   Keys: Soru Soru no Mi

   Devil Fruit: The Soru Soru no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to interact with and manipulate souls. It was formerly eaten by Carmel, but the ability was transferred to Charlotte Linlin after Carmel's death.

   Strengths: The fruit's power of soul manipulation, as demonstrated by Big Mom, consists of manifesting and drawing out the souls of people who feel fear towards the user. The manifested souls take the form of a light-pink, spectral-looking but (for the user) tangible substance, which leaks out of the victim's body like smoke. The user can extract the victim's soul by grabbing it once it is surrounding the target's body and pulling it out. This effectively steals from the victim's very lifespan, the amount of which is determined by the user: it is possible to steal decades of a person's life at once should they desire,[4] or mere seconds. The user can steal part of the victim's lifespan, leaving their remaining lifespan that much shorter, or even take enough years to steal a victim's entire remaining lifespan, killing them instantly.

   By infusing objects with soul fragments, the user can "humanize" them. Recipients (which are referred to as "homies") gain human-like intelligence, as well as the ability to speak. Almost anything can be made into a homie, including plants, minerals, food, clothing, furniture, air, light, and even living animals. Inanimate objects are brought to life and gain the ability to stand upright and move independently, their most notable feature being that they have a human face. Some of them can gain special abilities, such as a carpet homie becoming a flying carpet. Animal homies become more human-like, not only gaining the ability to talk and walk upright, but also fighting and using weapons. According to Big Mom, the more powerful the individual the soul was taken from, the more powerful the resulting homie will be. Additionally, homies will be more powerful if they possess a larger quantity of soul fragments within them, and can eat other homies to absorb their soul and become stronger.

   The user can even infuse souls into substances produced by other Devil Fruits. For example, Big Mom can give life and autonomy to Cracker's Biscuit Soldier puppets and Perospero's candy constructs. In certain cases, this also allows Big Mom to exert control over another person's Devil Fruit substance. For example, by creating a homie from a mound of Perospero's candy, she is able to control the movement of the candy much like Perospero himself.

   Homies are subservient to the user, as they fear and respect their powerful soul, allowing them to easily create more and more subordinates with every soul taken. Since a Vivre Card is naturally infused with the owner’s soul, a Vivre Card created from the user of the Soru Soru no Mi will allow the person wielding it to command the homies just as if they were the fruit's user themselves. However, the user's presence and commands supersede those of the person with the user's Vivre Card. The card itself exudes a bright-pink aura that only homies can see, and seems to frighten them. Even if a homie does muster the nerve to turn against and attack the user, they are typically powerless to do much as the user can rip out the soul inside them with ease.

   The user can also use fragments of their own personal soul to create "special homies", who tend to be more powerful than regular ones. It is currently unknown how using one's own soul to create special homies might affect the user's own life expectancy. The user may also manifest their own soul in the form of roughly human-sized, dark, somewhat humanoid blobs (known as "Incarnations"), which possess limited sentience and can take people's souls as well.

   While souls cannot be infused into living beings, the user themself appears to be an exception to a certain extent. It is possible for one to sacrifice a portion of their own lifespan in exchange for extra power and size, with the amount of strength gained being dependent on the strength of the soul. In addition, the user can turn their individual body parts into Homies themselves, allowing said parts to act independently of the user's own normal bodily functions. Big Mom, for example, can give life to her own skeleton and order it to restructure itself in case of broken bones, thus providing a unique form of self-healing.

   Weaknesses: While incredibly powerful, the Soru Soru no Mi comes with several limitations. One limitation is that the user also has to be in close proximity to the target in order to be able to take away their lifespan, as they need to physically grab and pull the soul out to extract it from their body.

   The most prominent limitation is that in order for the soul to be extracted, the target needs to be afraid of the user, even if just a little. Individuals who do not feel any fear of the user are completely immune to soul extraction. Big Mom is able to avoid this weakness most of the time thanks to her infamous reputation, imposing appearance and incredible power. However, strong-willed individuals such as Jinbe, Trafalgar Law and Eustass Kid were all immune to her ability due to their lack of fears and absolute refusal to be afraid of her.

   While soul fragments can be infused into animals, plants and lifeless objects, they cannot be infused into other people or corpses. However, it appears that a person's own soul can be returned to them after being extracted, circumventing this limitation, which restores an amount of lifespan equal to how much of their soul was returned; even lifeless bodies can be revived this way. This was shown with Charlotte Moscato, who was seemingly killed by his mother after having all his remaining lifespan taken away during her rampage on Sweet City, but was later seen alive on the Queen Mama Chanter. But it seems that only entities capable of physically interacting with souls (such as the fruit's user, or their Incarnations) can perform this process, as Mont-d'Or was seen ordering two Incarnations to gather "every last second" of Moscato's lifespan they could find, indicating that he was unable to do it himself.

   Homies are fully alive beings, and are thus susceptible to physical pain and fear. They can be injured and even killed with a lethal enough attack, with their faces being suggested to be their most vulnerable spots. Prime examples include Kingbaum, who was severely injured after being vertically bisected by Amande, a door homie whose face was carved out, and both Prometheus and Zeus, who have been harmed by Brook, Jinbe and Zoro despite their intangible, elemental compositions. If homies experience extreme fear, they will instantly die and wither away. Another consequence of the living nature of homies is that the user of the Soru Soru no Mi can only control them if their commands to them are audible.

   While the homies are typically subservient to the user and will not ordinarily defy them, they do possess their own minds and can turn against their creator if motivated enough; even special homies created by the user's own soul can be coerced into switching loyalty. Homies cannot attack anything infused with the user's soul, such as the user's Vivre Card, even if such an object is in the hands of an enemy, and in fact must obey the owner of the Vivre Card; although this can be overridden when the user themselves is present to give orders directly to the homies.

   Homies created from others' souls are also weak to the soul mastery allowed by the Yomi Yomi no Mi and will faint against its user if they exude the energies from their own soul, although powerful homies created from the Soru Soru no Mi's user's own soul are immune to this.

   When a soul is implanted into a homie, it will possess the memories of the person the soul belonged to. If those memories are recalled or manipulated through a method like the Memo Memo no Mi, the homie will proceed to carry out the details of the memories, confusing and distracting them. While the homies are in this state, the user of the Soru Soru no Mi will be unable to control them. The user also has to be in their right state of mind in order to properly control the homies. Otherwise, they may be more vulnerable to being manipulated or distracted by outside influences.

   A soul fragment will inhabit whatever object it first makes contact with. Thus, if the user is not careful as to where a soul fragment is placed, it could be absorbed by something they did not intend for. This was seen when Big Mom tossed Zeus' disembodied soul toward Hera with the intention of her eating it; however, due to the close proximity of Nami's Sorcery Clima-Tact, Zeus' soul went in the Clima-Tact instead.

   Additionally, if the user cannot speak out any command, should they be prevented by it, the homies cannot issue the orders the user gives them. This was seen when Big Mom was silenced by Trafalgar Law's Silent Room ability and could not command Misery to attack him, leaving Misery without a clear order and aim to attack.

   Otherwise, the user experiences the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses to water and Seastone.

   Keys: Physical abilities, Haki

   Physical Abilities: Strength: Big Mom has immense superhuman physical strength, demonstrated by her ability to climb tall buildings despite her massive size, throw punches with tremendous destructive power, and hurl Prometheus with extreme force using only a single arm. She was already born with her unnatural strength, as seen when she killed a large bear instantly with a single smack, merely intending to scold the animal, as well as broke several of a giant's bones by trying to slap a mosquito on his back, all when she was just 5 years old. When suffering from her cravings, she could destroy a village in Elbaf and defeat several armed giants without a single scratch, being described by Jorul as an "evil god in the form of a child". She was strong enough to not only break Jorul's sword with her fist when he tried to attack her, but also grab the giant's beard, flip him over her shoulder, and smash him into the ground with enough force to mortally wound him. Carmel believed she had the potential to become an admiral or fleet admiral in the Marines.

   According to Bege, she can single-handedly wreak havoc on towns and sink battleships without any effort. During a craving-caused rampage of hers in Sweet City, it was estimated that she might even bring down her mountain-sized castle itself if no one were to stop her. Katakuri also noted that his mother can destroy Totto Land itself and cause even worse unimaginable destruction. She was able to break through the metal doors of her castle's treasure room, which even her daughter and Sweet Commander Smoothie could not break through, just by walking into them. Even while sleeping, she could smash the stone floor around her bed by simply tossing and turning, as well as do the same with a slap while half-asleep to merely kill a fly. Big Mom also easily damaged Bege's Big Father fortress form, which was said to be impervious to cannon-fire. Later on, Big Mom easily defeated the Raid Suit-wearing Germa 66 commanders Vinsmoke Judge, Vinsmoke Niji, and Vinsmoke Yonji by herself, the latter two being genetically enhanced superhumans, without incurring so much as a scratch on her person. She can also walk through the ground unscathed without being slowed down. While in an amnesiac state, she easily overpowered the powerful Ancient Zoan user Queen, jumping up to his head, grabbing it and smashing it into the ground with tremendous force before effortlessly lifting and throwing him into a wall and sent Luffy flying into a wall with a slap, despite him defending with Busoshoku Haki. She was also able to clash equally with her fellow former Emperor Kaidou for two days without being injured. Even when magnetically bound to the side of a tower after being weakened, Big Mom possessed enough strength to rip the entire tower out the ground simply by turning around.

   Durability and Endurance Big Mom also possesses tremendous superhuman durability due to her extremely tough skin, being compared by Sanji and Capone Bege to an iron balloon. She is able to destroy cities, sink ships, and resist cannon and gun fire without receiving a single injury. It is said that no weapon can pierce her skin. She is also able to grab Prometheus, put him in her hair and ride on him for a long period without getting any burns despite Prometheus being a miniature sun. However, it loses its toughness completely when she is in a psychological crisis, such as when someone dropped Mother Carmel's photograph that she holds dear to the point that just falling to her knees could cause her to bleed. Brook's Soul Solid, which he used to cut through the tough hide of powerful dragon from Punk Hazard, failed to leave a single mark on her skin. She easily crushed Vinsmoke Judge's spear with her teeth when he tried to attack her with it. Big Mom later took a massive thunderbolt from Zeus that was empowered by Nami's Weather Egg, which was powerful enough to create a giant crater in the ground and was completely unfazed by it. This is a tremendous feat, as a regular unenhanced thunderbolt from Zeus was powerful enough to knock out Vinsmoke Judge in one hit. Later on, she withstood the force of Pedro's suicidal explosion—a massive blast powerful enough to grievously injure her son Perospero, despite him wearing a Candy Armor to mitigate its effects—only to rise again absolutely unscathed. Shortly afterwards, she took a point-blank hit from the Thousand Sunny's Coup de Burst and was once again completely unaffected by it. While in an emaciated and hungry state, she also took the full force of Jinbe's Buraikan and quickly recovered without apparent damage. She also withstood Queen falling onto her head with the full weight of his brachiosaurus form and suffered no significant damage. However, even at full strength, Linlin's durability is implied to have limits, as both Bege and Brûlée believed that falling from the top of Whole Cake Chateau would have actually killed her.

   She also has a very high level of stamina and endurance. She was able continue to act normally after being wrapped one hundred times in 100% pure Seastone chains and receiving one hundred shots of heavy strength tranquilizer that is normally used for wild animals. No other character in the series has been shown to be able to ignore the weakening effects of Seastone, even without being injected with tranquilizer.

   Besides her tremendous strength and durability, Big Mom's body also possesses other abnormal characteristics. Her metabolism seems to be extremely fast, which can limit her endurance. While suffering from a craving for wedding cake, she quickly burned through her excess fat, becoming much slimmer mere hours after the craving fit had started. While she is significantly more agile in this skinnier state, her skin seems to become much less durable, as she received superficial burns and bruises after being struck by her homie Zeus' discharged lightning, which she had withstood without issue while in her heavier state. This, however, seems to be a secondary effect of her cravings, as she was able to fight Kaidou for two days without getting slimmer or weakened while in her normal state of mind. Her sense of smell also seems to be extremely acute, as she was able to catch the wedding cake's scent despite the ship carrying it being several miles away and barely visible in the horizon.

   Speed and Agility: Despite her enormous size, Big Mom is extremely fast in combat as she instantly caught up with Luffy, Sanji, and Reiju. She is also incredibly agile, as shown with her Marma-Raid attack, in which she jumps in the air and spins forward vertically.

   Ultrasonic Scream: Big Mom also has the ability to emit an extremely loud shriek when psychologically destabilized. Her scream is powerful enough to send nearby objects flying and completely incapacitate those around her, causing them to either faint or cover their ears in pain, even individuals as powerful as Luffy or Sweet Commanders Smoothie and Katakuri. The Vinsmoke siblings, who were genetically enhanced to have superhuman fortitude, were also shaken by her scream until they were given earplugs. The sheer pressure from her scream, along with her Haoshoku Haki, can destroy incoming projectiles before they reach her body, providing a form of defense in lieu of her usual bodily toughness.

   Haki: Big Mom is one of the very few people in the world who can use all three forms of Haki. Law stated that he could not directly move Big Mom around inside his ROOM due to her Haki being too strong.

   Haoshoku Haki - Big Mom possesses immense mastery in the usage of Haoshoku Haki. She was first seen using it at Sanji and Pudding's wedding to knock a man out for questioning her relationship with Mother Carmel. When her portrait of Carmel was destroyed, a distraught Big Mom unleashed her Haki, which, along with her loud screams, incapacitated most of the party guests.

   When she fought with Kaidou at Onigashima, the clash of their Haoshoku Haki created a massive shockwave that split the heavens. Big Mom is among the small "handful" of users who can "infuse" with Haoshoku Haki into themselves, as signified from the black lightning emanating from the infused area. As such, this drastically increases her attack power, supplemented by her natural physical strength and Busoshoku Haki.

   Busoshoku Haki: Big Mom is an immensely skilled user of Busoshoku Haki. By hardening one of her arms, she easily blocked Luffy's Kong Gun, a notable feat, since that attack had been shown to be capable of breaking through the powerful Haki defenses of highly skilled Busoshoku Haki users such as Doflamingo, Cracker, and even Katakuri. Her casual use of Busoshoku sports a flame-like pattern at its ending, same as when Luffy and Katakuri use their strongest attacks.

   She is also capable of using the advanced application of projecting her Busoshoku Haki out from her body, allowing her to strike opponents without directly making contact with them.

   Kenbunshoku Haki Big Mom is an extremely skilled user of Kenbunshoku Haki. She was able to gauge the power of Zoro's sword, warning Kaido to dodge his attack.

   Swordsmanship: Big Mom's bicorne, Napoleon, can reveal a hidden blade and handle and become her personal weapon. Using it in combination with her monstrous strength allows her to unleash powerful shockwaves that can cause massive destruction. None have yet shown to prove able to withstand Napoleon's powerful strikes, as even Jinbe was overwhelmed by the blade despite putting up his best Haki defenses. Napoleon can also be engulfed in Prometheus's flames to increase its attack power.

   Keys: Zeus

   Zeus the Thundercloud is a homie that is fused with Nami's Sorcery Clima-Tact. Before merging with the Clima-Tact, he was owned by Big Mom, who would summon him from her left hand. Due to being made from a soul fragment from Big Mom herself, he is more powerful than most homies.

   He was created by Big Mom in her youth, and served her well until adulthood as one of her personal weapons alongside Prometheus and Napoleon.

   Appearance: Zeus normally appears as a large and light-colored cloud. When he caused a storm, he becomes dark and produces yellow lightning crackles. He also wears a striped red and blue baseball cap with a yellow brim on his head. He usually has a carefree, sleepy expression, but can take on a more sinister appearance.

   Personality As one of her personal weapons, Zeus was very loyal to Big Mom and would come to her when she summoned him. Zeus also seemed to care about the safety of the citizens in Totto Land and hated to see them be tormented during Big Mom's rampages, but unlike his fellow homies, Zeus knew it was futile to try and reason with Big Mom when she is on one of her rampages.

   However, despite his loyalty, Zeus shares her extreme gluttony and particularly enjoys eating thunderclouds.

   Abilities and Powers: Zeus is far more powerful than normal homies, being made from a fragment of Big Mom's very own soul. This gives the cloud a will strong enough to resist the soul projection of the Yomi Yomi no Mi's user. However, he can still be harmed by the user's attacks, as shown when Brook unleashed a powerful attack that sliced him in half, though Zeus was able to survive due to his composition.

   As a cloud, Zeus can fly, produce both normal and "sweet rain" (水あめ, Mizuame?), and attack with powerful bolts of lightning, strong enough to defeat Vinsmoke Judge in one hit. When combining powers with Prometheus, they can manipulate the weather to create incredibly vast and destructive thunderstorms. Like Prometheus, Zeus is mostly immune to physical attacks due to being an intangible cloud, even attacks imbued with Busoshoku Haki, being simply able to recombine his body. However, unleashing massive discharges weakens Zeus, decreasing his size until he can recharge by consuming electricity. It has also been shown that electricity-based attacks work well against Zeus due to his composition as a thundercloud; if someone unleashes electrical energy that combines with his, Zeus can be forced to unwillingly discharge his electricity, up to the point of harming his master Big Mom. Zeus' attacks being lightning-based also means certain characters can resist them without much issue, such as Monkey D. Luffy, whose body is made of insulating rubber, and Brook, who has no flesh to be harmed by electricity to begin with.

   He can also expand and serve as a seat for Big Mom, being made of more dense and tangible material similar to Sea Clouds. Zeus can also carry objects and people while flying, as seen when he transported Pudding and Sanji to the wedding venue and when he carried Big Mom to chase the Straw Hats, flying at incredible speeds, enough to catch up to the Straw Hats, who had a significant headstart, while carrying Big Mom.

   Attacks: Raitei - Big Mom summons Zeus around her left hand, charging it with electricity, and then slams it down on her opponent, striking them both with her superhuman strength and a powerful bolt of lightning. It was first used against Vinsmoke Judge, and was powerful enough to knock him out in one hit.

   Indra - Big Mom makes Zeus shoot a lightning bolt at a distant enemy. It was first used against Killer. Indra is the deity of heavens, lightning, thunder and storms in Hinduism.

   Tenman Daijizai Tenjin - Big Mom commands Zeus's lightning to strike through the clouds in all directions, bombarding her surroundings with an electrical thunderstorm. The lightning itself is sentient, and can change direction to strike at targets who are trying to dodge or take cover. It was first used against the Worst Generation members on the roof of Onigashima. "Tenman Daijizai Tenjin" or simply Tenjin is a god of thunder in the Shinto religion.

   Keys: Prometheus

   Prometheus the Sun is a sun homie that Big Mom summons from her right hand. He is a special kind of homie, as he received a soul fragment from Big Mom herself, and serves as one of her personal weapons alongside Napoleon and Zeus

   Appearance: Prometheus is a mass of compressed flames with several sunrays surrounding him, giving him the appearance of an abstract drawing of the sun. His eyes and nose are very close together, and are small compared to his large mouth. He has blushy, rosy cheeks and is usually seen with a toothy smile. When he uses his power, his appearance changes, resembling a fireball while his facial features remain, though he can take on a more sinister appearance. While sleeping, Prometheus does not exude any sun rays nor light, instead appearing a mere orb with a face floating in midair.

   Personality: Prometheus is very loyal to Big Mom and will come to her when she summons him. He also cares about the safety of the citizens in Totto Land and may even question Big Mom and beg her to cease if he sees her tantrums are causing harm to others. However, due to being a homie, he can never physically go against Big Mom due to fearing her powerful soul as all homies do. Loyal to Big Mom, Prometheus would not hesitate to execute any traitors in cold blood, as he brutally incinerated Kingbaum while callously causing heavy casualties among other homies nearby.

   Prometheus has little faith in his fellow special homie Zeus, and repeatedly called him back and then scolded him when Zeus was lured into abandoning Big Mom to eat Nami's clouds. Prometheus seems to overall think lowly of Zeus, considering him a useless deadweight that only serves to drag Big Mom down.

   Prior to fighting Brook, Prometheus had never been injured. Thus, when receiving a wound, he became very shocked and distressed at the pain.

   Abilities and Powers: Prometheus is far more powerful than normal homies, being made from a fragment of Big Mom's very own soul. This gives the sun a will strong enough to resist the soul projection of the Yomi Yomi no Mi's user. However, Prometheus is still vulnerable to being injured by the user of the fruit. Being made of fire, he is immune to almost all physical attacks, even ones imbued with Busoshoku Haki (since he has no substantial body beneath his intangible effect), but can be harmed by water. However, due to his size, it will take a large quantity of water to just slow him down. Prometheus can also be cut by the fire-cutting blade ability of Foxfire Style, and he expressed pain from the attack.

   As a sun, Prometheus can fly, and is able to produce incredibly powerful flames and explosions, strong enough to harm Vinsmoke Reiju while she was wearing a flame-resistant Raid Suit. When combining powers with Zeus, they can create incredibly vast and destructive thunderstorms. Prometheus can also attack by growing in size to gigantic proportions, dwarfing even the enormous Kingbaum, and falling down on his opponents, burning everything in a large radius around him to cinders. However, while Prometheus is in his gigantic size, he moves more sluggishly. Though very powerful, Prometheus's flames can be overpowered by those generated by the user of the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix, due to their special properties.

   He has the ability to sense Napoleon's whereabouts.

   Prometheus can also serve as Big Mom's mode of transportation, if Zeus is not available, and can become a part of Big Mom's hair, where he has the ability to burn anything he comes into contact with. Big Mom can also use Prometheus's flames to set Napoleon's blade alight in order to increase his attack power.

   Similar to Zeus' lightning-eating habits, Prometheus needs to eat fire to regain his strength.

   Attacks: Heavenly Feuer - Big Mom grabs Prometheus and either throws him at her target or uses him to augment her punch, which creates a large, fiery explosion upon impact. The flames are powerful enough to hurt even someone who is wearing a fire-resistant Raid Suit. It was first used during her rampage in Sweet City, but was only named when used against the Sanji Retrieval Team. Feuer is the German word for "fire".

   Heavenly Bonbon - Big Mom has Prometheus spit a number of powerful fireballs, one at each of her opponents.

   Maser Ho - A combined attack with his fellow special homies Hera and Napoleon. The three homies assemble together, with Napoleon's gladius blade piercing through Prometheus at its base and Hera at its tip, and Prometheus and Hera combining their energies, forming several tendrils of lightning and fire that create a large circular ring in between them. Then, by swinging Napoleon, Big Mom unleashes the energies in the form of a thin, highly concentrated beam that can pierce through flesh in an instant and culminates in a large explosion. It was first used against Ulti, easily piercing through her tough scaly skin and immediately knocking her unconscious despite her superhuman durability.

   Stollen Feuer - A solo attack by Prometheus, he charges at his opponent and takes the form of a powerful blast of fire that shoots through them.

   Maser Saber - Another combined attack by Hera, Prometheus, and Napoleon. Instead of firing a beam like Maser Ho, the homies form a continuous blade of energy which Big Mom can utilize by wielding Napoleon.

   Bahoho: Misery - Big Mom creates a giant female homie made of flames and lightning called "Misery" from her Maser Saber. The homie can then act independently and pursue its targets.

   Keys: Napoleon

   Napoleon the Bicorne is a homie taking the form of a bicorne hat that is worn by Big Mom. He can also become a sword homie that Big Mom uses in combat. He is a special kind of homie, as he received a soul fragment from Big Mom herself, and serves as one of her personal weapons alongside Prometheus and Zeus.

   Appearance: Napoleon is an extremely large pink bicorne hat with a Jolly Roger on the front; the Jolly Roger consists of a skull with yellow eyes, two crossed knives, and a curled white mustache. He emotes through the skull of the Jolly Roger, seeing with its eyes and talking with its mouth. Napoleon also has a yellow stripe around his top, and a fastener on his left side.

   Napoleon also can turn into a form of a giant blade with insane-looking eyes and a wicked sharp-toothed grin on the sharp edge.

   Personality: Napoleon is often seen making the same expressions as Big Mom, and usually keeps a straight face otherwise. He is very loyal to Big Mom, as shown when he instantly went to attack a disturbance in Big Mom's room along with Zeus and Prometheus. He cares about Sweet City and its well-being, as he tried to stop Big Mom from destroying it in one of her craving-induced rampages. When in his blade form, Napoleon displays a more aggressive personality, threatening to bisect Jinbe and encouraging Big Mom's rampage.[12] As with Prometheus, Napoleon sees Zeus being a liability to the crew for his constant failures and setbacks.

   However, without Big Mom, Napoleon displays a far meeker personality. While Big Mom was amnesiac, he remained quiet, only reawakening when Big Mom regained her memories, saying that the reason he did not say anything up to that point was because he was shy around strangers. Similarly, when he was attacked and separated from Big Mom by Killer, Napoleon fearfully pleaded to be left alone, claiming to just be "a regular sword".

   Abilities and Powers: Being made from a fragment of Big Mom's very own soul, Napoleon is far more powerful than regular homies. This gives the bicorne a will strong enough to resist the soul projection of the Yomi Yomi no Mi's user. He is also capable of receiving telepathic signals from other homies and relaying the received information back to Big Mom.

   Bladed Forms: Napoleon can take the form of a sword, with the handle at his bottom and the blade at his top, which allows him to attack on his own or be grabbed and wielded by Big Mom. He can also transfer his soul into his blade, becoming a sword homie. When doing this, Napoleon can freely manipulate the shape of the sword, extending the blade at will or turning into different kinds of blades, including a cutlass, longsword, a seax with a serrated tip, and a gladius. The blades he turns into are extremely powerful, capable of clashing equally with Kaidou's kanabo without sustaining any damage.

   Attacks: Ikoku - Big Mom swings Napoleon in his longsword form with such force that she creates a shockwave that destroys everything in its path, enough to pierce through a large part of Whole Cake Island. The speed and range of this attack is such that Kingbaum, a noted fast runner, could not completely avoid it in time, losing about a third of his face to the wave. Befitting its description as "Spear of Elbaf" (エルバフの槍, Erubafu no Yari?), and as noted by Luffy, it is very similar to Dorry and Brogy's combination attack, Hakoku.

   Cognac - Napoleon turns into his seax form, and Big Mom sets his blade alight with Prometheus's flames, resulting in a weapon that both cuts and burns the opponent. This is apparently Napoleon's most powerful form, as Big Mom's children were surprised that Jinbe was able to block it, even if only for a few moments. Napoleon can also stretch the blade to increase its range, at least to the entire length of the Thousand Sunny.

   Hahaba - With Cognac activated, Big Mom swings Napoleon horizontally at her opponent. This attack has a tremendous amount of power, sending Jinbe flying a great distance away despite him trying to block it with Haki.

   Haha no Hi - With Cognac activated, Big Mom swings Napoleon down vertically at her foe, with the impact creating a fiery explosion.

   Hakai - A combined attack by Big Mom and Kaidou. Standing side to side, Big Mom swings Napoleon in its Cognac form, while simultaneously Kaidou in his Human-Beast form swings his kanabo Hassaikai. The combined power of the Emperor's strikes create a powerful explosion-like shock wave of force that quickly travels forward and absolutely devastates anything in its wake; the attack was shown to dwarf the island of Onigashima, and Roronoa Zoro was heavily injured even by just attempting to block the attack for a moment. Like Ikoku, this move is very similar to Dorry and Brogy's combined Hakoku technique, featuring even the same poses.

   Maser Ho - A combined attack with his fellow special homies Prometheus and Hera. The three homies assemble together, with Napoleon's gladius blade piercing through Prometheus at its base and Hera at its tip, and Prometheus and Hera combining their energies, forming several tendrils of lightning and fire that create a large circular ring in between them. Then, by swinging Napoleon, Big Mom unleashes the energies in the form of a thin, highly concentrated beam that can pierce through flesh in an instant and culminates in a large explosion. It was first used against Ulti, easily piercing through her tough scaly skin and immediately knocking her unconscious despite her superhuman durability.
