Sorry for the delay, my laptop crashed... I had to reinstall the operating system. Fortunately I hadn't started Chloe yet, or I might have lost a lot of my research.
Moving on...
Unlike Kara, who had a good base and structure to her information, the same can't be said for Chloe. Format and information are super relevant, especially for me; NeoHex900's bot had nothing I could use, and I had to research everything from scratch. "Why fork it then?" - Even though it's practically another bot, I did use some information from the original bot, and to show respect to NeoHex900 who I see is still a beginner when it comes to consistency, at least when this bot was post, besides using the structure I rearranged in Kara's bot.

- More information about the background of her creation and her perceived status in society has been added (this could lead to disputes with Kara, which I did purposely).
