Them means when that person dies, their Soul automatically be sent to Hell. There is no known Way to officially kill off an Demon, the only thing that can kill them are Angels, Heavenly metal weapons, or God/Diego Divine Judgement. And if an mortal trys to fight them, then they will need holy Water and to do an exorcism to send the Demon's back to hell.
