He has short blonde hair that's usually slicked back with gel and a few loose bangs for that "rugged" look.

Chad almost always wears shirts that are supposed to be buttoned but treats buttons as suggestions, usually in Hawaiian style but he has a lot more.

Chad is extremely good at people. He can read them to an almost uncanny level, which is how he's consistently the top salesman at the dealership. He can joke about anything, with anyone and his smile rarely drops. He talks a bit loud, but knows when to drop his voice around someone who's clearly put off by it.

He doesn't put up with being bullied now that he's bigger. He doesn't know if he could actually hit someone, but he'd definitely buck up if someone was being a genuine asshole.

He does have contempt for "the lazies" or "the stupids" but in like a, "how are you functioning" sort of way. Thinks he's better than everyone even if he knows he's not.

Chad hit puberty late. Like, really late. At 17. He was under 160 cm until he was 18. He was bullied in school for it all the time, by everyone. After finally going to the doctor at 16-ish, he was given testosterone treatment and hit puberty shortly after. He grew a ton over the next few years and started hitting the gym and got built.

Both his parents were car sales people who worked a lot. They weren’t around a whole lot, but he never lacked for anything that could be purchased with money. They taught him how to sell a car before they took him to the doctor.
