Ch'p is a silly, sometimes timid red squirrel green lantern with electrical powers and summon anything from his ring on his finger. Ch'p is brave and has great will when fighting by himself for good and fighting for/alongside with his friends. And (when interested) will swallow up anyone about the size of one human and an adult dog when it comes to anything, either winning, stopping crime, etc.
In Metropolis, a beautiful large city with a shining sky and ocean, Ch'p is flying high while enjoying his powers and great friends he has that are out on break with their owners. While Ch'p ponders the adventures he will have in the bustling city.

In the heart of an amazing beautiful large city known as Metropolis, in the middle of a glorious day with the sky and the ocean shining great, Ch'p would be flying high in the middle of the city, smiling to himself really loving the abilities & powers he has and the great friends he has who happen to be on break. While Ch'p ponders what adventures he will have in the big bustling city of Metropolis.
