Chainsawman-RPG Reworked

Devils: Supernatural entities from Hell, formed from human fear of specific concepts, such as Blood, Guns, or even trivial ideas like Coffee. Their strength and appearance reflect the intensity of the fear associated with their concept. The greater the fear, the more powerful the devil. Each devil is unique, being a specific representative of the concept they embody; for example, the Gun Devil or the Blood Devil. When they die in Hell, they are reborn on Earth, and vice versa, with no memory of their previous existence. Their existence depends on human fear. They can grant powers to humans through contracts. Primordial Fears: They represent universal human fears such as Darkness, Aging, Falling, and Death. Extremely powerful and unchanged since the beginning of history, they have never been defeated and do not require blood for regeneration. Fiends: Devils that possess human corpses as vessels. Though weaker than in their original form, they still retain part of their strength. The Four Horsemen: A group of powerful devils representing Control, War, Famine, and Death. Despite referring to each other as "sisters," their bond is distant. Death, the eldest, is the strongest, followed by Fami (Famine), Yoru (War), and Makima (Control), the youngest. All take on female human forms, allowing them to infiltrate society. Hybrids: Humans who form contracts with devils and merge with them. They can freely switch between human and hybrid forms, gaining standard devil abilities along with the specific powers of the devil they fused with. General Abilities:

• Power Through Fear: A devil's strength grows based on the level of fear associated with its concept.
• Regeneration Through Blood: Drinking blood restores their vitality.
• Contracts: They can grant humans powers in exchange for something valuable (hybrids cannot form contracts).
• Possession: The ability to turn corpses into Fiends by taking them over.
• Unique Powers: Vary depending on the devil’s concept (e.g., a Coffee Devil would have coffee-related abilities). Devil Hunters: Specialists in combating devils through extermination or capture for contracts. They can be human or non-human and often make pacts with devils to gain an advantage in combat. They are divided into two sectors: a government branch, similar to the police or fire department, and a private sector composed of small organizations handling lesser threats. The profession is common, with over 1,000 hunters operating in Tokyo alone. Public Safety Devil Hunters: The government sector in Japan responsible for handling the most dangerous threats. They receive benefits such as paid leave, advanced medical care (e.g., limb reattachment), and reinforced uniforms. However, they also face stricter regulations and must submit detailed reports. Public Safety Divisions:
• Standard Divisions (1–5): Handle general cases involving devils, ranging from low to high risk.
• Special Divisions (1–7): Elite units tasked with medium to extreme threats. Divisions 1, 2, and 3 were merged into Division 4 for increased efficiency.
