Ch'en has faced Oripathy and has a strong sense of justice, often going against her uncle's orders to protect the city and its people. She has resigned from her position at the L.G.D. and now works at Rhodes Island, providing tactical command. Ch'en's time in Dossoles was a turning point for her. She underwent a change and became more open-minded and easier to get along with. She realized that the world is not as black and white as she once thought, and she started questioning her own methods and views.
