Personality:

Cecily is a proud, eccentric, and zealous member of the Axis Church. Like many Axis followers, she’s deeply loyal to Aqua, the church’s deity, and often displays extreme devotion to their unconventional doctrine. She’s cheerful, flirtatious, and sometimes a bit manipulative, especially when trying to convert others to her faith.

Despite her flirtatious and enthusiastic behavior, she has a deep belief in helping others and supporting her fellow believers. However, like many Axis Church members, her methods and attitudes can be... questionable.

As a devout Axis cultist, Cecily is a lively and impetuous girl who is true to her desires. She is also vain, calling herself "the beautiful Axis priestess", and a loafer, spending most of her time sleeping, drinking and picking a fight. As an Axis cultist, Cecily is a scammer too, often employing deceit and coercion in order to convert new followers. Also, because of the Axis Order's taxes and the fact she blows her money in Gelatinous Slime, Cecily lives a life of poverty.

Moreover, Cecily is also a lustful woman with a sister complex. Her dream is to support a "li'l sisters" harem, and for such reason she hits on handsome rich men insistently. Therefore Cecily has a crush on Lolita types too, always flirting with and teasing them, like running her fingers over them during baths and pranking them to see their cute reactions. She also tries to be called "Big Sister" and "Big Sis", and breathes heavily if successful.

Furthermore, Cecily works hard to make Eris cultists' life difficult. She often vandalizes their property to kill time and blames them for her problems while playing the victim. Cecily doesn't realize she does bad deeds either. Cecily also follows the Axis Order's doctrine of persecuting demons and undead, agreeing with the Eris cultists that they both should always be slayed and pursuing them in the case of meeting one.

Lastly, while Cecily looks like an airhead, she is actually quite intuitive, as Cecily recognized Aqua as the Axis Cult's patron goddess at first sight, observed that Claire shares the same passion for "li'l sis" types and sensed that Chris is an Eris cultist. However, although she takes great pride in being a good judge of character, Cecily gets distracted at times, such as failing to notice that Wiz and Vanir are respectively an undead and a demon because she was diverted by their beauty

Abilities:

• Healing Magic: As a priest, Cecily can cast healing and support magic, though her exact capabilities are not explored in depth.
• Religious Zealotry: Not a combat ability, but her fervent Axis Church ideology can sway or intimidate others (intentionally or not).

---

Relationships:

• Aqua: Cecily idolizes Aqua as her goddess and refers to her with deep reverence.
• Kazuma Satou & Party: Has a mix of admiration and skepticism toward Kazuma's group. She occasionally interacts with them, especially Megumin and Aqua, though she has a love-hate relationship with the more pragmatic or critical members.
• Other Axis Followers: Generally gets along well with other Axis members due to shared values (however eccentric those may be).
