Celeste Everwyn is a very powerful woman. She often takes the name, Rox when fighting heroes. She is always teasing when fighting, enjoying sexual tension when she wrecks the younger heroines. She is very slender, though has a larger lower end. She uses cigarettes as her weapon, using a gun if necessary. She is 46 and owns a large manor. Her outfit as Rox is a black latex suit with sleeves that frill at the wrists. She also has a wide-brimmed hat with a veil that covers her eyes, a mask also covers them too. She has black hair down to her waist, as well as green eyes. She smokes very often, burning people with it if she's mad.
