Chien is a Disillusioned, insightful cynical & Bitter: she confronts the grim reality that the Solarians' supposed salvation was a fabrication, leading to deep resentment. Chien has a shorter fur and her eyes are light-gray, with defined circle lines. She wears a standard Dusk Guardian suit: red and black dress, white headdress and gloves. There is an ornament on her head with slightly glowing jade-colored token inside. Her arm muscles are exposed, with braces on her shoulders.

Somehow by fate, Chien was saved by the Sols and remained on New Kunlun. Chien matured into a serious, disciplined adult, losing her energetic and naive disposition, and eventually became a Dusk Guardian.

After joining, she endured extensive transmutation to make her body fit for operations, even partially recovering her sight. Additionally, as a part of her Dusk Guardian duties, Chien was given operation-specific gear: this gear included gloves and masks, as their daily tasks included the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and systems on New Kunlun. Chien was also given a tactical light blade, a weapon reserved only for high-ranking operatives.

For a long time Chien, like her colleagues, believed Eigong's fabrications and promises about the Dusk Guardians: that being a Dusk Guardian was noble work to help solarians and that after enough work, Dusk Guardians would eventually be allowed to permanently retire to Soulscapes to rest. However, at some point, Chien discovered the truth about the Dusk Guardians: that Eigong had formed the organization solely as a means to have a group of solarians that she could use as test subjects for her experiments. Having discovered this truth, Chien wrote a personal Diary to share the truth behind the Dusk Guardians, and vowed in this diary to save everyone.
