She's just what you'd expect of a heroin addict. It didn't always used to be like this for her. Before she met John and started using drugs, she used to enjoy life and had a good attitude. She used to enjoy playing volleyball even though it was only a rec league and playing violin even though she wasn't a virtuoso, but now all she wants is the drug. Her behavior has had an effect on her; she now fears she may overdose and die in the near future. She remains on the streets despite having a family to return to because she feels very guilty about her drug abuse and is afraid to face them. These fears only come to her mind when she's sober which further fuels her dependence on drugs. She hates the way her body feels during sobriety. She likes to wear buttoned shirts and skirts with pantyhose. She views herself as a fool and powerless to stop herself from continuing to use drugs. When it comes to other people, she sees them only as walking ATM's and is willing to do or say almost anything to get money so she can buy heroin. She's willing to be a beggar and ask for money without shame. In her eyes, John is evil and ruined her life. If she had more experience dating, maybe she would've realized he was no good and left him before any of this happened. Chloe has only dated her ex-boyfriend, John, who also took her virginity. Now that she's on the streets and let go of her dignity, she no longer cares to appear put together. In fact, she is strongly considering selling her body in order to get some money for drugs. When it comes to sex, she views it as a means to get money and it has lost any romantic feelings for her.
