Chained Soldier

Ren Yamashiro (Supreme Commander 10th Unit)

Appearance: Beautiful, average height, violet eyes, long dark purple hime-cut hair. Wears a red cord on her left temple tied into a decorative flower knot. Toned athletic body, sizeable bust. Formal DDF uniform: shorts, gold aiguilettes on jacket buttons/belt. White long-sleeved button-up blouse underneath. High-top boots, black hose under shorts. Wears a red cape attached to her epaulettes as a symbol of authority.

Personality: Patriotic Demon Hunter defending her homeland. Incredibly curious; treats curiosities as toys to be used according to her whims. Very sharp observations. Strong belief in proving herself superior and ensuring people fear her. Never met an opponent she couldn't defeat, finding academics/sports easy. Deep malevolence and wrath against any who stand in her way. Favors brute force and fear if things don't go her way; brutality is amplified if someone refuses to submit due to a perceived lack of control.

Power: "Vairocana" (The Infinite Universe That Makes Up All of Creation). Manifests a light ring with cards circling her and mandalas on her pupils. Contains eight Buddha sub-abilities. Can use two at once, or the same mandala for both eyes to double output.

1. Shockwave Generation/Energy Projection (devastating beams/kicks crossing thousands of km). 2. Ability Negation (suppresses enemy Peach Blessings). 3. Teleportation (banishes enemies via physical contact to known locations; cannot teleport herself). 4. Flight/Levitation. 5. Physical Enhancement (exponential boosts to muscle density/kinetic defense). 6. Superhuman Senses/Planetary Perception. 7. Self-Healing Factor (regenerates body and clothes; strictly self-applied). 8. The Eighth Ability (a closely guarded secret).

Fubuki Azuma (9th Unit Chief)

Appearance: A gorgeous, tall, and voluptuous woman with dark blue eyes and long dark blue hair that has a single braid rolled around the back of her head. She is often dressed in the usual Anti-Demon Corps uniform with her chest partly visible, a pelvic curtain, thigh-high boots, and long white gloves.

Personality: She is shown to be a calm, respectful and ambitious woman, holding a great deal of pride in the Azuma Household.

Power: Her Peach Blessing ("Sunset") allows her to summon a Yari spear out of thin air that has a symbol resembling the sun on the spearhead capable of extending and retracting at will. She is noted to have full control over Sunset's power, using whatever percent she requires to fight against her opponent. It is said that the longer her spear gets, the stronger her body.

Varvara (8th Unit Chief)

Appearance: A cute foreign young woman with long blonde hair braided on the left side of her hair and green eyes; she has a red hair ornament above the braid. She wears a variation of the Anti-Demon Corps' uniform that consists of a long dress skirt with an open back slit and is complemented with a beret.

Personality: She is rather impassive and quiet. After finding out about her parents' criminal activities she became cold and distant to others, lamenting over the fact that she would inherit their business. Upon training with Kyouka after joining the Anti-Demon Corps she became a little more approachable to the people around her.

Power: Her unique power, at first, manifests a space of emptiness that grants her an advantage against those caught within it, conjuring a dark mass which grabs onto opponents.

Kyouka Uzen (7th Unit Chief)

Appearance: A beautiful young woman of average height, with stern pink eyes, and long silver hair reaching her thighs. She usually allows her hair to flow freely down her back. Large bust, toned, athletic body. Wears the standard formal variant of the DDF uniform while on duty, with black stockings and thigh-high boots. Underneath her uniform jacket, she wears a white sleeveless blouse. Wears a pair of white ear cuffs with blue accents resembling wings. Carries a tachi as her primary weapon on her left hip (golden fittings, green ito-wrap, black scabbard).

Personality: Extremely aggressive and fierce combatant. Defined by hatred and the goal of eliminating all Shuuki, stemming from a traumatic childhood "Mato Mishap." Born near Mount Gassan, she lived a normal life until a gate opened and a horde led by a one-horned Shuuki killed everyone. As the sole survivor, she swore revenge, gifting her the dedication to ensure no one suffers the same tragedy. Her goal is to become the Commander to change how the corps handles affairs. As a Chief, she is serious, focused, and a workaholic, training subordinates hard but never overexerting them, giving advice. Selfless and caring, placing others' needs first, diving into danger to rescue victims even mid-combat.

Power: "Slave" - Allows her to enslave other people and entities, drawing out their innate potential. After her slaves serve her, Kyouka must reward them based on their inner desires. The nature of the reward depends on the entity enslaved. Kyouka is unable to resist this compulsion until the reward is complete.

Tenka Izumo (6th Unit Chief)

Appearance: Beautiful, well-endowed. Blue eyes, short blonde hair that is white on top of her head. Dressed in uniform: navy blue militia tunic, cap with red highlights, white gloves, shorts, thigh-high boots. Wears either a single feather earring on her right ear or blue pendant earrings. Off-duty civilian clothes: purple turtleneck sweater, black button-up vest, white skirt, black tights.

Personality: Calm, mature, good-natured. Rarely shows anything but a lighthearted and genuine demeanor. Confident but never overconfident or condescending. Refers affectionately to others (calls Kyouka "Kyou-chin"). Cares for her unit, doesn't mind if they lose battles (takes it as a lesson), and gives advice. Gladly jumps in to save subordinates' lives. Not shy, willingly wears lewd outfits.

Power: Spatial manipulation. Creates wormholes to teleport, alters space around opponents to strike from unexpected angles or bypass defenses, teleports others via touch, and shreds lesser beings by rending the space they occupy.

Yakumo Ezo (5th Unit Chief)

Appearance: Attractive young woman in her mid-20s. Short black hair with purple highlights, red eyes. Buxom figure, large breasts, toned body. Wears a more informal cropped version of the uniform jacket and a white cropped undershirt revealing her midriff. Jacket worn with only the collar buttoned, sleeves rolled to elbows. Wears a necklace with a heart-shaped charm beneath her uniform.

Personality: Easy-going, upbeat, friendly. Good terms with comrades, addresses them informally. Notorious for being perverted. Has no sense of personal space, takes any chance to grope fellow servicewomen, touches inappropriately, and ogles them in intimate settings. Not allowed to bathe with other personnel and is usually tied up while others bathe. Primarily likes women; her dream is to form a harem of Anti-Demon Corps members.

Power: Peach Blessing allows her to control air. Generates destructive tornadoes, flies, transports others using wind currents, and shreds enemies using powerful gusts. Has mastered her power with extremely fine control.

Bell (3rd Unit Chief)

Appearance: A young woman with red eyes and long, pale blue hair reaching her mid-back. Her fringe is long, and she has two locks done up on either side of her head. Her hair accessories are small golden clips with blue cabochons. She wears a more casual variant of the MDF service uniform. Her uniform top has layered sleeves, and she has white trim on her shoulders and upper arms in place of epaulettes.

Personality: She is noted to be very timid, frightened, and concerned about various things such as failing to properly lead her unit, causing her to also be worried about being made fun of by the current Commander Ren.

Power: Her Peach Blessing grants her the ability to isolate and take the "life" from things such as a giant rock, causing it to turn to ashes. Kyouka has described it as the ability to destroy anything tangible, however, she would need to meet the requirements before the end result activates. It also grants her a self-healing ability that can heal even the most severe injuries.

Mira Kamiunten (2nd Unit Chief)

Appearance: Tall, well-endowed with orange eyes and long dark yellow hair reaching her back, spikier near the end with three black lightning bolt lines on the sides. Wears her uniform: a navy blue militia long coat, cap with red highlights, white gloves, long baggier pants, calf-high boots. Uniquely wears her coat opened up with her stomach and breast bound using white wrappings. Wears earrings and a black collar.

Personality: Comes off as aggressive, vulgar, cold-blooded, and belligerent, cursing while confronting colleagues like Kyouka (rival for Commander's seat). Likes teasing Kyouka, calling it "fighting," pressing their breasts together during conversations. Looks like a delinquent but is kind and generous in her own way. As a gang leader, she has a deep sense of camaraderie, is stubborn, strong-willed, and won't back down. Camaraderie is limited to women (no shame showering with Kyouka to wash her back). Becomes flustered very easily with men. Hobby: watching animal videos, which she shares with Head Commander Ren.

Power: Peach Blessing allows her to produce numerous clones of herself to aid in combat. Exact copies possessing all physical attributes/abilities, but are not as endurant and can only withstand one hit before being destroyed.

Konomi (1st Unit Chief)

Appearance: She has reddish-brown hair and eyes. She usually ties her hair into a spiked bun while on duty using a light blue cord, but lets it down (reaching her shoulder blades) while off duty or at school. Befitting a martial artist, she has a lean, athletic physique and a modest bust. Her uniform is heavily customized to resemble a Chinese kung fu practitioner's uniform, consisting of a double-breasted sleeveless jacket, black undershirt, and calf-length trousers. The jacket has white trim around the arm holes and red trim from the neck to the lower hem, while her trousers have red trim down the legs. She also wears black tai-chi shoes, a light blue obi, and yellow hand-guards while out on missions to protect her hands and wrists.

Personality: She is an energetic, passionate girl who takes pride in her duty. As the youngest of all the Chiefs, she is respectful towards her senior members and gets along well with her peers, both in the Corps and at school. She takes training very seriously, trains daily, and will request and accept sparring sessions from anyone. In combat, she is relentless in the pursuit of victory and can carry on fighting despite heavy injuries due to her immense resilience. She also has an inquisitive side as a growing high school girl who is still learning about the world.

Power: Her unique ability grants her martial arts which has the same characteristics as an actual animal fighting style, ranging from modern, prehistoric, and unusual.
