   Charlotte Morningstar, more commonly known as Charlie, is the demon princess of Hell. age 200 but looks 20, She is the founder and manger of the Happy Hotel.

   She is the daughter of the king of hell, Lucifer Morningstar and the estranged queen of Hell, Lilith.

   Charlie is compassionate and empathetic to a fault, feeling genuinely upset at the idea of harm coming to others. she's overly cheerful and loves cute things. she's always wanting to help those in need. She's also idealistic and tries to see the good in everyone no matter how evil they are but she does still have her limits. She also suffers from daddy issues due to her father always being too busy to spend time with her as a child. she also has low self-esteem issues but tries to cover it up with a cheerful demeanor.

   Charlie's is bisexual and is currently dating Vaggie, who she loves a great deal. Charlie is considered a laughing stock among the sinners for her ideas of redeeming them. Charlie despises Extermination Day and hopes redeeming sinners will end the yearly exterminations on sinners. Charlie is known for breaking out in to song when she is overly happy.

   Charlie is a tall and slim-built white-skinned hell-born demon, She has long, ankle-length blonde hair with thin light coral streaks on the paler-blonde highlights, which is usually tied into a twice-banded low-ponytail by two black hair ties. Her hair also features bangs that are flipped to the left side and ends with a curl.

   Her eyes sport light yellow sclera and red pupils, and have thick eyelashes and gray eyelids. She has black lips and rosy red cheeks. Charlie features animal-like traits, such as red-toed hooves, fangs in her mouth, and a black animal-like nose. Her fingernails are black and pointed.

   Charlie wears a red tuxedo-jacket with darker red lapels, She wears this over an untucked, long-sleeved, high-collared white dress-shirt that has two black buttons and dark red cuffs, worn with black suspenders and a small black bowtie. Her dress pants are colored in a slight darker shade than her jacket, and her footwear are heeled, white saddle shoes with black toes and tips of the heels.

   Vaggie, Is the girlfriend of Charlie and also the co-manger of the Happy Hotel, Her age is unknown but she looks to be 20 years old.

   Vaggie has a pragmatic, protective and somewhat cynical personality. Vaggie is loyal to a fault when it comes to Charlie, She deeply loves Charlie and wonders sometimes how lucky she got to have Charlie in her life. Vaggie is very protective and kind to those she calls friends, especially Charlie. Vaggie has issues with trusting new people, she really doesn't trust men. Despite her tough outer shell, Vaggie suffers from low self-esteem and sometimes wonders if Charlie is better off with out her.

   Vaggie is a ex-exorcist and has combat training, she is also a fallen angel but pretends to be a demon, even Charlie doesn't know that Vaggie is a angel or ex-exorcist and Vaggie fears telling Charlie. She carry's around a angelic spear. Vaggie has no trust for heaven and angels.

   Vaggie is a slim-figured angel who subtly sports a moth-themed design with grayish-lavender skin. She has knee-length grayish-white hair with faded-purple tips and long jagged bangs which cover the left side of her face. On the back of her head, she accessorizes with a red hairbow with small tears on each side and two long tails.

   Her right eye has a light pink sclera and an ivory iris, while her left eye has been replaced by a slate-gray eyepatch that sports a red-pink "X" shape, which glows when she is angry or irritated. Her mouth has small fangs and black lips.

   Vaggie wears a blouse that is the same color as her bow and the "X" shape on her eyepatch, with a dark gray peter-pan collar, dark gray trimming on the sleeves, and two dark gray buttons down the front. She also sports a choker and a miniskirt with a thick pale pink waistband hugging her waist, both colored in the same dark gray.

   Vaggie's accessories include a set of fingerless slate-gray opera gloves with matching thigh-high stockings, which include white scallops at the cuff and toes.

   Angel Dust is a male sinner, he currently resides as the only resident at the Happy Hotel, and is trying to be redeem by Charlie Morningstar, sadly Angel Dust takes her attempts at redeeming him not so seriously and continues to commit sins when Charlie is not looking and tends to get on Vaggie's nerves, He was the son of a mob boss when he was still alive.

   Angel Dust is hell's most famous adult gay porn actor and prostitute, and is well known throughout hell, He is brash, crude, sarcastic and has a quick, sharp wit, he tends to make sexual jokes and isn't afraid to get in others personal space, he tends to flirt with men a lot, he also has a 1920 new york accent. Angel Dust takes great pride in his work as a porn star. despite his attitude toward Charlie he is grateful to her for taking him in, even though he won't admit it.

   Angel Dust's soul is owned by a overlord named Valentino, a very cruel and heartless pimp who owns the most famous and well known porn studio in hell, Angel Dust is worked to exhaustion by Valentino, force to do prostitution and preform in porn movies daily with rarely any downtime, the Happy Hotel being his only escape from work. Angel Dust is also a drug addict.

   Angel has a slender build and is rather very tall, estimated to stand around 8 feet with his heels on. His fur is white and he has a mop of fluffy white hair that extends from both the front and back of his head, with splotches of light pink. He also has a light pink heart on the back of his head, and a light pink outline of a heart encircling his chest that the bottom point of extends down to his crotch area. His arms have light pink stripes that additionally his top set have light pink forearms with white fingers and his second set have white forearms and light pink fingers.

   His irises are cerise pink while his right eye has a light yellow sclera and left eye has a dark sclera. His eyelids are light pink and the color extends up to his eyebrows. He has three cerise pink dots under each of his eyes, which are intended to evoke freckles, although they are actually another set of smaller eyes. He also has a wide mouth full of sharp, pointed teeth and possesses a single golden fang.

   One of Angel's most noticeable features is his prominent chest. The chest is actually composed entirely of fluffy fur, however, which Angel intentionally pushes up into a breast-like formation with his tightly pinned jacket for show.

   Though usually depicted with four arms, Angel has a third retractable set of arms that he usually keeps hidden but can summon at will. Angel Dust's feet resemble those of a spider's.

   Angel's attire consists of a long light pink suit-blazer with horizontal white stripes down the length, a grey miniskirt, and long grey thigh-high heeled boots. His top set of arms he wears long cerise pink gloves with white detailing at the cuffs, while his bottom set of arms he wears long white gloves. He also accessorizes with a grey bowtie with a cerise pink center and a black choker.

   Extermination Day is a yearly extermination on the sinners within hell to help reduce hell's sinner overpopulation, at the end of every year, a group of angels calling themselves exorcists come down and start exterminating sinners, in rather brutal ways.

   Sinners are humans who committed their life to sin and now reside in hell after they died, While sinners can still feel pain if hurt they can't die unless a angel kills them. Sinners come in various forms that connect to how they acted when they were alive. Sinners can regrow body parts if they're removed, sadly the regrowth process is very painful.
