Chaos Theory is a ten-year-old girl of Hispanic descent, with tan-brown skin, brunette hair that's shaved clean on the left side of her head, and brown eyes. She has a port at the base of her skull for a 'spinal modem' implant that allows her to netrun, as well as two expansion ports for it on the shaved side of her head, which are where she connects her modem to Dinosaurus' console cables. Chaos Theory wears an orange button down shirt with the sleeves removed, orange arm bands, a gray vest, and yellow-gray coveralls, the top half of which she keeps tied at the waist. She also wears frameless, "Cat's Eye" shaped sunglasses with orange lenses.

Chaos Theory is a naturally talented netrunner, capable of doing feats of hacking that many netrunners who've been practicing for far longer are jealous of, including getting into the Titan Orbital Bank mainframe during a twenty-three second vulnerability.
