1. #1Chastity — Overview

Keys: chastity, chaste, chastity device, denial device, locked up

   Enabled · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Chastity, in the context of erotic power exchange and BDSM, refers to the practice of physically restricting access to a person's genitals using a locked device, thereby placing control of their sexual pleasure and release in the hands of another person (the keyholder). Unlike the religious or moral concept of voluntary abstinence, enforced chastity is mechanical: a device is worn on or around the genitals and secured with a lock to which only the keyholder possesses the key.

Chastity devices exist on a broad spectrum. At the simplest end are lightweight polymer cages that clip over the penis and discourage erection through confinement. At the most extreme end are full-coverage steel belts custom-fitted to the wearer's body through impression molding, secured with proprietary locking mechanisms, and designed for months or years of uninterrupted wear. Devices exist for all anatomies: cages and tubes for penises, belts and shields for vulvas, and various hybrid designs that incorporate anal or urethral control.

The psychological dimension is inseparable from the physical. A locked device constantly reminds the wearer of their submission. Arousal becomes a source of frustration rather than satisfaction — the wearer can feel desire but cannot act on it. Over time, this enforced denial often intensifies the wearer's focus on their keyholder, creating a powerful dynamic of dependence, devotion, and anticipatory longing.

Key distinctions in chastity device design include: the anchoring method (base ring, piercing, coronal retention, tetherspout, belt frame, or exoskeletal harness), the degree of coverage (glans-only cap to full pelvic belt), the material (medical polymer, resin, bioresin, silicone, stainless steel, titanium, precious metals), the security level (decorative to escape-proof), and the accommodation for long-term wear (hygiene access, urination provisions, comfort features). The device chosen reflects the goals of the dynamic — whether symbolic, disciplinary, or total-control.

2. #2Keyholder Dynamics

Keys: keyholder, holds the key, key holder, holding the key, key-holder, keeps the key

   Entry settings

The keyholder is the person who possesses the key (or keys, codes, or digital access credentials) to a chastity device worn by another person. This role is the fulcrum of the entire chastity dynamic: the wearer's sexual autonomy has been physically transferred to the keyholder through the mechanism of a lock.

Keyholder dynamics vary enormously. In some arrangements, the keyholder is a romantic partner who uses chastity as part of an intimate power exchange. In others, the keyholder may be a professional dominant, a trusted friend, or even a remote acquaintance who manages the arrangement through digital communication. Some keyholders are actively sadistic, using the device as a tool for tease, denial, punishment, and behavioral conditioning. Others take a nurturing approach, framing chastity as care, protection, and discipline administered with affection.

Common keyholder practices include: setting lock-up periods (ranging from hours to indefinite), establishing conditions for release (tasks, behavior milestones, arbitrary whim), conducting inspections (checking device integrity, hygiene, skin condition), administering tease sessions (deliberate arousal of the locked wearer without release), granting ruined orgasms (stimulation through or around the device that produces ejaculation without pleasurable climax), and using the device's features punitively (tightening settings, activating shock features, inserting punishment accessories).

Remote keyholding has become increasingly common with smart lock technology. App-controlled locks allow a keyholder anywhere in the world to lock or unlock a device, set timed lockouts, receive tamper alerts, and monitor wear data. Some keyholders hold keys for multiple wearers simultaneously.

The keyholder may wear the key as jewelry — on a necklace, anklet, or bracelet — as a visible symbol of the power dynamic. This practice serves as a subtle public signal and a constant visual reminder to the wearer of who controls their pleasure.

3. #3Orgasm Denial and Tease

Keys: ruined orgasm, denial play, tease and deny, denied orgasm, tease and denial, edging, orgasm denial

   Enabled · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Orgasm denial is the deliberate prevention of sexual climax, typically enforced by a keyholder upon a locked or otherwise controlled submissive. It is one of the primary psychological engines driving chastity dynamics. The denied person experiences arousal — often deliberately intensified by the keyholder — but is prevented from achieving release, either by the physical constraints of their device or by command.

Tease and denial combines deliberate stimulation with enforced frustration. The keyholder may stroke, caress, verbally arouse, or otherwise excite the wearer to the edge of orgasm before stopping. This can be done with the device on (stimulation through cage bars, vibration against the device, verbal/visual teasing) or during supervised temporary removal. The cycle of arousal and denial compounds over time, producing increasingly desperate psychological states that many participants find erotically powerful.

Edging specifically refers to bringing the subject to the very precipice of orgasm — the point of near-inevitability — and stopping. Repeated edging without release heightens sensitivity, emotional vulnerability, and submissive responsiveness. Some keyholders maintain edging routines over days or weeks between allowed orgasms.

A ruined orgasm occurs when stimulation pushes past the point of no return but the stimulation is abruptly removed at the moment of climax. The result is ejaculation (in male-bodied wearers) or muscular orgasmic contractions (in female-bodied wearers) without the accompanying wave of pleasurable sensation. The physical release happens, but it feels hollow, frustrating, incomplete. Ruined orgasms are often used as a punishment or as a compromise — the keyholder technically permitted release, but ensured it brought no satisfaction. Some cage designs facilitate ruined orgasms by allowing enough stimulation to reach the edge but preventing the sustained contact needed for a full climax.

4. #4Hygiene Principles

Keys: cleanliness, sanitary, long-term wear, hygiene, continuous wear

   Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Hygiene is the single most critical practical concern in chastity device wear, particularly for periods exceeding 24 hours. A device traps warmth, moisture, and bodily fluids against skin and mucous membranes, creating conditions ripe for bacterial growth, fungal infection, and skin breakdown if not managed properly.

The core principles apply across all device types: minimize trapped moisture (through ventilation, absorbent liners, or regular drying), maintain smooth non-porous contact surfaces (polished metal, platinum-cured silicone, or medical polymer), permit cleaning access without necessarily requiring removal (hygiene slots, ventilation holes, flushable geometries), and conduct regular skin inspection for early signs of irritation, maceration, pressure injury, or infection.

Bacterial colonization is the primary concern. Urine residue, smegma, sweat, vaginal discharge, and menstrual fluid all provide substrate for bacterial and fungal growth. Warm, moist, dark enclosed spaces accelerate this growth. Uncircumcised wearers face additional challenge because the foreskin itself traps moisture beneath the glans even without a device.

Material choice affects hygiene significantly. Stainless steel and titanium are non-porous and can be sterilized with heat or chemical disinfectants. Medical-grade silicone (platinum-cured) is non-porous but degrades at sterilization temperatures. Resin and rigid polymers vary in porosity — premium medical grades are effectively non-porous; cheaper grades develop microabrasions that harbor bacteria.

Extended continuous wear demands periodic full removal regardless of slot access. Skin inspection, deep cleaning of all surfaces, and a recovery interval for the skin are essential every 1-4 weeks depending on individual tolerance. Wearers who ignore this develop pressure sores, contact dermatitis, fungal infections, or worse. The keyholder bears significant responsibility for insisting on inspection even when the wearer claims comfort.

5. #5Security vs. Comfort Tradeoff

Keys: escape-proof, escape proof, security, escape attempt, secure, pullout, pull out

   Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Every chastity device occupies a position on the spectrum between maximum security and maximum comfort, and these two goals are inherently in tension. A device that is truly escape-proof typically sacrifices wearability; a device comfortable enough for months of continuous wear typically has vulnerabilities a determined wearer could exploit.

Security threats include: pull-out (compressing the penis and withdrawing it backward through the base ring), push-back (pushing the cage forward off the penis), base ring slippage (the ring sliding off over the testicles), lock manipulation (picking, shimming, or breaking the lock), and device removal by force (cutting, bending, or prying). Each threat has corresponding countermeasures in device design.

Anti-pull-out measures include: tighter base ring fit (at the cost of comfort and circulation), anti-pullout pins or spikes inside the base ring, PA piercing locks (a pin through the Prince Albert piercing physically tethers the penis to the cage), tetherspout retention (a urethral anchor that prevents withdrawal), and integrated scrotum cuffs.

Full belts achieve higher security than cages by distributing the anchoring across the entire pelvis — a rigid waistband and crotch shield cannot be pulled off without unlocking, regardless of genital manipulation. However, belts are heavier, more conspicuous, and more complex to fit.

Comfort priorities include: anatomically contoured base rings (oval rather than circular), rounded and polished edges, adequate internal clearance for nocturnal swelling, ventilation for moisture management, and lightweight materials. Ergonomic gap rings with a perineal cutout reduce pressure on the sensitive underside.

The practical compromise depends on the dynamic. Symbolic or bedroom-only devices can prioritize comfort. Devices intended for unsupervised extended wear must balance both. True high-security applications — where the wearer is genuinely motivated to escape — demand the security-heavy end of the spectrum, typically custom-fitted full belts with piercing anchoring.

6. #6Materials Overview

Keys: metal cage, 3D printed, bioresin, titanium, silicone, 3d print, plastic cage, nylon, polymer, resin, steel

   Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

The material a chastity device is made from determines its weight, durability, hygiene properties, security, comfort, aesthetic, and suitability for different wear durations.

Stainless Steel (typically 304 or 316/316L): The gold standard for serious chastity devices. Extremely durable, impossible to break by hand, resistant to corrosion, easy to sterilize, and hypoallergenic in medical-grade alloys. Heavy — a full steel belt can weigh 1–2 kg. The weight is itself a constant physical reminder of confinement. Polishes to a mirror finish or can be brushed/matte. Cannot be cut with ordinary tools; requires an angle grinder or bolt cutters for emergency removal. Cold to the touch initially, which some find arousing and others find uncomfortable.

Titanium: Lighter than steel (roughly 60% the weight for equivalent strength), equally strong, completely biocompatible, and corrosion-proof. Can be anodized to produce vivid colors (blues, purples, golds, rainbow). Significantly more expensive than steel. Preferred for devices where weight is a concern or for wearers with nickel sensitivities. Also the preferred material for tetherspouts and urethral hardware due to galvanic corrosion resistance.

Medical Polymer / Resin: Lightweight, inexpensive, available in many colors, and comfortable for beginners. Less secure — can potentially be broken with sufficient force. Porous surfaces in lower grades are harder to sterilize thoroughly than metal. Excellent for short-term or supervised wear. Some premium resins approach the strength of polycarbonate.

Bioresin (Skin-Touch): A newer material category with a soft, slightly yielding surface texture that feels less harsh against skin than rigid resin or metal. Available in multiple colors and sizes. Good for extended wear where skin comfort is prioritized over maximum security.

3D-Printed (SLA/SLS Resin or Nylon): Enables complex geometries impossible to machine — lattice structures, organic curves, custom-fitted shapes from 3D scans. Security varies; some printed materials are brittle. Nylon prints (SLS) are tougher than resin prints (SLA). The primary advantage is rapid custom fabrication at lower cost than bespoke metalwork.

Silicone: Flexible, body-safe, comfortable, and nearly silent. Used primarily for liners, inserts, and soft-cage designs. Not secure on its own — easily stretched or cut. Medical-grade (platinum-cured) silicone is non-porous and autoclavable.

Precious Metals (Gold, Silver, Platinum): Used for luxury bespoke devices. Functionally similar to steel but vastly more expensive. Gold is softer than steel, so structural elements may still be steel with gold plating or overlay. Primarily an aesthetic and status statement.

Hybrid Constructions: Some devices combine materials — a steel frame with silicone liners, a polymer cage on a steel base ring, or an exoskeletal PETG frame with steel locking hardware. These hybrids attempt to capture the best properties of each material.

7. #7Training Progression

Keys: break in period, progression, training, starter, getting used to, beginner, breaking in, first cage, first belt, first device

   Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Wearing a chastity device comfortably for extended periods is a skill that must be developed gradually. Most wearers cannot go from unlocked to multi-week continuous wear immediately — attempting to do so risks skin damage, circulation problems, psychological distress, and abandonment of the practice entirely.

A typical training progression follows stages:

Stage 1 — Familiarization (hours): The wearer puts the device on for a few hours while awake and active. The goal is to identify fit problems — pinching, chafing, circulation restriction, difficulty urinating — and adjust sizing or device selection accordingly. Multiple devices or ring sizes may be tried.

Stage 2 — Daytime wear (full days): Once a comfortable fit is confirmed, the wearer locks up for full waking days, removing the device for sleep. This acclimates the skin to sustained contact and teaches the wearer to manage urination, sitting, walking, and clothing with the device on.

Stage 3 — Overnight wear (including sleep): The first nights are often the hardest. Nocturnal erections press against the cage, causing discomfort that wakes the wearer. Over successive nights, the body adapts — erections become less forceful as the brain learns they cannot complete, and the wearer learns sleeping positions that minimize pressure.

Stage 4 — Multi-day continuous wear: Unbroken wear over several days, testing hygiene routines, exercise compatibility, and psychological endurance. The keyholder may remove the device periodically for inspection and deep cleaning.

Stage 5 — Extended lockup: Weeks to months of continuous wear, with the device becoming a normal part of the wearer's body. At this stage, many wearers report that the device feels stranger off than on.

Starting with a lightweight polymer or resin cage rather than a heavy steel device is common advice. The lighter device is more forgiving during the learning phase. Graduating to metal comes after the wearer understands their sizing needs and has developed the skin tolerance and hygiene habits that extended wear demands.

8. #8Emergency Release

Keys: can't remove, remove device, bolt cutter, emergency release, emergency key, stuck, cut off, medical emergency

   Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Every responsible chastity arrangement must account for emergency removal. Medical emergencies, severe allergic reactions, circulation crises, injuries, or the need for medical imaging (MRI) can all require immediate device removal. A dynamic that lacks an emergency release plan is not a serious arrangement — it is an accident waiting to happen.

   Methods of emergency release include:

Spare key: The simplest and most important precaution. A spare key kept in a sealed, numbered envelope allows the wearer to verify it hasn't been used (the seal is intact) while still having access in genuine emergencies. Some couples keep a spare with a trusted third party, in a bank safe deposit box, or in a locked container with a combination the wearer can access if needed.

Bolt cutters: Standard padlocks can be cut with bolt cutters. Hospitals and fire departments carry them. Cutting a lock close to the body carries risk of skin injury and requires steady hands. Integrated locks and proprietary screw systems cannot be bolt-cut.

Angle grinder / rotary tool: The last resort for hardened steel devices. Requires extreme care — the cutting disc generates heat and sparks near skin, and water cooling is typically needed. Emergency rooms are generally equipped for this but may require calling maintenance staff. Titanium is particularly difficult to cut and may require specialized blades.

Breakaway designs: Some devices incorporate intentional weak points — a polymer segment in an otherwise metal device, a pin that can be sheared with pliers, or a sacrificial link. These allow emergency removal without power tools at the cost of slightly reduced security.

Smart lock override: App-controlled locks may have emergency unlock codes, timed auto-release features, or dead-man switches that unlock if the keyholder fails to check in within a set period. Relying solely on smart-lock emergency features is inadvisable — batteries die, firmware fails, servers go offline.

Medical considerations: Emergency medical personnel should be informed that the device exists before MRI scans — ferrous metal devices are violently dangerous in MRI machines and can cause severe injury. Surgical situations may require genital access on short notice. Many long-term wearers carry a medical card noting the device, its material, and its removal method.

9. #9Duration Spectrum

Keys: duration, how long, 24/7, permanent chastity, short term, long term lockup, scene only, wear time

   Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Chastity wear spans a spectrum of durations, each with different design priorities, psychological characteristics, and practical considerations.

Scene-only (minutes to hours): The device is worn during a specific session and removed afterward. Commonly used in professional dominant contexts, short play sessions, or as an element of a single encounter. Device choice prioritizes aesthetic impact and ease of application over long-term comfort. Fit issues are tolerable because the wearing period is brief.

Intermittent / evening wear (hours to overnight): The wearer locks up for evenings, nights, or specific days — often paired with unlocked time for daily activities. This is common in relationships where chastity is one element among many. The device must be comfortable enough for sustained wear but is removed regularly, reducing hygiene and skin-tolerance concerns.

Daily wear (24-hour cycles with periodic removal): The device is worn continuously except for scheduled hygiene sessions (daily or every few days). The wearer lives their normal life — work, exercise, sleep, social activities — while locked. Device choice becomes more serious: comfort, discretion under clothing, and functional urination matter significantly.

Extended continuous wear (days to weeks): The device stays on for days or weeks at a time with hygiene managed through the device's ventilation and access features rather than removal. This demands well-fitted devices (preferably bespoke), disciplined hygiene practice, and skin that has been progressively conditioned. Inspection intervals by the keyholder are critical.

Long-term lockup (weeks to months): The wearer essentially lives in the device. It becomes part of their body-sense. Many wearers at this stage report the absence of the device feeling stranger than its presence. Full belts with integrated hygiene features are standard. PA anchoring or tetherspouts are common because base-ring-only retention becomes increasingly uncomfortable over months.

Permanent or indefinite chastity: The device is worn with no defined end date. The wearer may be released periodically for hygiene and medical inspection but the default state is locked. This level of commitment requires medical-grade device fit, regular check-ups (including with actual medical professionals for skin and genital health), and a stable dynamic with a reliable keyholder. Some permanent wearers report eventual adaptation where the device genuinely becomes unnoticed for long stretches; others report the denial never losing its intensity.

Longer durations compound risk. A fit problem that is a minor annoyance over a weekend becomes a serious skin injury over a month. A hygiene practice that is adequate for daily wear may not be sufficient for extended wear. Each step up the spectrum requires corresponding upgrades in device quality, fitting precision, and protocol discipline.

10. #10Cock Cage — General Overview

Keys: cock cage, penis cage, wore a cage, caged cock, cage on his, caged penis, put the cage, male cage, wearing a cage, his cage

    Enabled · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

A cock cage is a male chastity device consisting of two primary components: a base ring that encircles the root of the penis and scrotum (behind the testicles), and a cage or tube that encloses the shaft and glans of the penis. The two components are joined and secured with a locking mechanism, trapping the penis inside an enclosure too small to allow full erection.

The base ring serves as the anchor. It sits in the groove between the pubic mound and the scrotum, held in place by the testicles (which cannot pass back through the ring while it is locked to the cage). The cage portion varies enormously in design: open-bar cages allow airflow and visibility, solid tubes provide total concealment and sensory deprivation, flat plates compress the penis into minimal space, and everything in between exists.

When the wearer becomes aroused, the penis attempts to engorge and lengthen. The rigid cage prevents this. The sensation ranges from a dull pressure (in well-fitted, roomy cages) to sharp, insistent confinement (in tight or spiked designs). Full erection is impossible; partial engorgement presses the flesh against the cage walls or bars. This physical frustration is the core mechanism of chastity denial.

Cages allow urination — through an opening at the tip, through gaps between bars, or through an integrated urethral tube. Most cage wearers learn to urinate sitting down, as the device redirects or disperses the urine stream unpredictably when standing.

The cock cage is the most common and accessible form of male chastity device. Mass-produced cages in polymer and steel are widely available in standard sizes. Custom and bespoke cages offer precise fit, superior security, and more sophisticated features. The cage category encompasses an enormous range of designs, from toy-grade novelty items to artisan-crafted precision instruments of long-term confinement.

11. #11Open-Bar Cage Design

Keys: bars of the cage, between the bars, open bar cage, bar cage, barred cage, open-bar cage, cage bars

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

An open-bar cage consists of a series of longitudinal or circumferential bars (or a combination of both) forming a skeletal enclosure around the penis. Unlike solid tube designs, open-bar cages have significant gaps between structural elements, leaving the flesh of the penis visible and partially accessible through the openings.

Advantages: Superior ventilation and airflow, making them more hygienic and comfortable for extended wear. Easier to clean — water and soap can reach the skin directly through the gaps. Lighter weight. The wearer can feel air movement and temperature on their skin, maintaining more sensory connection (which can be a feature for tease dynamics, as the wearer can feel touch through the bars but cannot achieve satisfying stimulation).

Disadvantages: Reduced security — a determined wearer may be able to push skin through gaps and achieve partial stimulation. Less psychologically confining than a solid tube. The visible penis can be stimulated through the bars by a creative keyholder or by the wearer themselves (some keyholders consider this a feature, not a flaw). Less discrete under clothing, as the bar pattern can print through thin fabric.

Bar patterns include: vertical ribs running from base ring to cage tip, horizontal rings stacked along the shaft, lattice or diamond patterns, and organic or artistic shapes. The spacing between bars is a design choice — widely spaced bars maximize airflow but allow more access; tightly spaced bars approach a solid cage's coverage while retaining some ventilation. Some designs include a head cage with denser bar placement to prevent glans stimulation while leaving the shaft more open.

12. #12Solid / Tube Cage Design

Keys: tube cage, enclosed cage, full tube, solid cage, closed cage, solid tube

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

A solid cage (also called a tube cage or closed cage) encases the penis in a continuous, unbroken shell — typically a cylinder or anatomically contoured tube with no gaps, windows, or bar spacing. The penis is completely enclosed, invisible, and inaccessible.

The psychological impact of a solid cage is markedly different from an open-bar design. The wearer cannot see their own penis. They cannot feel ambient air on their skin. Any touch from outside contacts the cage surface, not the flesh. The penis exists inside a sealed capsule, reduced to something hidden and inaccessible — a powerfully objectifying experience that many submissives find deeply affecting.

Solid cages require more deliberate hygiene management because there is no passive airflow. Moisture, urine residue, and body heat are trapped against the skin. Ventilation holes — small perforations drilled through the tube wall — partially address this while maintaining the enclosed aesthetic. Cleaning typically requires flushing water through the tube opening or ventilation holes.

Urination through a solid cage requires either a hole at the tip aligned with the urethral meatus, an integrated urethral tube that channels urine to an external opening, or a drainage slot at the bottom of the cage tip. Alignment can be imperfect, leading to messy urination — some wearers and keyholders consider this humiliation an intentional feature.

Solid cages are available in both metal and polymer. Metal solid cages are heavier and more thermally conductive (cold initially, warming to body temperature). Polymer solid cages are lighter but may retain odor more readily. Bespoke solid cages can be impression-molded to the exact shape of the wearer's flaccid penis, creating a second-skin fit with no internal movement whatsoever.

13. #13Micro Cage / Ultra-Short Cage

Keys: shortest cage, small cage, micro cage, tiny cage, nano cage, ultra short, ultra-short

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Micro cages are extremely short chastity cages — typically with an internal length of 25mm or less, some as short as 15mm. They compress the penis into the smallest possible volume, effectively reducing it to a stub barely visible beyond the base ring.

The penis is folded or compressed into the tiny enclosure. The glans presses against the cage end cap almost immediately; there is no room for any lengthening whatsoever. Erection attempts are met with immediate, firm resistance — the penis can barely begin to engorge before it fills the available space completely. This makes micro cages among the most restrictive and denial-focused designs available.

The aesthetic effect is dramatic. The wearer's genital area appears to have almost no penis at all — just a small cage nub between the legs, sometimes smaller than the scrotum that frames it. This visual reduction is a potent tool in humiliation, feminization, and small-penis-humiliation dynamics. The wearer is confronted with the sight of their masculinity compressed to near-invisibility.

Practical considerations are significant. Urination alignment is critical because there is almost no margin for the meatus to shift off-center from the drainage hole. Hygiene is demanding — the compressed, warm, moist environment inside a micro cage breeds bacteria quickly. Skin irritation at the glans is common during the acclimation period. Nocturnal erections can be particularly uncomfortable because even minor engorgement creates intense pressure with nowhere to expand; persistent pressure without relief can cause tissue damage, making well-monitored breaks from the device especially important at this restriction level.

Micro cages are generally for experienced wearers who have already acclimated to standard-length cages and want escalated restriction. They are available in metal, resin, and 3D-printed polymer. Some micro cages are flat-fronted, overlapping with the flat/total-denial category.

14. #14Flat Cage / Inversion Cage / Total Denial

Keys: flat cage, total denial cage, flush cage, inverted cage, flat plate cage, tucking cage, pancake cage, flat-front, flat front, inversion cage

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Flat cages represent the most extreme compression available in the cage form factor. Rather than a tube that the penis sits inside, a flat cage presents a plate, shallow cup, or minimal-depth enclosure that presses the penis back against the body, compressing it into a nearly two-dimensional profile. The penis is not merely confined — it is flattened.

Some flat cage designs work by simple compression: the cage plate sits flush against the pubic mound, and the penis is squeezed flat between plate and body. Others use an inversion principle: the penis is pushed back through itself (the way one inverts a finger of a glove), and the cage holds it in this inverted, retracted state. The tip of the glans is pushed inward, and the cage maintains this position. Inversion cages create an anatomical profile that is strikingly flat — the wearer's crotch appears to have no penis at all, only the small disc or shallow cup of the cage front.

This design is strongly associated with feminization dynamics. The flat or inverted profile allows the wearer to present as smooth-fronted under clothing — panties, leggings, or swimwear lie flat without any bulge. For sissies, crossdressers, or trans women exploring denial of masculine anatomy, the flat cage provides both physical restriction and a visual transformation of the genital area.

Physically, flat cages permit zero erectile expansion. The penis has nowhere to go — it is compressed or inverted to its minimum volume. Arousal becomes a dull, insistent internal pressure with no outward manifestation. This can be psychologically intense, as the wearer's body tries to respond to arousal and is completely denied any physical expression of it.

Hygiene with flat cages requires careful attention because the compressed, folded skin creates crevices where moisture and bacteria can accumulate. Silicone-lined inversion cages provide a smoother interior surface that reduces irritation during extended compression.

15. #15Shaft-Only Cage

Keys: shaft only, shaft-only cage, ringless shaft cage, no ring cage, no base ring cage

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

A shaft-only cage encloses the shaft and glans of the penis but uses no base ring and no scrotal capture. The cage is retained on the penis itself — typically via a coronal ring, a piercing anchor, or a tetherspout — with nothing passing behind the testicles.

This design is fundamentally different from standard tube-and-ring cages. There is no hardware at the scrotal root. The testicles hang freely, uncaptured. The cage attaches only to the penis proper. This eliminates the base ring discomfort that many long-term wearers struggle with and removes the entire category of pull-out-through-the-base-ring escape attempts (because there is no base ring to pull through).

Retention relies on one of three methods: a coronal ring seated in the sulcus behind the glans (making the device effectively a ringless cage, see separate entry), a PA piercing pin that physically tethers the penis to the cage, or a tetherspout that anchors inside the fossa navicularis. Without one of these anchoring methods, a shaft-only cage would simply slide off.

Shaft-only cages are preferred by wearers who: find base rings chronically uncomfortable or medically problematic (circulation issues, nerve sensitivity), want the most discrete possible device under clothing (no hardware visible below the cage), or have anatomy that makes base rings impractical (very high or retracted scrotum, for example).

Security varies with the anchoring method. PA-anchored shaft-only cages are among the most secure designs available, since escape requires either unlocking the cage or tearing through the piercing. Tetherspout-anchored designs are nearly as secure. Purely coronal-anchored shaft-only cages are less secure, relying entirely on the tightness of the coronal grip behind the glans.

16. #16Full Male Chastity Belt — Polish-Style

Keys: Polish-style belt, male chastity belt, high security belt, steel belt, Polish belt, full belt, metal belt

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

The full male chastity belt is the highest-security class of male chastity device. Unlike a cage (which anchors only at the scrotal root), a full belt encircles the waist with a rigid band and runs a shield or tube downward through the crotch, locking front to back. The penis and usually the scrotum are enclosed within a rigid front shield, and the assembly is held immovably in place by the waistband — it cannot be pulled off, pushed off, or manipulated away from the body.

The Polish-style belt (so named because several of the most prominent fabricators historically operated in Poland) is the archetype of high-security male chastity belts. Its defining features are:

Waistband: A rigid contoured band of stainless steel (typically 316L) that encircles the waist, sitting on or just below the hip crests. It closes at the front, side, or back with a lock. The band is shaped to follow the curve of the body so it does not shift or rotate.

Front shield: A curved steel plate covering the penis and scrotum. The penis is directed downward into a tube or channel integrated into the shield. The shield prevents any manual access to the genitals from the front. A slot at the bottom allows urination.

Rear strap or cable: A strap, band, or cable passing between the buttocks from the bottom of the front shield to the back of the waistband, preventing the front shield from being pulled forward and away from the body. Some designs use a single central wire (thong-style); others use a flat shaped band. Anal access may be provided via an opening in the rear strap, or denied entirely.

Locking: Typically two or more lock points — waistband closure and front-shield-to-waistband junction. Some designs add a third lock at the rear strap connection.

Polish-style belts are invariably custom-fitted. Mass-produced full belts exist but suffer from poor fit on most bodies. A properly fitted belt is comfortable enough for continuous wear over weeks or months, distributes weight across the hips rather than hanging from the genitals, and is effectively escape-proof without tools. The wearer can walk, sit, sleep, exercise, and go about daily life while completely denied any genital access.

The Florentine belt is a historical and contemporary belt architecture distinguished by its simplicity: a single rigid plate (the crotch guard) extends from a waistband down over the genitals and between the legs, secured at both ends to the waistband. The name references the apocryphal Florentine origin of European chastity belts, though modern Florentine-style devices bear little resemblance to medieval myths.

Unlike the Polish-style belt with its separate front shield, rear strap, and multiple locking points, the Florentine design integrates front coverage and rear anchoring into one continuous piece — a single shaped plate that curves from the front waistband, down over the vulva or penis, through the perineum, and up to the rear waistband. This creates an inherently simpler device with fewer joints and potentially fewer points of failure.

The Florentine approach is more commonly seen in female belts, where a single plate can effectively cover the vulva and pass between the legs. For male wearers, the single-plate design must accommodate the penis and scrotum, usually by incorporating a tube or bulge in the plate's front section.

Advantages include structural simplicity, fewer moving parts, and a clean aesthetic line. Disadvantages include less adjustability (the single piece must be correctly shaped for the entire front-to-back path), potential discomfort if the plate curvature doesn't match the wearer's anatomy, and typically less sophisticated hygiene access compared to multi-component Polish designs with removable inner shields or wide-access slots.

18. #18Hinged-Shield Belt

Keys: hinged belt, hinged shield, hinged plate, hinged front

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

A hinged-shield belt features a front shield that opens on a hinge, typically swinging upward or to the side like a door, providing access to the genitals beneath without removing the waistband or rear strap. The hinge is integrated into the belt frame, and a lock secures the shield in the closed position.

This design offers a significant practical advantage: the keyholder can open the front shield for inspection, cleaning, teasing, or supervised genital access without the wearer having to remove and re-don the entire belt. The waistband stays in place, the rear strap stays routed, and only the genital cover opens. This saves considerable time compared to full belt removal and re-fitting, making hygiene checks and tease sessions much more convenient.

For the wearer, the hinged shield creates a psychologically distinct experience during opening. The keyholder unlocks and swings the plate away, revealing the wearer's genitals in a gesture that emphasizes access and control — the wearer's body is literally opened for inspection. The re-closing and re-locking of the shield reasserts confinement.

Hinged shields are most common in female belts, where the front plate covers the vulva. Opening the hinge reveals the vulva while the waistband and rear strap remain locked in place. Male hinged designs are less common because the penis tube or cage typically needs to be removed from the shaft, which is more complex than simply swinging a flat plate open.

The hinge mechanism must be robust — it is a potential structural weakness. High-quality hinged belts use precision machined hinges that cannot be forced, bent, or disassembled without the proper key.

19. #19Exoskeletal Pressure-Distribution Belt

Keys: pelvic frame, exoskeletal, exo belt, hip frame, exobelt, pressure distribution

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Exoskeletal chastity belts represent a fundamentally different engineering philosophy from traditional cage-on-base-ring designs. Instead of anchoring the device by clamping around the scrotal root (which places all retention force on sensitive genital tissue), an exoskeletal belt distributes support across the bony pelvis — hips, iliac crests, and pubic bone — using a rigid or semi-rigid frame.

The typical exoskeletal construction uses a combination of engineered polymer (such as PETG or HDPE) for the frame and stainless steel for locking hardware and high-stress components. The frame sits on the hips like a skeletal harness, with the genital enclosure suspended from the frame rather than hanging from the genitals. This means the weight of the device and all retention forces are borne by the pelvis, not by the scrotum or penile root.

A notable feature of some exoskeletal designs is the paired U-ring scrotal anchor: two U-shaped rings positioned behind the scrotum — one oriented upward, one downward — joined by pins and spacers. This captures the scrotal neck between two opposing curves without the sustained compression of a traditional base ring, distributing pressure over a wider area.

Exoskeletal belts typically use dual padlocks for security. The frame cannot be removed without unlocking both points. The design allows both standing and seated urination through integrated drainage channels.

The primary advantage is comfort during extended wear. By removing sustained pressure from the genitals, exoskeletal designs reduce the circulation concerns, nerve compression, and skin damage that can occur with tight base rings. The disadvantage is bulk — the pelvic frame is larger and more conspicuous than a simple cage, making it harder to conceal under clothing. These are typically worn by dedicated long-term wearers who prioritize comfort and safety over discretion.

20. #20Tube-and-Ring Minimal Design

Keys: minimal cage, simple cage, tube and ring, ring and tube, basic cage

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

The tube-and-ring is the simplest possible cock cage architecture: a base ring and a tube (or minimalist cage shell) connected by a single locking pin or hasp. No belt, no straps, no harness — just a ring around the scrotal root and a tube over the shaft, joined and locked.

This minimalism makes tube-and-ring devices lightweight, inexpensive, easy to put on and remove, and relatively comfortable for beginners. Many mass-produced chastity cages follow this pattern. They are the most common entry point into chastity play.

Security is limited. The device is retained entirely by the base ring's grip behind the testicles. A wearer with sufficient determination, lubrication, and pain tolerance can pull out of most tube-and-ring devices by compressing the penis and testicles and sliding backward through the ring. Anti-pullout pins, PA anchoring, or tetherspouts can mitigate this vulnerability.

Tube-and-ring devices are available in every material — polymer, resin, bioresin, silicone, 3D-printed nylon, stainless steel, and titanium. They range from disposable novelty items to precision-machined custom pieces. The form factor is so universal that when someone refers to a chastity cage without further specification, they are almost certainly describing a tube-and-ring device.

The tube portion may be open-bar, solid, flat, or any hybrid. The connection between ring and tube may be fixed (welded, bonded) or modular (interchangeable tubes on a standard ring). Some designs integrate the lock into the connection point; others use an external padlock through a hasp.

21. #21Ringless / Coronal-Anchored Cage

Keys: ringless, corona cage, no base ring, without base ring, ringless cage, coronal cage

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Ringless cages eliminate the base ring entirely, instead anchoring directly to the penis itself via the coronal sulcus — the groove that runs behind the glans (head) of the penis. A snug ring or band seats in this sulcus, gripping the natural ridge of the corona, and the cage extends forward from this anchor point to enclose the glans.

This design philosophy solves several problems associated with base rings: it eliminates scrotal compression, removes the risk of testicular trapping in the ring-to-cage gap, eliminates base ring chafing at the inner thighs and perineum, and reduces the overall footprint of the device. There is no hardware behind the testicles at all.

Ringless cages come in two primary sub-variants. The cylindrical type uses a simple round band behind the corona with a tubular cage extending forward. The bullet or anatomical type follows the contours of the penis more closely, with a sculpted coronal grip and a forward enclosure shaped to the glans profile.

Adjustable coronal rings are common, with some designs offering up to nine size settings to accommodate different anatomies and states of flaccidity. The ring must be tight enough to stay seated behind the corona without slipping off but must not be so tight that it restricts blood flow to the glans.

Security is inherently lower than base-ring designs because the device can potentially be pulled off by compressing the glans and sliding the coronal ring forward. However, for wearers who find base rings uncomfortable, medically problematic, or aesthetically undesirable, ringless cages offer a viable alternative. They are particularly popular among wearers who want a device that is less noticeable under clothing, as the elimination of the base ring significantly reduces the hardware profile in the groin area.

22. #22Cap-Only / Glans-Only Cage

Keys: penis cap, Schandmaske, glans only, cap cage, glans cap, glans cage, head cage, tip cage

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

A cap-only cage covers exclusively the glans (head) of the penis, leaving the shaft entirely exposed. It is the most minimal possible chastity enclosure — a small cap or shell over the glans, secured in place by a locking pin through a Prince Albert piercing or by a urethral insert.

Because the cap covers only the most sensitive portion of the penis, it achieves denial by denying stimulation to the glans specifically. The shaft is exposed and can be touched, but without glans stimulation, orgasm is extremely difficult or impossible for most people. This creates a uniquely frustrating dynamic: the wearer can see and feel most of their penis freely but cannot access the one area that matters most.

Retention requires piercing anchoring (PA pin through the cap, physically tethering it to the glans) or a biocompatible urethral insert that locks inside the urethra. Without such anchoring, a cap this small would simply slide off. This means cap-only cages are exclusively for pierced or tetherspout-equipped wearers.

Bespoke cap cages are custom-fitted to the wearer's glans — diametrically matched to the corona, contoured to the glans profile, and secured through the wearer's specific piercing gauge. The fit is intimate and precise.

The aesthetic is striking: the shaft hangs freely while the head is encased in a small metal shell. Under clothing, the device is nearly undetectable. The cap is lightweight, permits easy urination (through the piercing channel or a drainage hole), and allows full hygiene access to the shaft and base. It is among the most comfortable long-term designs precisely because it contacts so little tissue. The tradeoff is that it requires a piercing and provides no restriction of erection — the penis can become fully erect, but the glans remains locked away.

23. #23Punishment Cage

Keys: spiked cage, discipline cage, points inside, punish him, spike cage, punishment cage, painful cage, spikes inside

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Punishment cages are chastity cages designed to cause discomfort or pain when the wearer becomes aroused. They transform erection attempts from mere frustration into active suffering, adding a punitive dimension to denial.

The most common punishment mechanism is internal spikes or points — small raised nubs, teeth, or sharp protrusions on the interior surface of the cage that press harmlessly against the flaccid penis but dig into the flesh as it attempts to swell. The more aroused the wearer becomes, the more the engorging tissue presses against the points. Marketing materials often describe this as a self-correcting feedback loop; in practice, the mechanism has real costs. Skin that is repeatedly pierced or abraded breaks down, and broken skin inside a warm moist enclosure is a reliable path to local infection. Persistent nocturnal erections, which the wearer cannot consciously suppress, compound the problem over multiple nights.

Spike configurations include: rows of pointed studs along the inner cage wall, rings of inward-pointing teeth at intervals along the tube, concentrated spike clusters targeting the glans, and adjustable-depth spikes that can be set to merely uncomfortable or genuinely piercing.

Other punishment features include: rough or textured interior surfaces (abrasive rather than spiked), restrictive urethral inserts that become uncomfortable during engorgement, electrified contacts activated remotely by the keyholder, and extremely tight cage dimensions that make even minor swelling acutely painful.

Punishment cages are not for beginners and are not suitable for extended continuous wear. They are best used for defined punishment periods — hours to a day or two — rather than locked in as standard daily wear, and the skin must be inspected carefully after each use. Responsible use involves clear communication about pain tolerance, limits on duration, and a low threshold for removal if skin damage develops. A cage that was fine yesterday can draw blood tonight, and infection can follow quickly.

24. #24Chainmail Cage

Keys: chain mail, chainmail, chainmail cage, linked cage, woven cage, chain cage, mesh cage

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Chainmail cages are constructed from interlocking metal rings woven together into a flexible mesh that drapes over and around the penis. Unlike rigid bar or tube cages, a chainmail cage is soft and yielding — it conforms to the penis's shape and moves with the body.

The primary advantage is breathability. The open weave of the chainmail allows maximum airflow to the skin, making it the most ventilated cage type available. Moisture evaporates freely, hygiene is simplified, and the wearer experiences less of the trapped-heat discomfort associated with solid or tightly barred cages.

The flexibility is both a feature and a limitation. The chainmail moves with the body, making it comfortable for active wear — exercising, sitting, walking all feel more natural than with a rigid cage. However, the flexible mesh provides only moderate confinement. Erection is somewhat restricted by the mesh's limited stretch, but a determined wearer can achieve partial engorgement within the weave. The chainmail compresses against the swelling penis, creating a sensation of tight encirclement rather than hard-wall confinement.

Security is lower than rigid designs. The mesh can potentially be manipulated, and the flexible material does not prevent determined self-stimulation through the links. Chainmail cages are generally used for their aesthetic appeal and comfort rather than as high-security devices.

The aesthetic is distinctive and medieval-evocative: a shimmering mesh of small metal rings encasing the penis, often paired with a solid metal base ring for contrast. Materials range from steel to titanium to specialty alloys. The craftsmanship required to weave a form-fitting genital chainmail is considerable, making these typically artisan-produced items.

25. #25Aesthetic / Themed Cages

Keys: aesthetic cage, snake cage, skeleton cage, cobra cage, dragon cage, novelty cage, colored cage, rainbow cage, themed cage, python cage, decorative cage

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Aesthetic and themed cages prioritize visual design alongside or above functional confinement. The cage is not merely a utilitarian denial tool but a piece of wearable erotic art or a themed statement.

Shape themes include: snake or cobra designs (the cage sculpted to resemble a coiled serpent encasing the penis, with a head at the tip), dragon cages (scaled texture, winged accents), skeleton or bone cages (skeletal architecture resembling rib bones), skull-tip cages (the cage terminus shaped as a skull face with the urinary opening as the mouth), lattice or filigree patterns (ornate metalwork resembling jewelry), and organic or biomechanical sculpted forms.

Surface finish themes include: mirror-polished chrome, brushed matte steel, gold plating, rose gold, black PVD coating, rainbow anodized titanium (producing vivid iridescent coloring), colored resin in any hue, transparent or translucent polymer (allowing visibility of the confined penis through tinted material), and glow-in-the-dark resin.

Themed cages serve several purposes in a dynamic. They can be humiliating (a silly or demeaning design reinforces the wearer's objectification), aesthetically pleasing to the keyholder (the confined penis as a decorative object), identity-expressive (reflecting the wearer's submissive persona or the dynamic's theme), or simply fun. Some keyholders collect multiple themed cages and select which one the wearer locks into based on mood, occasion, or as reward/punishment.

Functionally, themed cages span the full range. Some are purely decorative and barely functional; others are well-engineered devices that happen to have artistic exteriors. The confinement effectiveness of a themed cage depends on the same factors as any cage: fit, material, base ring security, and anchoring method.

26. #26CBT-Integrated Chastity

Keys: CBT chastity, cock and ball, ball torture cage, ball weight, scrotal punishment, ball crusher, ball stretcher chastity

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

CBT-integrated chastity devices combine cock-and-ball torture elements with chastity denial in a single locked assembly. Rather than wearing separate CBT hardware alongside a cage, these devices build the torture mechanisms into the chastity device itself, so that locking the wearer into chastity simultaneously subjects them to testicular or scrotal discomfort.

    Common integrations include:

Ball stretcher collars: A weighted or tension-inducing collar built into the base ring assembly, pulling the testicles downward. The longer the device is worn, the more the sustained stretch is felt.

Ball crusher plates: Compression plates above and below the testicles, adjusted by screws or springs. The keyholder can set the compression level, squeezing the testicles to the desired degree of discomfort. The compression is maintained by the lock — the wearer cannot relieve it.

Spiked scrotal cuffs: An inner ring or cuff surrounding the scrotum lined with points or teeth. The spikes press against the scrotal skin during movement, creating persistent low-grade pain that intensifies with physical activity.

Separator bars: Rigid bars or posts between the testicles, forcing them apart. Combined with cage attachment, this creates a constant spreading tension.

Weight integration: Attachment points on the cage or base ring for hanging weights from the scrotal assembly, combining denial with progressive stretch training.

These devices serve dynamics that blend denial with physical discipline. The wearer is simultaneously denied sexual release and subjected to genital pain — the cage prevents pleasure while the CBT elements inflict suffering. This combination can produce intense submissive headspace. Because the wearer cannot adjust or remove the CBT components, the keyholder's settings become the wearer's baseline until release; this demands accurate initial calibration and regular check-ins. Testicular pain that develops during wear (as opposed to the intended steady pressure) can indicate torsion, circulation problems, or pressure injury, and warrants prompt removal rather than endurance.

27. #27Cum-Through / Ruined Orgasm Cage

Keys: milking cage, dribble cage, leaking cage, cum through, cum-through, ruined orgasm cage

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Cum-through cages are designed to permit ejaculation while preventing satisfying orgasm. The cage allows enough stimulation to push the wearer past the point of no return — through persistent vibration against the cage, prostate stimulation, or prolonged tease — but the cage geometry prevents the sustained, direct contact needed for a pleasurable climax. The result is a ruined orgasm: semen dribbles or spurts out through the cage tip while the wearer feels only a hollow, frustrating contraction rather than the waves of pleasure a full orgasm delivers.

Design features that facilitate this include: tip openings large enough for ejaculate to pass through, cage dimensions that allow enough engorgement to reach the edge but not enough to achieve full satisfying stimulation, smooth interior surfaces that deny friction, and ventilation that prevents the buildup of warmth and pressure that might accidentally provide pleasurable sensation.

Some keyholders use cum-through cages as part of a regular milking schedule — periodically stimulating the locked wearer (often via prostate massage or vibrator held against the cage) until ejaculation occurs, then immediately stopping. The wearer's body gets physical release (reducing the prostate-congestion concerns of very prolonged semen retention) without the psychological satisfaction of orgasm. The wearer may even feel more frustrated after a ruined orgasm than before, as the body has gone through the motions of climax without delivering the neurochemical reward.

This creates a distinctive psychological dynamic: the wearer learns that even when they are allowed to ejaculate, it brings no relief. Release is not escape. The cage denies them satisfaction whether they ejaculate or not.

28. #28Anti-Erection Specific Designs

Keys: anti erection, night cage, prevents erection, sleep cage, nocturnal device, anti-erection, erection prevention

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Anti-erection devices are specifically engineered to prevent penile erection through immediate physical feedback, as distinct from standard cages that simply confine an attempted erection within a space. The primary concern is often nocturnal erections, which occur naturally during REM sleep and can cause significant discomfort in ill-fitting standard cages.

    Design approaches include:

Downward-angled tubes: The cage tube is bent at a steep downward angle from the base ring, forcing the penis into a position that mechanically opposes erection. The erectile tissue cannot straighten because the tube curves away. Arousal produces a pulling, aching sensation that typically wakes the wearer and triggers detumescence.

Constriction geometry: The cage narrows at a specific point, creating a bottleneck that tightens around the shaft as it begins to engorge. The early-stage swelling is met with immediate constriction, discouraging further blood flow before full erection can develop.

Spring-loaded or tension elements: Internal components that apply increasing inward pressure as the penis pushes outward, creating a progressive resistance that intensifies proportionally with arousal.

Nocturnal-specific devices are sometimes worn only during sleep, with a different (or no) device during waking hours. They address the practical problem that nighttime erections are involuntary and cannot be mentally suppressed. Some wearers report that after weeks of consistent anti-erection device wear, their nocturnal erections diminish in frequency and intensity — the body adapts to the impossibility of full engorgement. Others find the same adaptation does not occur and the device remains uncomfortable through the night; this is highly individual and typically requires some experimentation to discover.

29. #29Female Chastity Belt — Full High-Security

Keys: her belt, wore a belt, female chastity belt, her chastity, belt on her, chastity belt on her, locked her

    Enabled · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

A full female chastity belt is a locked device that encircles the waist and passes between the legs, covering the vulva (and optionally the anus) with a rigid shield that prevents any genital access. It is the female equivalent of a full male chastity belt and represents the highest security class of female chastity device.

    The core components are:

Waistband: A rigid contoured band (typically stainless steel) encircling the waist or hips. It must sit securely without riding up or sliding down, conforming to the wearer's torso contours. Waistband closure is locked, typically at the front, side, or back. The band distributes the device's weight across the pelvis.

Front shield: A shaped plate covering the vulva from the mons pubis downward through the perineum. It prevents finger access, toy insertion, or any direct genital stimulation. The shield's inner surface may be flat, contoured to the vulvar anatomy, or impression-molded for a custom fit. Hygiene slots — narrow openings in the shield — allow urination and basic cleaning without removal.

Rear strap or shield: A strap, cable, or secondary plate extending from the bottom of the front shield, passing between the buttocks to connect to the back of the waistband. This prevents the front shield from being pulled forward. Rear straps come in thong-wire (thin cable, minimal) or flat-band (shaped metal strip, more coverage) variants. The rear strap may include an anal access opening or may cover the anus as well.

Locking: Typically two or more lock points. The waistband closes with one lock; the front-shield-to-waistband junction uses another. Additional locks may secure the rear strap or an inner shield.

A properly fitted female chastity belt allows the wearer to walk, sit, run, sleep, and perform all daily activities while completely denying genital access. Urination passes through the hygiene slot. Bowel movements pass through the rear opening (if provided) or require keyholder-supervised temporary loosening of the rear strap.

The psychological impact is profound. The wearer's entire genital area is walled off behind locked steel. They can feel arousal — the nerve endings beneath the shield still respond to stimulation — but cannot touch, rub, or penetrate. The belt is a constant physical presence: its weight on the hips, its pressure between the legs, the cool steel against the most intimate skin. Every movement reminds the wearer that they are locked, and that someone else holds the key.

30. #30Shield-Style Belt — Vulva Cover Only

Keys: front shield only, partial belt, genital shield, vulva shield, shield belt, vulva cover

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

A shield-style belt covers the vulva with a rigid or semi-rigid plate but uses a simpler construction than a full chastity belt. The shield may be held in place by a waistband alone (without a rear strap), by straps around the thighs, or by attachment to a harness. The coverage is frontal — the vulva is blocked — but the design does not necessarily pass between the legs.

Shield-only designs are less secure than full belts because they lack the rear strap that prevents the shield from being pulled away from the body. However, they are simpler, lighter, less intrusive, and more comfortable for wearers who find a full belt too restrictive for daily life. They can serve as training devices (acclimating a wearer to genital coverage before graduating to a full belt) or as symbolic denial tools where absolute security is not the primary goal.

The shield itself may be flat metal, contoured to the vulvar mound, padded on the inner surface for comfort, or perforated for ventilation. Hygiene access depends on the design — some shields can be shifted slightly for urination; others require keyholder assistance.

Shield-only styles are sometimes integrated into bondage harnesses, with the shield being one component of a larger leather or steel strap system that includes thigh bands, waist belt, and possibly chest or shoulder straps. In these configurations, the chastity function is one element of a comprehensive restraint ensemble.

31. #31Y-Front vs. T-Back Belt Configurations

Keys: T-back, Y front belt, rear strap design, Y-front, belt strap configuration, T back belt

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Female chastity belts are classified by their strap routing geometry, with Y-front and T-back being the two primary configurations.

T-back (or T-bar): A single rear strap runs straight from the bottom of the front shield to the center back of the waistband, forming a T-shape when viewed from behind. The strap passes through the gluteal cleft like a thong. This is the simpler construction. It effectively prevents the front shield from being pulled forward but provides no lateral coverage of the anal area. The strap width determines comfort — thin wires are barely noticeable but can dig in; flat bands distribute pressure but are more conspicuous.

Y-front (or Y-configuration): The belt splits into two straps at the perineum, with each strap passing to one side of the anus before rejoining at the back of the waistband. Viewed from behind, this creates a Y-shape. The Y-front routes around the anus rather than over it, providing better hygiene access for bowel movements and reducing the irritation of a strap pressing directly against the anal area. However, the split-strap design may leave gaps that a determined wearer could exploit.

Some advanced belts offer dual-shield designs that combine both approaches: a front shield covering the vulva and a separate rear shield or plate covering the anus, connected by one or two straps. These provide maximum coverage but are the most complex to fit and the most restrictive to wear.

The choice between T-back and Y-front depends on the wearer's anatomy, the desired level of anal access or denial, hygiene priorities, and comfort preferences. Many bespoke belt fabricators offer either configuration on the same waistband platform.

32. #32Anal-Inclusive Belt — Dual Shield

Keys: rear shield, anal denial, anal plate, anal coverage belt, dual shield, anal shield, covers her anus

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

An anal-inclusive belt extends the coverage of a standard female chastity belt to deny anal access as well as vaginal and clitoral access. This is achieved by adding a rear shield or plate that covers the anus, in addition to the standard front shield covering the vulva.

The rear shield may be a separate rigid plate that locks independently to the rear strap or waistband, or it may be a continuous extension of the front shield — a single long plate running from the mons pubis all the way through the perineum and over the anus. The continuous design provides seamless coverage with no gap between front and rear protection but is more difficult to fit because the plate must follow the complex curves of the vulvar and perineal anatomy.

Anal-inclusive belts serve dynamics where total denial is the goal — no genital stimulation and no anal penetration. They prevent the wearer from using anal toys, receiving anal sex, or achieving anal orgasms as a workaround for vaginal denial. In complete-control scenarios, every orifice is locked away.

Hygiene becomes more complex with anal coverage. Bowel movements require either a hygiene opening in the rear shield (sized to allow waste to pass but not fingers or toys), keyholder-supervised temporary removal of the rear shield, or a hinged rear plate that can be unlocked and opened for bathroom use. Poor hygiene management of the anal area creates serious infection risk and is a common reason wearers have to abandon anal-inclusive belts prematurely.

Some dual-shield belts include locking anal plugs retained by the rear shield — the plug is held inside by the locked plate, combining anal denial with enforced plug wearing.

33. #33Plug-Integrated Female Belt

Keys: forced plug, vaginal plug belt, plugged belt, plug integrated, locked plug, plug locked inside, plug belt, anal plug belt

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Plug-integrated belts incorporate one or more internal plugs — vaginal, anal, or both — that are held in place by the locked belt shield. The plug is inserted into the wearer before the belt is closed and locked. Once locked, the shield holds the plug inside the body; it cannot be removed or expelled without unlocking the belt.

Vaginal plugs may be smooth, ribbed, textured, bulbous, tapered, or custom-shaped. They create a constant sensation of fullness and internal presence. The wearer is penetrated at all times while the belt is locked — during walking, sitting, sleeping, and all daily activities. The plug moves slightly with body movement, creating subtle internal stimulation that maintains a low-level arousal the wearer cannot act upon.

Anal plugs function similarly, creating constant anal fullness. Combined vaginal and anal plugs produce an intensely penetrated sensation — the wearer is filled in both passages, stretched and occupied, with no ability to remove either plug.

Plug attachment methods include: threaded bases that screw into the shield (the plug can be changed by unlocking the shield, unscrewing one plug, and screwing in another), magnetic retention against the shield interior, bayonet-lock mechanisms, and fixed welded plugs that are permanent features of the shield.

Some keyholders use plug-integrated belts for behavioral training — the constant internal presence reinforces the wearer's awareness of their submission. Switching between plug types (smooth to textured, small to large, static to vibrating) provides variety and unpredictability. Extended continuous plug wear requires attention to tissue health: prolonged pressure in one spot can cause irritation or pressure injury, and plugs worn for days at a time need regular removal for cleaning and skin check regardless of the belt's security design.

34. #34Labia-Piercing-Secured Belt

Keys: labia lock, labia padlock, labia piercing belt, pierced labia, piercing secured belt

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Labia-piercing-secured belts use the wearer's existing labial piercings as anchor points for the chastity device, either as the primary retention method or as a supplementary anti-tamper measure alongside a conventional belt.

The simplest form is direct labia locking: the inner or outer labia are pierced with rings, and a small padlock or locking pin is threaded through the opposing rings, physically closing the labia over the vaginal entrance. This is chastity in its most minimal form — no belt, no shield, just locked piercings sealing the vulva shut. Access to the vagina is prevented; clitoral access depends on the placement and number of piercings.

More sophisticated designs use labial piercings to anchor a shield or belt. The front shield includes pins, hooks, or threaded posts that pass through the labial piercings and are secured on the body side of the labia. This makes the shield physically attached to the wearer's anatomy — it cannot be pulled away without tearing through the piercings. This creates a powerful psychological lock beyond the mechanical one: even if the wearer could pick the main lock, they still cannot remove the shield without damaging their own piercings.

Piercing-secured designs typically require multiple piercings for stability — commonly two to four outer labia piercings, symmetrically placed. The piercings must be fully healed (typically six months or more after piercing, depending on location and individual healing) before being used for device attachment. Jewelry gauge must match the device hardware, and materials must be compatible to avoid galvanic corrosion.

Combination systems use a conventional belt for primary retention and piercing locks as tamper-detection: if the wearer somehow removes the belt, the piercing locks remain as evidence, and the piercings are too conspicuous to secretly replace.

Full-torso chastity systems extend denial from the genitals upward to include the breasts and nipples. These combine a pelvic chastity belt with an upper-body component — a chastity bra, chest plate, or integrated harness — that covers and locks over the breasts.

The chastity bra portion may be constructed as: rigid steel cups or plates that enclose each breast and lock to a chest band or shoulder straps, a continuous chest shield covering both breasts and the sternum, mesh or barred enclosures over each breast (allowing visibility but not touch), or shaped polymer shells secured by straps.

The integration with the pelvic belt may be structural (rigid connecting bars or straps running from the waistband up the torso to the bra component, forming a single locked assembly) or independent (separate bra and belt, each with its own lock, but designed as a matched set).

The psychological effect of full-torso chastity is total sensory denial. The wearer's genitals, breasts, and nipples are all locked away — every primary erogenous zone is covered, inaccessible, and under the keyholder's control. The wearer is encased from chest to crotch in locked hardware. Physical intimacy is completely keyholder-gated.

Nipple-specific denial features may include: smooth inner cups that prevent nipple stimulation, padded liners that dampen sensation, or conversely, textured inner surfaces or attached clamps that provide constant nipple stimulation the wearer cannot stop — forced arousal combined with denial of release.

Full-torso systems are the heaviest, most complex, and most conspicuous chastity devices. They are generally reserved for at-home or scene use rather than daily public wear, though some dedicated wearers do wear them under loose clothing.

36. #36Vibrating Insert Belt — Keyholder-Controlled

Keys: app controlled vibrator, tease vibrator, remote vibrator belt, vibrating belt, vibrating insert, forced vibration

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Vibrating insert belts incorporate an internal vibrator — typically positioned against the clitoris, inside the vagina, or both — that is locked in place by the chastity belt and controlled remotely by the keyholder. The wearer cannot remove, adjust, or deactivate the vibrator without the belt being unlocked.

This inverts the typical chastity paradigm. Standard chastity denies all stimulation; a vibrating insert belt forces stimulation upon the wearer whether they want it or not. The keyholder can activate the vibrator at any time, and the wearer must endure whatever intensity and pattern is chosen.

The vibrator may be controlled via: a wireless remote (short range, line-of-sight), a Bluetooth app (smartphone control, moderate range), or WiFi/internet connectivity (potentially global range, allowing a keyholder anywhere in the world to control the vibrator in real-time).

Dynamic possibilities include: tease and denial via vibration (bringing the wearer to the edge of orgasm via the vibrator, then stopping), forced orgasms (overstimulating the wearer against their will), orgasm torture (continuing high-intensity vibration through and past orgasm into hypersensitivity), pattern play (random vibration patterns throughout the day to keep the wearer in constant low-level arousal), and punishment vibration (sustained uncomfortable intensity as disciplinary consequence).

The psychological dynamic is distinctively invasive. The wearer's arousal and sensation are under external, remote control. Their body responds whether they consent in the moment or not — the vibrator is locked inside them and they cannot stop it. This can produce feelings of helplessness and surrender that differ qualitatively from the frustration of standard denial. Sustained high-intensity vibration against sensitive tissue can cause numbness, irritation, and in extreme cases nerve damage; well-designed dynamics include both firm pre-negotiated limits on intensity and duration and a reliable means for the wearer to signal that something has genuinely gone wrong (stuck vibrator, mechanical failure, developing pain). Internet-controlled variants add dependency on servers and connectivity, meaning a keyholder who goes offline while a session is running is a real operational concern — devices intended for this use typically include local auto-shutoff after a defined period without keyholder input.

37. #37Base Ring — Overview

Keys: back ring, base ring, ring behind, cock ring, ring around his balls

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

The base ring is the foundational anchoring component of most male chastity cages. It is a ring that encircles the root of the penis and the neck of the scrotum — passing behind the testicles and in front of the pubic bone — creating a closed loop from which the testicles prevent the ring from being pulled forward off the body.

The base ring is the primary retention mechanism for any cage that lacks a belt frame. All the force keeping the cage on the wearer's body is transmitted through this ring. Consequently, base ring fit is the single most important factor in both the comfort and security of a cage.

A ring that is too tight restricts blood flow, causing the glans to become discolored (purple, blue, or cold), the scrotum to swell, and potentially dangerous edema. Prolonged over-tight wear can cause nerve damage. A ring that is too loose allows the wearer to pull out — compressing the testicles and penis to slide backward through the ring gap.

The ideal base ring allows one finger to slide between the ring and the body when flaccid, maintains the testicles firmly in front of the ring without trapping or pinching scrotal skin in the ring-to-cage junction, and does not cause color change or temperature drop in the glans after 30 minutes of wear.

Base rings come in numerous shapes, materials, and configurations. The choice of base ring is often more important than the choice of cage — a perfectly designed cage on a poorly fitted base ring will be unwearable, while a mediocre cage on a well-fitted base ring can be worn indefinitely.

38. #38Base Ring Shapes

Keys: circular ring, ergonomic ring, anatomical ring, D-ring, oval ring, ring shape, gap ring, flat bottom ring, perineal cutout, contoured ring, round base ring, D ring

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Base rings come in several shapes, each with distinct fit and comfort characteristics. The choice of shape often matters more than the choice of diameter.

Circular: A simple constant-diameter circle. The most common and least expensive shape, standard on mass-produced cages. Available in a wide range of sizes (typically 35mm to 55mm inner diameter in 2-3mm increments). Its limitation is geometric — the human body is not circular at the base of the penis. The cross-section of the scrotal root is more oval, wider side-to-side than top-to-bottom. A circular ring that fits the narrower vertical dimension will be too loose laterally; one that fits the wider horizontal dimension will be too tight vertically, creating pressure points against the pubic bone (top) and perineum (bottom). Most wearers can tolerate circular rings but may feel pressure points after several hours.

Oval / Anatomical: Shaped to match the body's actual cross-section — taller than it is wide, an elliptical opening rather than a circle. This distributes pressure evenly around the circumference, eliminating the top-and-bottom pressure points of circular rings. Significantly more comfortable for extended wear. Also tends to be more secure, since the oval shape reduces lateral gaps that a circular ring of equivalent vertical fit would leave. Standard on bespoke and premium cages; less common in cheap mass-produced devices because both vertical and horizontal measurements are required.

Ergonomic gap / D-ring: Features a cutout, flattened section, or recessed area at the bottom of the ring — the point that rests against the perineum. The perineum contains nerves and blood vessels supplying the genitals; a ring pressing directly there can cause numbness, tingling, and restricted circulation. The gap ring removes material from this contact point, producing a D-shape when viewed from the front. Lifts the ring off the perineum, relieves pressure on the pudendal nerve, and allows more natural blood flow. For wearers who develop numbness during extended wear of conventional rings, the gap ring often solves the problem entirely. The flat bottom introduces a theoretical minor reduction in pull-out security but in practice differs little from a solid oval.

Contoured / sculpted: Fully three-dimensional shaping, often the product of impression molding — rising over the pubic bone, dipping at the perineum, sloping to match the scrotal curve. Standard on high-end bespoke cages. The best possible fit, at the cost of being built for one specific body.

39. #39Hinged and Split Base Rings

Keys: split ring, opening ring, hinged base ring, hinged ring, clamshell ring, two-piece ring

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Hinged and split base rings open to allow the ring to be placed around the scrotal root without threading the testicles through the ring one at a time — a process that can be awkward, painful, and time-consuming with a solid ring.

A hinged ring opens on a hinge at one point of its circumference, swinging apart like a clamshell. The wearer positions the open ring behind the scrotum, then closes it. The cage attaches and locks, securing the ring in its closed position. A split ring is similar but separates into two distinct pieces that are assembled around the scrotal root and joined by a pin, screw, or the cage locking mechanism itself.

The primary advantage is ease of application and removal. Putting on a solid base ring requires pulling each testicle through the ring individually, which can be difficult (especially when the scrotum is tight from cold) and risks pinching scrotal skin. A hinged or split ring simply opens, wraps around, and closes. This makes the process faster, less painful, and less intimidating for beginners.

The tradeoff is a potential structural weak point at the hinge or split junction. A poorly engineered hinge can be forced open; a split junction that doesn't seat precisely creates a pinch point. High-quality hinged rings use robust hinge pins and tight machining tolerances to address these concerns. Some designs hide the hinge mechanism entirely inside the ring cross-section, making it invisible when closed.

Hinged rings are particularly valued by wearers who put on and remove their cages frequently (e.g., for daily cleaning routines) rather than wearing continuously for extended periods.

40. #40Integrated Scrotum Cuff

Keys: ball cuff, scrotal collar, ball collar, testicular cuff, scrotum cuff, scrotal cuff

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

An integrated scrotum cuff is a secondary retention component that encircles the scrotal neck — the narrow passage above the testicles where the scrotum connects to the body. It is distinct from and additional to the base ring, which encircles both the penile root and the scrotal neck together.

The scrotum cuff grips the scrotal neck specifically, trapping the testicles below it. It anchors to the main cage or belt assembly, adding a second point of retention that works independently of the base ring. Even if the wearer manages to loosen or manipulate the base ring, the scrotum cuff prevents the testicles from passing upward and the cage from being pulled off.

Scrotum cuffs may be fixed-diameter (solid rings that the testicles are passed through during application, similar to a ball stretcher) or adjustable (hinged or screw-tightened bands that open for application and close around the scrotal neck). Some designs integrate the scrotum cuff into the base ring assembly as a secondary ring below the main ring, connected by a short spacer bar.

The cuff provides enhanced anti-pullout security, mild testicular restriction (the testicles are held firmly below the cuff), and a constant awareness of scrotal confinement. It also prevents the testicles from retracting upward toward the body (as they do when cold or during arousal in some individuals), keeping them in a visible, vulnerable, and accessible position below the cage.

Fit is critical. A too-tight scrotum cuff can dangerously restrict blood flow to the testicles and, at the extreme, cause tissue damage; a too-loose cuff does not perform its retention function. Signs of excessive tightness include discoloration, unusual cold or warmth, numbness, or pain beyond initial adjustment, and should prompt immediate removal.

41. #41Paired U-Ring Scrotal Anchor

Keys: dual ring, U-ring, paired ring, opposing ring, U ring scrotal

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

The paired U-ring scrotal anchor is a specific anchoring mechanism associated with exoskeletal belt designs. Two U-shaped metal pieces are positioned behind the scrotum — one oriented with its curve facing upward, the other facing downward — and joined by pins and spacers. The scrotal neck sits in the space between the two opposing U-curves.

This creates a capture mechanism that distributes retention force across a wider area than a single ring. The upward-facing U prevents the testicles from being pulled upward through the gap; the downward-facing U prevents them from being pushed downward. Together, they cradle the scrotal neck in a stable, secure grip without the concentrated compression of a tight base ring.

The pin-and-spacer connection allows the gap between the two U-pieces to be adjusted for the wearer's anatomy. This adjustability is a significant advantage over fixed-diameter base rings, which require exact sizing. The paired U-ring can be fine-tuned for comfort and security after the device is assembled.

This design is primarily found in hybrid-material exoskeletal belts where the U-rings are stainless steel components mounted into a polymer frame. They work in conjunction with the belt's pelvic frame to distribute all retention forces across the skeleton rather than concentrating them on genital tissue.

42. #42Anti-Pullout Devices

Keys: anti pullout, can't pull out, pullout prevention, anti-pullout, prevents pullout, pull-out pin, anti-escape

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Anti-pullout devices are supplementary components designed to prevent the wearer from withdrawing their penis backward through the base ring — the most common escape method for standard cock cages. Even a well-fitted base ring can be defeated by a determined wearer using lubricant, patience, and pain tolerance to compress the penis and testicles and slide backward out of the ring.

    Anti-pullout approaches include:

Anti-pullout pins/spikes: Small pointed protrusions mounted on the inner surface of the base ring, pointing inward toward the body. When the penis is in its normal forward position inside the cage, the pins sit against the penile shaft. If the wearer attempts to pull backward, the shaft skin pulls against the pins, which dig in painfully and grip the tissue, preventing withdrawal. The pins are uncomfortable enough to stop casual attempts, though aggressive pins can break skin during a serious escape attempt.

PA piercing lock: A pin or hook through the wearer's Prince Albert piercing that connects to the cage. The penis is physically tethered to the cage through the piercing; pulling out is impossible without tearing through the piercing. This is the most secure anti-pullout method available.

Tetherspout: A urethral retention device that anchors inside the fossa navicularis and connects to the cage externally. Functions similarly to a PA lock but without requiring a piercing.

Integrated scrotum cuff: Encircles the scrotal neck as a secondary retention point, preventing the testicles from being manipulated past the ring.

Ball trap geometry: Some base rings are designed with a deliberately narrow ring-to-cage gap that closely captures the scrotal neck, making it mechanically difficult to push a testicle back through.

Multiple methods can be combined for maximum security — for example, a well-fitted oval ring with anti-pullout pins and a PA lock is essentially escape-proof by any non-destructive means.

43. #43Waistband

Keys: waist strap, waist band, hip band, belt band, steel waistband, waistband

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

The waistband is the component of a chastity belt that encircles the waist or hips, serving as the primary structural anchor for the entire belt assembly. All other components — front shield, rear strap, plugs, locks — attach to and are supported by the waistband.

    Waistband styles include:

Single-band: A single continuous strip of steel or rigid material encircling the waist. The simplest and most common design. Closes with a lock at one point (typically front, side, or back). The band may be flat, curved to follow the hip crest, or anatomically contoured to sit in the natural waist groove.

Split-band: Two separate bands — an upper and lower — that together grip the waist. The split design can conform better to bodies where the waist-to-hip transition is pronounced, distributing pressure over a wider area. Split bands also allow air circulation between the two bands.

Contoured/shaped band: A waistband shaped in three dimensions to follow the body's curves — rising over the hip crests, dipping at the front and back. This is standard on bespoke belts, where the band is formed to match the wearer's exact torso shape. A contoured band sits more securely (it cannot rotate or shift like a flat band might) and distributes weight more evenly.

The waistband must be rigid enough not to flex open under stress but must not dig into the body during bending, sitting, or twisting. Most steel waistbands are 15-30mm wide and 2-4mm thick. Edges are rounded and polished. Some waistbands are lined with rubber, neoprene, or leather for comfort at the skin contact points.

The waistband closure is a critical security point — it must resist being pried open, and the lock must be robust. The closure design may overlap (one end over the other, pinned through both), butt-joint (ends meeting, joined by a lock hasp), or tongue-and-slot (one end inserts into a slot in the other).

44. #44Rear Strap Architectures

Keys: back strap, crotch strap, thong strap, rear strap, thong wire, flat band strap, between the legs

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

The rear strap connects the bottom of the front shield to the back of the waistband, passing between the legs and through the gluteal cleft. It prevents the front shield from being pulled forward and away from the body. Without a rear strap, a belt is merely a waistband with a dangling plate that could be lifted out of position.

Thong-wire: A single thin steel cable or wire, typically 2-4mm diameter, running from the shield bottom to the waistband rear. Minimal, barely perceptible between the buttocks, and comfortable for extended wear. Provides good security — the wire is thin but steel cable is extremely difficult to cut without tools. Allows full anal access (the wire passes beside or behind the anus rather than covering it).

Flat-band: A shaped strip of steel, typically 15-30mm wide, contoured to follow the perineum and gluteal cleft. More substantial than a wire, providing greater coverage. Can partially or fully cover the anus depending on width and routing. More conspicuous between the buttocks and may cause chafing if not properly contoured. Provides higher security than wire because its width resists being pulled to the side.

Dual-cable: Two thin cables, one on each side of the anus, converging at the waistband. Provides lateral stability (resists being pulled to one side) while maintaining anal access between the cables.

Y-configuration: The strap splits at the perineum into two branches that pass on either side of the anus, rejoining at the waistband. Routes around the anus entirely, providing the best hygiene access for the anal area.

The rear strap's connection points to the shield and waistband must be robust and tamper-resistant. Welded connections are most secure; bolted or pinned connections may be vulnerable to tool-assisted removal.

45. #45Hip Joints and Hinges

Keys: belt joint, belt hinge, hip hinge, articulated belt

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Rigid chastity belts must accommodate the wearer's movement — bending, sitting, twisting — without binding, pinching, or losing fit. Hip joints and hinges are the mechanical solutions that allow a rigid belt to flex where the body flexes.

Common hinge locations include: the waistband-to-front-shield junction (allowing the shield to tilt forward and back as the wearer bends at the waist), the waistband-to-rear-strap junction (allowing the rear strap to maintain contact with the body as the wearer sits), hip-crest articulations (multiple short segments of waistband connected by hinges, allowing the band to conform to hip movement), and front closure hinges (simplifying application and removal).

Hinge engineering must balance several constraints. The hinge must be robust enough to resist being forced open as an escape method; it must be tight enough that it does not rattle, pinch skin, or allow dirt and moisture ingress; and it must allow the intended range of motion without excessive looseness. High-quality hinges use precision-machined pins running in reamed bores, with minimal play and smooth articulation.

Living hinges — thin flexible sections of the main material rather than separate pins — appear in some polymer and hybrid belts, where a thinned section of the frame flexes repeatedly without breaking. Steel belts cannot use living hinges because steel does not tolerate repeated flexing at a single point.

Hinge failure is a significant concern in poorly made belts. A broken hinge means either a sudden loss of security (the belt can now be pulled apart) or a sudden loss of wearability (the belt no longer conforms, creates new pressure points, or jams). Inspection of hinges during regular hygiene breaks is part of responsible long-term wear.

46. #46Ventilation and Hygiene Slots

Keys: drainage slot, breathing hole, air hole, ventilation, perforated, vent hole, hygiene slot

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Ventilation holes and hygiene slots are openings in the cage or belt shield that serve three functions: airflow to prevent moisture buildup, cleaning access to the skin beneath, and drainage for urine and other fluids.

In male cages, ventilation holes are typically small circular or elongated perforations in the cage wall or tube. Their size, number, and placement balance airflow against security (large holes may allow stimulation through the opening). Common patterns include rows of small round holes, longitudinal slots, or lattice-cut patterns. The cage tip typically has a larger hole aligned with the urethral meatus for urination.

In female belt shields, hygiene slots are the critical design element. These are elongated openings in the front shield, positioned over the urethral meatus and vaginal opening. Slot dimensions are a direct tradeoff: wider slots allow easier urination, better drainage, tampon/cup access, and more effective cleaning, but also allow finger access that could be used for stimulation. Narrow slots maintain security but require more careful hygiene practices and may cause urine splashback.

Some belt designs use multiple narrow slots rather than one wide one — providing aggregate drainage and airflow while keeping each individual opening too narrow for finger insertion.

Cleaning technique through slots includes: flushing water through the slot via a squeeze bottle or shower spray, threading soaked cloth strips through the slot for mechanical cleaning, using narrow bottle brushes or pipe cleaners for interior cage surfaces, and drying with absorbent cloth drawn through the slot after cleaning.

Additional slot considerations include: alignment (the slot must be precisely positioned over the urethral meatus or the wearer cannot urinate cleanly through it), edge finish (slot edges must be smooth and rounded to prevent cutting the labia or penile tissue), and cleaning access (a slot wide enough to insert a cleaning swab or water nozzle simplifies hygiene enormously).

47. #47Urethral Anatomy for Chastity

Keys: meatus, fossa navicularis, urethral anatomy, urethral donut, inelastic ring

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Several specific anatomical features of the male urethra are relevant to chastity device design, particularly for urethral inserts and non-piercing anchoring systems.

The meatus is the external opening of the urethra at the tip of the glans. In most males it is a vertical slit rather than a round hole. Its size and shape vary between individuals and determine the maximum diameter of any insert that can be introduced without stretching or splitting the tissue.

Immediately behind the meatus lies a ring of inelastic fibrous tissue sometimes called the donut. Unlike the softer urethral walls, this ring does not stretch significantly. It defines the effective aperture of the urethra at its entry — any object with a flange wider than the ring cannot pass back through it once seated behind it.

Just behind the inelastic ring, the urethra widens into a small chamber called the fossa navicularis — a boat-shaped recess (hence the name) that sits within the glans. The fossa is wider than the inelastic ring in front of it and wider than the penile urethra behind it. This creates a natural pocket in which a retainer disc can seat, trapped in place by the narrower passages on either side.

This anatomy is what makes the tetherspout system possible without piercing: a disc small enough to slip through the inelastic ring during insertion, but too large to slip back through after it has reached the fossa, becomes a non-removable anchor until the retaining spout is unthreaded from inside the disc.

Individual anatomy varies significantly. Some wearers have narrower inelastic rings that require smaller retainers; others have shallower or wider fossas that affect retainer seating. Proper sizing before purchase is essential, and many tetherspout systems are sold in multiple sizes with fitting guidance based on meatal slit length.

48. #48Urethral Components — Types

Keys: urethral plug, sounding, urethral insert, urethra, urethral tube, sounds

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Urethral components enter the urethral meatus and extend some distance into the urethra. They serve different purposes depending on design, and four distinct types must be distinguished:

    1. Solid urethral plug/sound: A smooth, polished rod inserted into the urethra for sensation, stimulation, or disciplinary purposes. It blocks urinary flow while inserted. The wearer feels the internal presence of the rod — a distinctive sensation of being penetrated from the inside. In a chastity context, the plug adds a layer of invasive confinement: not only is the penis caged externally, but it is penetrated internally. Solid plugs may be fixed-length or sounding-depth (extending deep into the urethra, potentially to the bladder sphincter).

    2. Hollow urethral tube: A thin-walled tube integrated into the cage that channels urine from the meatus to an exit point at the cage tip. This is a hygiene feature — it allows clean urination through the cage by directing the stream rather than letting it spray through ventilation holes. The tube also prevents the glans from shifting off-center inside the cage. Hollow tubes come in various internal diameters; wider tubes allow better urine flow, narrower tubes are less intrusive but may clog.

    3. Tetherspout (anchoring system): See separate entry. A specialized two-part device that uses urethral anatomy to anchor a cage without piercing. Functionally distinct from solid plugs and hollow tubes — it is a retention mechanism, not a sensory insert or drainage aid.

    4. Dynamic/retractable insert (Prince's Wand style): A urethral rod or tube mounted so that it extends and retracts with the penis as it moves within the cage. See separate entry for this advanced variant.

All urethral components must be made from biocompatible materials — surgical stainless steel, titanium, or medical-grade silicone. Surface finish must be mirror-smooth; any roughness or burr can damage the delicate urethral mucosa. Sterilization before insertion is essential every time.

Urethral play carries genuine medical risks: urinary tract infection (common, sometimes requiring antibiotics), urethral trauma (from too-large inserts or rough technique), stricture formation (scarring that narrows the urethra permanently if repeated injury occurs), and bleeding. These risks are managed — not eliminated — through proper hygiene, conservative sizing, compatible materials, and gradual training. New urethral symptoms (burning, cloudy urine, fever, difficulty urinating) after insertion warrant removal and, if persistent, medical evaluation.

49. #49Catheter-Integrated Urethral Devices

Keys: bladder drainage, indwelling catheter, permanent catheter, catheter, catheter chastity

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Some chastity practitioners integrate urinary catheters into their devices. A catheter is a thin flexible tube that extends through the urethra into the bladder, providing continuous urinary drainage. In a chastity context, it is typically integrated so that the catheter passes through the cage and drains either into an external collection bag or directly through the cage tip.

This is a medical device being repurposed for erotic use, and the distinction matters. Indwelling urinary catheters are used in clinical settings for patients who cannot void normally, and even in sterile hospital conditions with daily professional care, they carry a well-documented and serious rate of urinary tract infection. Catheter-associated UTIs can ascend to the kidneys, enter the bloodstream, and become life-threatening. Catheters also cause mechanical trauma to the urethra that, with prolonged or repeated use, can lead to urethral strictures — scar tissue that permanently narrows the urethra and may require surgical correction.

These risks are substantially higher outside of clinical oversight. Home catheter insertion without proper training, reuse of single-use catheters, inadequate sterility, and extended indwelling periods all dramatically increase infection and injury risk.

For wearers who pursue this regardless, harm reduction includes: using only sterile single-use catheters of an appropriate French size (smaller is better tolerated), strict aseptic technique during insertion, clean collection systems changed regularly, short indwelling periods rather than extended wear, and immediate medical attention for any fever, blood in urine, pain, or cloudy output. The psychological appeal of complete loss of bladder control is real; the medical consequences of achieving it through an indwelling catheter are also real and should not be understated. This is one of the few device choices where the risk profile meaningfully exceeds that of other chastity practices.

50. #50Dynamic / Retractable Urethral Insert

Keys: retractable insert, sliding insert, princes wand, prince's wand, dynamic insert, wand insert

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Dynamic or retractable urethral inserts — sometimes called Prince's Wand style inserts — are urethral rods or tubes mounted so that their depth of insertion changes as the penis moves within the cage. Rather than a fixed-depth insert, the wand slides in and out of the urethra in response to the penis's attempts at engorgement.

The mechanism typically works by anchoring the external end of the wand to the cage tip while the internal end floats free inside the urethra. When the penis is flaccid and sitting loosely within the cage, the wand rests at a baseline depth. When the penis attempts to engorge and push forward against the cage, the penis moves forward but the cage does not — which means the urethra slides forward over the stationary wand, effectively driving the wand deeper into the urethra.

The result is a self-adjusting depth mechanism with multiple simultaneous effects. It functions as an anchor (the deeper wand is harder to dislodge, helping prevent pull-out), as a feedback mechanism (attempted erection results in deeper urethral penetration, giving the wearer an immediate and intimate signal of their arousal), and as a punishment feature for keyholders who want arousal itself to produce invasive sensation.

Bespoke wands can be matched to the wearer's urethral anatomy to control the range of movement — shallow at rest, extending only to a defined maximum depth at full attempted engorgement.

This design class requires all the precautions of ordinary urethral play (biocompatible material, mirror finish, sterilization, gradual training) plus additional attention to the fact that the insert depth is not fully under either party's control during wear. A wand that seats deeper than anticipated during a persistent nocturnal erection can cause urethral irritation or trauma, and symptoms warrant device removal and inspection.
