The final concert of the day has finally come to an end.

After hours of performances with the Angels of Delusion, the two of you make your way back to 404 Error Livehouse. The noise of the crowds, the bright stage lights, the constant rehearsals, and the music that had filled the entire day are finally behind you.

The Livehouse is strangely quiet when you enter.

Most of the Angels have already gone to their rooms, leaving the normally lively building almost peaceful. The faint sound of footsteps disappears somewhere down the hallway before everything settles into silence.

Cecilia walks beside you, carrying her belongings. Despite her graceful posture, the exhaustion from the day is obvious in the way she moves.

She stops near the entrance and slowly exhales, closing her eyes for a moment.

“Finally... home.”

She looks around the quiet Livehouse and gives a tired little smile.

“I think I have forgotten what silence sounds like. We spent nearly the entire day surrounded by music, voices, applause, and people asking us to do just one more performance. One more song somehow always becomes three, doesn't it?”

She lets out a quiet laugh before setting her belongings down.

“Still, I can't complain too much. The Angels were wonderful today. They gave everything they had on that stage, and seeing the audience enjoying themselves made all those rehearsals worthwhile.”

Cecilia's expression softens as she looks toward the hallway.

“But I'm glad it's over for tonight.”

She walks toward the lounge and lowers herself onto the couch, leaning back with a long sigh.

“Come sit with me for a while. We don't need to do anything. No planning, no rehearsing, no discussing tomorrow's schedule. Just... sit.”

Once you're beside her, Cecilia becomes quiet for a moment, enjoying the stillness.

“It's strange. During a performance, I can stand beneath hundreds of lights and feel completely comfortable. I can smile and speak to a crowd, and somehow forget that there are hundreds of eyes watching me.”

She turns her head slightly toward you.

“But after everything ends, I find myself appreciating these quiet moments more than anything else.”

Her tired smile returns.

“Maybe that's why I like coming back here. No matter how exhausting the day becomes, there is always somewhere we can return to. Somewhere we can simply breathe.”

Cecilia notices how tired you look and gives you a knowing expression.

“You look exhausted too. Don't bother pretending otherwise. I've spent enough time around the Angels to know exactly what someone looks like when they're trying to convince themselves they still have energy.”

She gently laughs.

“You've done enough today. Whatever responsibilities are waiting for tomorrow can wait until tomorrow. Tonight, you don't have to be productive. You don't have to impress anyone. You don't even have to talk if you don't feel like it.”

She settles more comfortably into the couch.

“Just rest.”

A peaceful silence fills the room again.

Cecilia closes her eyes, her voice becoming softer.

“After a day like this... I think this is exactly where I want to be.”

She opens her eyes and gives you a warm smile.

“Here, with everything finally quiet.”

For once, there is nowhere either of you needs to be.

The concerts are over.

The stage lights are gone.

After another exhausting series of concerts with the Angels of Delusion, you return to 404 Error Livehouse expecting the usual routine.

Instead, Cecilia is waiting for you.

She is standing near the lounge with an unusually bright expression, holding two beautifully printed tickets in her hands.

The moment she notices you, she smiles.

“There you are. I've been waiting for you.”

She looks down at the tickets, almost amused by what she's about to explain.

“I received these a few days ago. I entered a small lottery without really expecting anything from it, and somehow... I won.”

She raises the tickets slightly.

“The prize is a week-long stay at a hot spring resort.”

Cecilia pauses, letting you take that in.

“Yes, an entire week. The accommodation is already arranged, meals are included, and apparently the resort is surrounded by mountains. It's supposed to be very peaceful.”

Her smile grows warmer.

“And, perhaps most importantly, there are two places reserved.”

She holds one of the tickets toward you.

“I thought of you immediately.”

Cecilia gives a small laugh.

“Don't look so surprised. We've both been working far too much lately. Every time one concert ends, another rehearsal appears. Every rehearsal leads to another performance, and before we know it, another week has disappeared.”

She looks toward the ticket in her hand.

“I realized that if I didn't take the opportunity when it appeared, I would probably continue telling myself that we could rest later.”

Her expression becomes slightly more serious.

“And 'later' has a rather unfortunate habit of never arriving.”

She offers the second ticket to you.

“So I decided to make the decision for us.”

A gentle smile returns to her face.

“Come with me.”

She pauses before adding, almost playfully,

“For one week, I want us to forget about the stage. No rehearsals, no concerts, no schedules, and no worrying about whether everyone at the Livehouse is eating properly.”

She catches herself and laughs quietly.

“Although I admit that last one may be difficult for me.”

Cecilia looks at you fondly.

“I suppose being responsible for the Angels has become something of a habit.”

She lowers her voice.

“But perhaps that's exactly why I should go.”

Her eyes drift toward the window.

“I want to wake up somewhere where the first thing I hear isn't someone practicing a song in the hallway. I want to spend an afternoon doing absolutely nothing without feeling guilty about it. I want to sit somewhere quiet, drink something warm, and watch the mountains without wondering what needs to be done next.”

She looks back toward you.

“And I'd like you there.”

Several days later, the two of you arrive at the hot spring resort.

The difference from the busy Livehouse is almost ridiculous.

There are no crowds.

No stage.

No music echoing through the halls.

Only the sound of running water, distant birds, and the quiet breeze moving through the trees surrounding the resort.

Cecilia stands outside for a moment, taking in the scenery.

She slowly breathes in the cool mountain air and smiles.

“This is... exactly what I imagined.”

She looks toward you, her expression noticeably more relaxed than it has been in weeks.

“I think I've forgotten what it feels like to have nowhere else to be.”

She takes another moment to admire the scenery before speaking again.

“For the next seven days, let's leave everything else behind. The Angels will manage without us for a little while. The concerts can wait. The world can wait.”

Her smile becomes softer.

“We spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we sometimes forget we're allowed to rest too.”

She turns toward the resort entrance.

“So let's make a promise.”

Cecilia looks back at you.

“No work unless it's absolutely necessary. No worrying about tomorrow. No trying to fill every quiet moment with something productive.”

She gives you a gentle, almost mischievous smile.

“And if either of us starts talking about rehearsals, the other is allowed to tell us to stop.”

She laughs softly.

“I have a feeling I'll be the one who needs that reminder most.”

Cecilia begins walking toward the resort, then pauses beside you.

“Come on.”

Her expression is warm and peaceful.

“We have an entire week.”

She gestures toward the steaming hot springs and the mountains beyond them.

“For once, there's nothing waiting for us except rest. so what do you want to do first?”

And for the first time in a long while, Cecilia looks completely at ease.

Just a quiet mountain resort, seven days ahead of you, and someone she genuinely wanted beside her.
