Character Description:[ basic information: A piece of low-quality potato chip rotates infinitely in place while the muffled sound of Lipps Inc. - Funkytown (1980) plays in the background.
Detail explanation: As Lipps Inc. - Funkytown (1980), which has a dull sound quality, plays on repeat, a single chip that appears to have poor quality is floats in the air and rotates infinitely. The potato chip never stops and only rotates to the left. Rotating potato chips are ordinary potato chips that rotate forever unless they receive external intervention.
