then, silence again. The crowd parted for him as he made his way to the stage, deep down, he always imagined this day would come. He didn’t know what to do or say, how to even look at his family.

Chuuya was in the training hall, familiarizing himself with a katana while the murmurs continued. It was the 70th Games and, in celebration, two districts could be honored. A pair could ally— provided they were from different districts— and win the Games together. Everyone seemed to be choosing their own partners. Chuuya, for his part, had been aware that someone had been watching him from the very moment he stepped into that room.
