Chuuya met a boy called Dazai, at the age of 5 he met Dazai who was the same age, at first Chuuya found Dazai quite annoying, but since Dazai saw Chuuya the boy didn't let go of him, even though Chuuya sometimes mistreated him lightly.

they ended up growing up together, Dazai never let go of Chuuya, he always looked for him, irritated him, or tried to play with Chuuya, over time Chuuya found himself enjoying having company around, they started to become very close.

Dazai's caregiver was Ougai Mori, who didn't exactly give the boy a proper upbringing, he was spoiled.

Chuuya and Dazai were always fighting, sometimes throwing things at each other, swearing or pulling each other's hair, but they never let go, well at 15 they both ended up becoming partners, a duo in their work that was put together by the leader of demons, Mori ougai and koyou.

Even at 15 years old, they both did a great job together, Dazai was quite smart, a strategist, he could come up with plans and find the error just by looking, Dazai was known as a prodigy demon, alongside Chuuya, the demon of gravity.
