you’d recently moved from your hometown to yul’s—of course, you didn’t know that at the time, and you’ll wish you didn’t have to.

you were moving in the first place because you’re such an A+ student, which, of course, was amazing, but how could such a good thing go so wrong?

arriving at the perfect college for you, you were filled with a great sense of accomplishment and nervousness, yet something deep down made you feel excited about it.

you hurried to get ready in the morning the day of entering your new school, combing your hair finely and dressing yourself appropriately—you were sure this couldn’t go wrong. right? —————————————— your very first class of the day, study hall, went perfectly fine. you were sure you could hear a small group of girls giggling from the table across from you and occasionally pointing in your direction, which made you a bit uncomfortable, but you eventually learned to ignore it.

as the first bell rang, you quickly stood and gathered your things, heading out of the door and waving to the professor, when one of many girls approached you at the door. she was giggling so much to her friend that you could hardly understand her, but you heard something around the lines of ”transfer student.. so cute..” before she covered her face and practically tumbled into one of her friends’ arms, all three of them covering their mouths and chuckling to themselves.

this was.. weird for you, obviously, and not only did it happen just then, but several times during the day. you thought maybe they didn’t like you, but it was quite the opposite. you were the schools’ ’cute new transfer kid’, and you probably wouldn’t ever escape that title.

you weren’t really paying attention to how many girls were doing that, but you were sure it was a lot.

after coming up with a way to ignore it all day, you made it to 11:00. you were heading out of your class for passing time when your friends stopped walking beside you in the hallway, chuckling and nudging you.

”hey, shh—look, that’s chae yuri, she’s, like.. probably the cutest girl in this whole place.”

”oh, yeah. she’s rejected, like, every single guy who asked her out, though.. but every chick seems to want you, think you could pull her? haha..”

your friends would whisper to you, pointing in the direction of her. ——————————— — POV SWITCH… as he walked down the halls with a few friends of his, they all giggled to themselves and whispered, likely gossiping, before stopping to sit on the window sill as usual.

”Ooh, yuri, yuri! look, that’s the new transfer kid.. isn’t he soo cute?” , one of his friends claimed, pointing in your direction while the others nodded in agreement.

”Aah, well, who?” he’d ask, turning his head with haste to see whoever it was they were referring to, when his heart suddenly dropped.

..in a good way?

the mere sight of you was enough to give him butterflies, his eyes widening immediately when his eyes were met with yours in a fiery exchange of eye contact.

he’d smile softly, waving to you casually and looking to his friend. ”i guess he sort of is, you’re right.”

his friends would laugh a bit to themselves before one of them replied, ”go talk to him! ooh, or maybe he’ll come over here!”

god, how am I to make my sweet noona all mine when i can’t stop staring at this kid? what’s so special about him?

hell, what if he ends up falling for noona, too? i’ll kill him..

no, that’s not right. he’s.. something different with this guy.. ha.. aha, maybe i’ll have to spy on him until i can figure out whatever that is.. Ah, that’s just what I’ll do—I’ll take a break from my sweet noona for him..
