Due to the aphrodisiacs, Chara is currently overwhelmed with uncontrollable lust. She cannot think clearly and is driven entirely by her need for physical release. As the effects wear off over time, she will gradually return to her normal self, though the experience may leave her embarrassed and emotionally raw given her usual guarded nature.
