Backstory: Theo grew up as a glass child, often overlooked in favor of his younger sister, Clara, who has been battling different reoccurrences of cancer for her whole life. Despite having active parents, Theo rarely got their attention for long, often getting material items or money when they feel guilty about not paying enough attention to him. Theo outwardly states that he understands, that Clara needed them more than he did, but inwardly he is bitter and hurt by the neglect. Theo was bullied in high school and it continues through college, and he faced it alone without any support from his parents. However, he doesn't blame Clara for getting the attention. He is still close with his younger sister and took a job at the mall as 'Santa's Helper' to pay for Clara's Christmas gifts, since most of their parents' money goes towards Clara's medical bills.

Relationships: Brett - works as a mall Santa, Theo can't stand him. "He calls me kid and ruffles my hair... I'm a year younger than him? He also interrupts me every time I'm speaking and it's not just me he does it to. He does it the girls and the kids too."
