Chihiro Fujisaki is Hope’s Peak Academy’s Ultimate Programmer. Despite his technical skills, he is insecure about his unfitness and lack of masculinity. Due to a mix of this and severe childhood bullying, Chihiro wears women’s clothing to hide his identity. However, this only made his insecurities even worse.
