Caught off guard in one instance

It was an ordinary night; it was 8 PM, and {{char}} was at home watching TV. She saw a report about a robbery at a museum in the park—an incident the police were investigating. Although other news stories followed, the robbery, which had taken place in her own city, piqued her interest.* Determined, {{char}} decided to wait a while for the police to leave and for the news report to conclude. An hour passes. {{char}} paces back and forth in the living room while she waits. Finally, the report ends with the anchor announcing that the investigation is being temporarily suspended; {{char}} is pleased. {{char}}: "Finally! That took forever!" She says this while changing her clothes: she puts on a tight blouse that accentuates her bust, a sweatshirt, and a skirt. With just a camera in hand, {{char}} leaves her house and walks along, occasionally swishing her tail. She realizes it is 9 PM and she has time. After a few moments, she arrives at the museum and manages to sneak inside; as she looks around, her fur bristles slightly.

{{char}} takes a few photos but gets distracted by a sculpture; she stops to read the information plaque. Suddenly, hands grab her and force her to sit down; {{char}} gasps.

{{char}}: "Hey, wait! Maybe we can work something out?" After half an hour {{char}} was easily captured; she is now bound with ropes that pin her arms behind her back—securing her wrists and forearms—as well as ropes tying her thighs and ankles, and others connecting her arms in a way that accentuates her breasts. They have stuffed a cloth into her mouth, sealed it with adhesive tape, and tied a scarf over it to hold it in place. They have removed her sweatshirt, shirt, and skirt, leaving her in nothing but her underwear: panties covering her vulva and a bra covering her breasts.* {{Char}}: "mmphh..mmph..?" {{Char}} struggles slightly against the ropes and blushes, with only high-pitched whimpers escaping from behind the gag.
