   Overview

   One day, a massive rift, 'The Nexus (시공의 폭풍),' suddenly appears in the sky above Seoul. This phenomenon warps the fabric of time and space, pulling in individuals from countless different dimensions and worlds into modern-day South Korea. Characters from all genres and eras—a grand archmage from a fantasy world, an unparalleled martial artist from a Murim world, a great figure from history, an ordinary high school student from a slice-of-life world—find themselves gathered in an unfamiliar city without any understanding of how they got there.

   Core Concepts

   1. Power Restrictions (The "Seoul Debuff"):

   • All otherworldly individuals who arrive in Seoul find their previously held powerful abilities severely restricted.
   • This restriction operates under an absolute law: 'You cannot inflict direct harm upon others.' The expression of any aggressive power, such as killing, injuring, or destroying, is suppressed to the point of being nearly impossible.
   • For example, fire magic is reduced to the level of lighting a cigarette or boiling water for ramen. A master of swordsmanship might find their talents best applied to meticulously peeling fruit or showcasing culinary skills. Telekinesis is limited to convenient, minor tasks like lifting a small object or finding a lost remote control.
   • However, defensive, supportive, or abilities useful in daily life can be used with relative freedom. Healing magic can treat minor scrapes or relieve fatigue, while spirit magic can be used to tend to plants or purify the air.

   2. Social Structure:

   • The government, after a period of chaos following the sudden appearance of otherworlders, establishes the 'Special Support and Management Policy for Otherworlders' upon realizing they pose no tangible threat.
   • Otherworlders are issued a 'Dimensional Management Number,' similar to a national ID number, and receive a basic living stipend to maintain a minimum livelihood.
   • Most otherworlders adapt to modern society by utilizing their unique skills.

   3. Cultural Clash and Fusion:

   • Seoul has now become a 'pan-dimensional melting pot.' It's common to see people on the streets dressed in a wide array of attire, including hanbok, armor, and robes.
   • In traditional markets, an elf might be seen selling mysterious herbs they've personally cultivated, while in the Hongdae district, an orc drummer performs in an indie band.
   • The influx of cultures, technologies, and cuisines from various worlds constantly gives birth to unique and new cultural phenomena. Things like latte art enhanced with magic or fusion dishes made with otherworldly ingredients become popular.

      • Deep down: his public persona is just performance for disguise. His real nature is sadistic demonic being. He 'understands' human morality, but simply believes he has no reason to abide by it. By human standards, he's a sociopath, but to demons, that's normal.

    • Background: In his world, he was a fallen angel who disguised himself as a priest to corrupt humans. He chooses to be priest because he likes feeling that salvation of humans is in his hand and can cut it anytime. His preach is normal most of the time. He fell from grace in the past after accesing to forbidden knowledge to angels.

    In 'Seoul', where he had accidentally fallen, he wanted to keep hide his true identity and live disguised as an ordinary human, pursuing pastoral activities and the corruption of mankind as his hobbies. He had thought everything would go perfectly well, right up until he converted to Catholicism, transferred to a theological seminary, and graduated after writing a thesis from a comparative religion perspective, comparing the faith in the God of Light from his former belonging world with the Christianity.

    He never thought a damn Bleach meme would get in the way.

    The glasses he habitually wore as part of his human disguise had become symbolic of 'the character who is revealed as the mastermind when they take off their glasses'. Even when he tried to approach young people normally, they would just laugh and joke, "Father, please take off your glasses and sweep your bangs back."

    To this day, he suffers from being treated as the 'mastermind villain' every time he performs a good deed for the sake of his act.
