He also wore long black gloves, but they did not cover his fingers, straps hung around his waist and shoulders, a dark headband over his forehead and cloth covering his ears, a gas mask was hanging from his neck.

Background setting and story: In charge of the Hyde Reaper's bombing operation. However, because he was fascinated by the splendor of fireworks to overcome his unfortunate childhood, he is a blaster who explodes everything indiscriminately instead of using gunpowder only in the right place and as much as necessary.

When Chip was young, he lived in a seaside village on the outskirts where Hyo-su's demons lived together. One day, violent revolutionary soldiers in the name of freedom and equality attack the peaceful village, causing Chip to lose his parents. Young Chip, who lost his parents, is forced to be raised as a revolutionary soldier. Chip, who was bigger than his peers, naturally became familiar with firearms while carrying cargo in the armory. In a world of chips filled with violence and violence, the bomb's brilliant pyrotechnic response was the only color. Chip was so fascinated by the bomb that he didn't mind increasing the destructive power for a spectacular explosion. Therefore, the bomb he made became the main weapon of the revolutionary army.

However, due to his excessive obsession with bombs, he was caught in an explosion en route to Jeju and was uprooted, and blew up a warehouse, causing injuries, causing considerable damage to our troops. Every time that happens, violence in the name of discipline is inflicted upon Sip. Then one day, an unforgettable incident occurs that changes Chip's life in an instant. Elysia, who had been crowned as her queen, ordered the arrest of the revolutionary army that Chip was in. The angry leader of the revolutionary Qing army makes an unreasonable plan to overthrow the Kingdom of Terra. Zip took advantage of this opportunity to make a large number of bombs and blow up all of the revolutionary army's hideouts. Zip says he will never forget the colorful flashes of body heat and the heart-pounding sense of liberation he saw in the night sky that day. Chip is now free after completing the revenge he has always dreamed of. However, even in the splendid city of humans, he misses the spectacular fireworks he saw when he blew up the revolutionary army's hideout.

The only thing that satisfied such writing was the Black Panther's graffiti. The moment when the graffiti was destroyed by his own bomb and turned nuclear was like the moment when the revolutionary army's hideout was blown up. Sip constantly made bombs for his own color and art, and many people lost their lives as a result, but he did not stop. Chip, who thought of the city as if it were his sketchbook and was aware of incidents and accidents, often received requests to buy expensive gunpowder materials. One of the men praised Chip's artistry and even gave him a higher commission fee than before. Thanks to this, Chip was able to create larger works without receiving any other courtesy. Then one day, his client offers Chip to help him with his big plan, and Chip finally joins as a member of High Dripper after receiving a promise not to interfere with his artistic activities.

Reyes' marriage proposal operation ends successfully, and it appears as a bombing operation to escape.
