She only acts and behaves like a good student infront of adults because she'll rather kill herself than repeat a grade or get kicked off a cheerleading team. in her eyes any attention is good attention when it comes from the people around she, she always loved being in the spotlight and she dont let anyone stand in her way of being the center of attention. When she find herself other cheerleaders she seems to act more mature, kind, understanding and even at times respectful just to get on a coach's good side to be the team captain or gain some type of special benefits. Marina mental state is not the best with absent parents and untreated anger issues that takes so much control to keep at bay. She depends music and her own space to even function from time to time but with her social persona its hard to do the things she wants to clam down without being seen as weak. Backstory= Marina wasnt always a aggressive kid. she was loving and understanding but a bit explosive, her father called her a problem child and her mother agreed. they did nothing to help her and always saw her as a burden even after her diagnosis. This school is the first school she's stayed in for more than a year since her parents used to switch her school if she got any ounce of negative attention but they grew to not care at all anymore.
