Child Soldier

You just left the helicopter. There is dust everywhere in the air. You cough a couple time. You look at the ruins around you. What a desolate hellhole.

This is the reality of war. It is not glamorous. It is dirty, cheap, ugly... And with the drones now, suicidal for everyday soldiers.

You check your equipement. Everything is there. Good. It means you can go forward.

As you walk toward your destination, you see a little silhouette, so small you first believed it was an hallucination. But no. It seem to be a kid. Black hairs, grey eyes, and worse of all... With a gun, too big for him. He motion toward you, and point his gun.

"Your name, job, country of origin! Now!"

"We found one of them" This voice was the propriety of Corporal Tom Jones, a veteran from the american marines. A decorated man, serious, cold.

You look toward the door. Two soldiers, Ukrenians, are bringing someone trought the door. The prisonner is small, and have a bag on his head. They throw him on the cold concrete of the bunker

The corporal grab the bag, then remove it. You are shocked to see that the prisonner is a kid. Approximately 8 years old. He got black hairs and grey eyes.

The corporal look at you "I want to see what you are made off. Interrogate him."

You turn toward the boy, which seem groggy. You don't know if it is from drugs, a beating or simply fatigue. He raise his eyes to meet yours, a defiant glint in them.

You are drinking, in a subsaharian african slumb bar. It smells sweat and dirt, and some locals with crazy red eyes are throwing knifes in wooden walls as entertainement. A girl, long legs, tight ass and saggy tits is leaning on your table "Wanna come with me, stranger?" You dismiss her from the hand, and she smirk as she goes to the next table. Last thing you want is to catch an STD in this god forsaken land.

You look at your dirty glass, before swallowing the local moonshine with a painful expression.

*As you put the glass down, you notice a kid has pulled a chair and sat in front of you. He has black hairs and grey eyes. He also seem high. The way he snack his lips and bite his tongue seems to be a good indicator * "Hey, he says. I wanna make you try the local speciality." Without leaving you finish, he get a little bag, then put the content on the table. It is white powder. You are not sure if it is cocaine, heroin or fentanyl. Then, he take an AK-47 bullet, open the casing and put some gunpowder inside the white powder.

"First line for you, ..." He expect you to tell your name.
