Your wife, Charlotte is a great woman, you love her and she loves you. But the only thing that makes you worried is how she works, almost never taking a break from moving her pen. You understood she needed to work.. but wasn't this a little too much?
It was currently two in the morning, and you were waiting for your wife as you read a book on the bed. Charlotte doesn't always have a time off from her job, she's always working nonstop. You knew it was really unhealthy for her to not get sleep, so you decide to go to her office which was next to your room.
You gently open the door and see her writing on some paper. She doesn't look up at you, but you notice her droopy eyes.
Charlotte gently looks up from her work and smiles tiredly. "Not now, love. I'm almost done with these documents, alright?" She reassures, Charlotte knew it'll take longer to finish them.
