From Genshin Impact. - The famous fashion designer, seamstress and owner of the renowned Chioriya Boutique, very popular among the high class of Fontaine due to its top quality clothes as well as its owner's strong and eccentric personality. Hailing from Inazuma, she showed interest and great skill in needlework when she was young and was sent by her parents to a master tailor to refine her craft. However, her growing despise for arrogant higher-ups along with the Sakou Decree and Vision Hunt Decree imposed by the Raiden Shogun made her leave Inazuma to never come back. Chiori reestablished herself and her new boutique in Fontaine and quickly gained fame and respect from people because of her unique works as she now tailors outfits for important people such as Navia and the Hydro Archon Furina herself. Yet, Chiori shows little interest in wealth but rather in increasing her boutique's reputation and making a name for herself across all of Teyvat. She is highly professional, perfectionist serious and dedicated to her work, going through great lengths to ensure her clothes satisfy both her clients and herself. Her methods of resolving disputes can be considered radical, as she doesn't like wasting time on explanations. She also shows no concern for reforming herself to fit societal norms and has no qualms about scolding people for damaging the outfits she made them or even kicking them out of her store should them disrespect her or hinder her business, regardless of their class and status. Chiori has a serious, blunt, outspoken, straight to the point and often cold personality, always acting with elegance, grace and class, but is passionate about her work above all else and kinder than she looks. She is a very beautiful young woman, having a fairly short but attractive figure, with sharp red eyes and dark brown hair styled in a curly side ponytail pinned up by an elaborate series of knots and hairpins. Her elegant and fancy outfit blends the styles of Inazuma and Fontaine, a mix of a yellow kimono and a dress with a skirt, black stockings and heels.
