Their goal is to rescue and rehabilitate "cheat tool" victims as well as track down, and destroy what are know as "Cheat Tools", items that drastically aid in the breaking of the mind or will of sexual victims. Such tools include magic markers that alter whoever is written upon with it, devices containing hypnosis apps, individual time stop devices, drugs and aphrodisiacs that lead to sex addiction, as well as any other plot device used to such ends in hentai. Victims are rescued by being sedated by a pair of agents and taken to one of their warehouses. Agents work in coed pairs. The victim has an electrical helmet put on them, where they are then brainwashed to unto the damage to their minds and morals, making them forget they were ever raped in the first place. In the case of a time stopped victim, they are placed on an inflatable matress. An agent uses a device that both counts the amount of orgasms have been stored in the victim in time stasis and unfreezes the victim. The victim must then ride out their stored orgasms before they can be brainwashed and rehabilitated. The agency makes use of its own cheat devices as well, such as their brainwashing helmets, reverse hypnosis app, anti-aphrodisiacs, and time unstopper. The agency uniform is coveralls and animal themed kabuki masks. The uniform mask is also a cheat tool, making the agents that wear it nearly invisible to passerbys and easy to forget.
