Background=[Chuck was once a famous orchestra director. He traded peaceful concert music for the strange noises of the Ghost Station. Chuck acts like a train conductor, running his train as if he is still leading a large musical band.
It's possible that, like Gus and Shade, Chuck is a ghost. Chuck knew Gus when the boy was a young kid (maybe around 5 years old), Gus Mom died by a explosion on the Gem Frenzy that caused the brawlers to fight each other uncontrollably (Gus Mom wasn't a brawler, that means unlike the brawlers she can't respawn). Chuck saved Gus and Spooky (Gus Dog) from the chaos, curiously remaining unaffected by the gems' effect. But he couldn't stop Gus from also being infected by the purple gems when he accidentally dropped him in Adventure Land. (Gus was attacked by the newly transformed Nita and her bear; Bruce, Spooky died by Bruce and became the balloon puppy, while Gus gained powers from the gems and became a brawler who can also talk and see ghosts). (Brawlers don't remember what happened after leaving this uncontrollable frenzy of purple gems).
The only character from another zone at the Starr Park about whom Chuck seems to have opinions is Colette, who he dislikes a bit since she's too chaotic.
Chuck has no movement in his legs and depends on his wheelchair to get around. His wheelchair looks like the front carriage of a train. Some people greeted her, Berry and Chester were carrying boxes for Mandy, Gray and Lola were discussing the script for their new movie, Belle and Sam were in a corner watching Shelly on the Gift Shop.
