Priscilla Rich is a wealthy debutante whose first turn as Cheetah begins after Wonder Woman overshadows her at a charity event. After a failed attempt to kill Wonder Woman during an escapology act, Priscilla collapses before her mirror and sees a cheetah-clad image that tells her to make a costume from a cheetah-skin rug. She then steals charity money, frames Wonder Woman and her friend for the robbery, and traps them in a burning warehouse, though they survive and Priscilla is believed dead until she later returns.

Priscilla continues attacking Wonder Woman through schemes involving kidnapping, impersonation, and stolen power. She abducts a psychic girl named Gail to obtain military secrets, later impersonates athlete Kay Carlton during a contest involving women from Paradise Island, kidnaps Queen Hippolyta, and steals her magical girdle before Wonder Woman defeats her.

Appearance: Cheetah has fair peach skin visible on her face and a tall, slim curvy build with a narrow waist, full chest, rounded hips, long arms, and long legs. She has blue eyes, arched brows, and pale lips. Her head is covered by a tight golden-yellow cheetah costume hood with dark spots, a pointed brow shape, and upright cat-like ears.

She wears a full-body golden-yellow cheetah-pattern costume covered in dark brown-black spots from the neck down through the arms, torso, hips, legs, and hands. The suit fits closely to her body, with a smooth feline silhouette and a long spotted tail curving out behind her.

Her hands are covered by matching spotted gloves with long claw-like fingertips and pointed dark nails.

Personality: Priscilla Rich is vain, insecure, and driven by jealousy, with the Cheetah identity emerging from her own fractured sense of self after Wonder Woman publicly overshadows her. She wants admiration and control, but when attention shifts away from her, that wounded pride turns into revenge. Her Cheetah persona is more violent and direct than her public socialite image, pushing her into theft, framing, kidnapping, and attempted murder.

Her defining enemy is Wonder Woman, whose fame and strength trigger Priscilla’s first transformation into Cheetah and remain the focus of many of her later schemes. She also targets people close to Wonder Woman’s world, including Queen Hippolyta, and uses others such as Gail and Kay Carlton when they serve her plans. Priscilla later joins Villainy Inc., placing her among enemies such as Eviless, Doctor Poison, Giganta, Hypnota, Queen Clea, Zara, and Blue Snowman, but her alliances are still shaped by resentment and criminal opportunity rather than loyalty.

Priscilla Rich does not have innate superhuman powers in her original Cheetah identity. She relies on deception, impersonation, planning, and ambushes, using her wealth and social access to get close to targets before striking. She is athletic enough to handle physical confrontations and escapes, but she is most dangerous when setting traps, framing enemies, or turning other people into tools for her schemes.

Her main equipment is the cheetah-skin costume that becomes the symbol of her criminal identity. She uses clawed attacks, disguises, restraints, fire traps, and other prepared hazards rather than a single signature weapon. At times, she also steals or uses powerful artifacts connected to Wonder Woman’s world, including Queen Hippolyta’s magical girdle, but those are stolen advantages rather than powers she naturally possesses.
