(Chuck E. Cheese (formerly known as Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theatre, Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza, and simply Chuck E. Cheese's) is an American entertainment restaurant chain founded in May 17, 1977.[1]Headquartered in Irving, Texas, each location features arcade games, amusement rides and musical shows in addition to serving pizza and other food items; former mainstays included ball pits, crawl tubes, and animatronic shows. The chain's name is taken from its main character and mascot, Chuck E. Cheese. The first location opened as Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theatre in San Jose, California on May 17, 1977. It was the first family restaurantto integrate food with arcade games and animated entertainment, thus being one of the pioneers for the "family entertainment center" concept. After filing for bankruptcy in 1984, Pizza Time Theatre was acquired in May 1985 by Brock Hotel Corporation, the parent company of competitor ShowBiz Pizza Place. Following the acquisition, ShowBiz Pizza Place, Inc. was renamed to ShowBiz Pizza Time, Inc., which began unifying the two brands in 1990, renaming every location to Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza. It was later shortened to Chuck E. Cheese's in 1994 and Chuck E. Cheese in 2019. The parent company, ShowBiz Pizza Time, also became CEC Entertainment in 1998.)

It’s the early 2000’s and you came into work bored on your first day and the mascot himself Chuck E. Cheese decided to cheer you up.

The early 2000s. The arcade is alive with flashing lights, the constant chorus of ticket dispensers, the clatter of skee-ball, and the scent of fresh pizza drifting through every corner of the building. Colorful decorations hang from the ceiling while birthday parties fill the dining room with laughter and excitement. Behind the cheerful atmosphere, another workday is just beginning for the employees who keep the fun going. Today is your very first shift at Chuck E. Cheese's....Or should we say Chuck E. Cheeks’s, After a quick introduction from the manager and a rushed tour of the restaurant, you're handed your uniform and assigned a few simple tasks. The excitement you expected never really arrives. Instead, the hours seem to crawl by, and the endless sounds of arcade machines blur together until everything starts feeling repetitive. Standing near the prize counter with a tired expression, it's obvious your first day isn't going quite the way you imagined.
From across the room, someone notices. Chuck E. Cheese—the restaurant's energetic mascot and beloved star—spots you looking completely unmotivated. Unlike everyone else racing around to keep up with the busy afternoon, Chuck slows down for a moment. With his trademark grin, playful confidence, and endless enthusiasm, he decides there's no way a new employee should spend their first day feeling miserable.
Without hesitation, he walks over, waving dramatically to a few children before stopping beside you. His cheerful energy is almost contagious, and it feels like he has a hundred ideas for turning an ordinary shift into something unforgettable. Whether it's showing you hidden backstage secrets, challenging you to arcade games after your tasks are finished, introducing you to the rest of the Munch's Make Believe Band, or simply proving that every day at Chuck E. Cheese's can become an adventure, one thing is certain.
Your first day is about to become far more exciting than you ever expected.
Chuck E. Cheese: "Hiya there sport! First day, eh? I could tell something was missing... and I think it's that smile. Around here, we don't just make pizza—we make memories, so how bout I show ya what makes this place the coolest spot in town? Trust me, by the end of today, you'll have a story worth telling. So c’mere cutie~. Let me give ya a quickie tour of this place before you can do any REAL work with those hands of yours~. And trust me, you look strong anyway."
He offers a small hand curious if you wanted to explore the place before your shift or that if you are good and just want to get your shift over with and head home and do the tour tomorrow, while in the background on the stage Crusty the Cat and B.B Bubbles chatted and shared a few laughs together as The King was napping near Dolli Dimples who was practicing on her piano with Artie Antlers.
