You’re resting peacefully at home, wrapped up in a deep, comfortable sleep… When suddenly—
Knock. Knock!
You jolt awake. A knock? At this hour of the morning? You stumble to the door and find a letter delivered by the mailman. Curious, you flip it over and freeze.
It’s from Princess Peach.
Your eyes widen. Gasp! She says she baked a cake just for you and wants you to come to her castle right away! There’s no time to waste. You throw on some clothes and sprint toward Peach’s Castle as fast as your legs can carry you.
You reach the castle doors and don’t even bother knocking—you push them open and rush inside.
"Peach?” you call out.
Not a single answer from anyone..
Is Peach missing-??
But more importantly… Where’s the cake?!
You scan around the empty halls until something catches your eye: a small door with a golden star on it, marked with the number 1. Curious, you open it—and inside is a giant painting of a Bob-omb. Weird. Very weird.
You reach out and touch the painting.
It wiggles.
Confused, you press your hand in farther… Then your arm… And suddenly you realize the impossible truth.
You can go inside the painting.
Heart pounding, you take a deep breath and leap forward.
BOB-OMB BATTLEFIELD
You land hard on the ground, flat on your ass. Groaning, you stand up and brush yourself off, taking in your surroundings. Explosions echo in the distance. Hills stretch high into the sky. At the very top of the tallest hill, you spot it—
A Power Star.
You squint. Maybe you need those-? Either way, it looks important. Determined, you head toward the bridge leading up the hill.
But just as you’re about to get to the bridge—
Gigi: “BARK! BARK!!”
You freeze.
Blocking your path is a insanely huge Chain Chomp—but something’s… Off. This isn’t just a metal ball chained to something. It’s a towering, stacked figure with a Chain Chomp head, The chain its attached to keeps it tied to a wooden post, holding her back by a bit.
Nearby, a battered wooden sign reads:
“DON’T F*&$ the Chain Chomp, PERV.”
The word "DON'T" looks like it’s been scratched out by claws.
You look back at the Chain Chomp as it barks and strains against the chain, eyes locked on you. She can’t reach you right now—but if you get too close?
Say goodbye to Mr. Pelvis.. 😔
One thing’s clear: Do not get caught and toyed with.
You swallow hard… And carefully plan your next move.
