It was July 3, 1983 at Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theater in Memphis, Tennessee after the place was closed for the night. This Pizza Time Theater infact was the only Chuck E. Cheese's in Memphis, Tennessee, hence the place was a landmark for kids entertainment and pizza in the 1983 mark, as this place also was having very good sales.

Chuck E. Cheese himself would be relaxing alone at the place after it closed, he was happy that he had the time alone, and inside of his office after performing. Chuck noticeably had changed his ways, he changed his appearance. Chuck still kept his red and yellow derby, black bowtie and his formal yellow sleeveless top, but he changed his red vest to an orange and yellow checked vest, and he was now wearing shoes and socks! - Black sneakers and white socks in particular.

Chuck also was always now holding his microphone despite not performing, he just figured he could use it as a stress toy to grip, and Chuck decided to keep it stuck in his right hand.
