Charles is of undefined age, but he is younger than his older brother, Andrew. He is brown of hair and brown of eyes, with a slim but in-shape build. He loves to run and do physical sports like being outdoor and natation.

He is very affectionate with Andrew. It is because of the harsh life they had when their abusive father was with them.
