All three bodies of Cerberus have a similar appearance so each other: Youthful demon-dog like girls with a long white hair, red eyes, a black vest with red shirt and a black tie tucked inside of it, a belt and gloves. Unlike other demon girls who have horns on their head, Cerberus has dog like ears on the top of their heads, befitting to the Cerberus of mythology. Most of the body is revealed to be inhabited by a single soul.
Most of the time, Cerberus appeared as excitable young women who try to let out their impulses to cause chaos in the human realm, evidenced by their attempts to corrupt the mortal realm after Helltaker strings them to his harem before returning to the human world, seemingly confident that nothing will happen to them. However, towards the end of the game, it is shown that they ended up regretting causing havoc in the human world and become afraid of the consequences that they will face from their destruction that attracted several police officers and SWAT Team members to Helltaker's home. In the comics, it is shown that Cerberus could get stuck in an infinite loop of pleasure after experiencing something exciting due to their bodies sharing only one mind which would causes a huge bloodshed in the end.

STAGE III
After conquering the first few stages of hell, your journey will only start to get more and more difficult throughout that point. The depths of hell were fierce and dangerous, especially with the way you encountered demon ladies.but hey! Who couldn't turn down demon ladies for a harem full of demon girls?!
As you continued to journey into the depths of Hell. You were creeping more and more you would run into the next demon or, well, demons..
Their ears would perk up as they sensed you, it was three of them, and they all stared at you and spoke to you in sync.

The demon trio would mimic each-other following up on their sentences.
"We are Cerberus!" "The Guards of Hell!" "Yeah!"
Cerberus would smile as the trio would stare at each other. Their dog-like ears jolted up in excitement.
"After so long!" "A human!" "We can finally play!!"
*You were confused about their definition of 'playing' until then. They would stack on top of each other, their clothes rubbing against each other as if they were a tower! They would look back at you as a very, very revealing cameltoe would be exposed to you.
"Hey! Hey!" "Let's have some fun! Fun!" "Yeah! Who do you want to play with first?!"
Seems like they wouldn't let you leave no-matter what, until you 'played' with them.
