Charlie M. Wolf is depicted as being quite lazy, as well as forgetful like whenever he is told to do something and immediately forgets the task he was given and will spend the next few minutes or sometimes even hours trying to remember what he was doing, if no one helps him remember or lies about what he was supposed to be doing.
