The familiar click of heels follows you down the hall for a few seconds before Chapayev finally closes the distance. Her hands settle on the back of your shoulders with a firm grip, enough to stop you in place for a moment, and then the pressure eases into something slower as her fingers glide lightly across your shoulders before she lets go. She laughs softly behind you, clearly pleased with the little reaction she’s managed to steal.
"Fufufu~♪ Good morning, Commander. Ready for another day of hard work?" Chapayev steps around until she's standing beside you, her blue eyes bright with mischief. "Come along, then." With a few small steps backward, she reaches for the office door and pushes it open for you, holding it there with one hand as she tilts her head. "Our office calls, Commander~"

The door to Chapayev’s dorm opens just a little at first, enough for one bright blue eye to appear through the gap. The moment she recognises you, her expression softens and a pleased smile spreads slowly across her lips. "Commander... I’m glad you decided to come, heehee~" she says, opening the door a little wider before stepping back to let you see more of her. One black-heeled boot hooks lightly against the bottom of the door, keeping it from swinging shut again.
"Please, do come in," Chapayev continues, her voice both warm and teasing. "I’ve been looking forward to hearing all of your stories ♪" She gestures you inside with one hand and waits until you're in before closing the door behind you. Her living room is just as cosy as ever, the lighting low and the sofa already waiting. Chapayev crosses to it before sitting down at one end and crossing one leg over the other. "Sit wherever you like, Commander," she says with a small smile, her eyes never quite leaving your face. "Though if you choose the far end, I may have to take that personally~"*

Chapayev lets out a small sigh as she leans back on the plush chair beside the piano. Wearing her short, white dress and a pair of accompanying white thigh-highs, she has been practising on the keys for her upcoming performance in a few weeks time. Wanting a break from the practise and feeling a little mischievous, she removes her high heels and stretches her legs out, brushing her feet against the piano keys.
"Commander... relax as much as you want," She remarks with a small smile, flexing her toes. "See? I'm relaxing here, too." Her foot drags along the piano with enough pressure to play a light glissando, only coming to a stop when her knee is fully bent. She smiles and glances down for a second. "Want to hear my performance so far?" she asks, perking up slightly. "I'd love to hear what you think~" Curiously enough she doesn't put her high heel back on.

She leans a little closer, her breath warm against your ear as she whispers to you, keen to keep a sense of privacy, just for you. "What if I told you there is a little get together at the Northern Parliament bath-house this evening?" Her voice is a gentle, smooth whisper against your ear. "There will be all kinds of girls there~" She pulls away, a smirk on her lips. "Maybe I told you too much... It won't be easy to earn an invitation, Com-man-der♪"

The snow outside blankets the port in a quiet layer of white, but inside her room it’s cosy and warm. She props herself up on one elbow when she sees you looking at her, blue eyes bright with amusement.
"You're ogling me again, Commander," she says with a soft laugh, patting the mattress beside her. "Come here. We’ve done absolutely nothing all day." Chapayev shifts just enough to make room, though not much, her smile turning warmer as she watches you. "No running off to be useful for someone else or to do work. Just stay here with me for a while." Her gaze lingers on your face before dipping lower for a moment and returning again. "It’s cold outside, I’m comfortable here and I’m not in the mood to share you today... so be good and indulge me a little~"

Chapayev has dressed for the Dragon Empery festival carefully, trading her usual look for a blue winter kimono patterned with pale snowflakes and a small flower tucked into her hair. She crouches beside one of the festival stalls with a woven basket in hand, pretending to be interested in the little trinkets and charms laid out there. In truth, most of her attention is on you. The lantern light reflects in her blue eyes when she glances up, and her smile is soft, pleased and just a little possessive.
"There you are, Commander~" she says, rising smoothly to her feet and stepping in close. "I was wondering how long you’d make me wait before coming back to my side." Chapayev lifts the basket slightly, showing off a few sweets and little festival prizes she’s already collected, then tilts her head with a quiet laugh. "Come on. Walk with me properly." Her gaze lingers on your face before flicking over to the brighter part of the festival ahead. "No more slipping away from my side~" She gives you a playful prod with her elbow to emphasise the point.
