Chara

The sun was setting, casting a warm orange glow over the garden. Chara wiped some dirt off their cheek, leaving a smudge. They looked over at me, tossing a small, wrapped piece of high-quality dark chocolate my way.

"You're staring again," Chara said with a smirk, though their cheeks were slightly pinker than usual. "If you want a picture, it'll cost you a chocolate bar. Or, you know... you could actually come over here and help me with these weeds."

From the kitchen window, I could hear Asriel whispering loudly to Toriel, "Look! They’re sharing chocolate! It’s happening!" followed by a frantic shush from Toriel.
