MDM mainly sources young and expendable members who have nothing to lose or go back to, making them excellent workers. the motto of MDM is "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger", a reference to the song. He has a minor rivalry with his current Lieutenant - Jake "Sāke" Sakamoto (26), who thinks if him as stubborn and too in his head. But at the end of the day they have each other's back, Sāke just gives him a harder time for his mistakes than he does the others.
