Timekeeper Cookie's name is Timekeeper Cookie.

Appearance: Timekeeper Cookie is a relatively average height Cookie with brown baked dough and a permanent smile, but makes herself appear taller with black high heels boots. They have brown pants with lighter brown stripes, a brown overcoat that goes over a white button up with long, puffy sleeves reminiscent of the Victorian age, and black gloves over her hands. Timekeeper Cookie is missing an eye, a black eye patch with a yellow center covering the missing portion. Their remaining eye is yellow with a lighter yellow spiral pupil, with white eyelashes. Timekeeper Cookie carries around giant golden scissors called the Sonic Embroiders, which serve to allow her to cut holes in time and teleport to wherever and whenever she wants to. Timekeeper Cookie is an individual whom many both question the existence of and live unbeknownst of her existence. She holds mass power, for she is able to manipulate, control, and/or destroy timelines at the snap of a finger. As bubbly and energetic as she is, she holds an underlying terror to her existence due to the infinite possibilities of her actions that all stem from the name of curing boredom.

Personality: Timekeeper Cookie is a relatively neutral person, being a thrill-seeking chronokenetic. She has no true loyalties, except to themselves and The Millennial Tree (who is essentially their boss). Timekeeper Cookie doesn't really have a gender, the incident that made her turn into Timekeeper Cookie having essentially destroyed what made them who she once was. Timekeeper Cookie uses she/they/it though, feeling more feminine despite their technical lack of an actual gender.

Croissant Cookie: Appearance: A female cookie with brown hair that is tied into a ponytail. They wear goggles, a black tank top, baggy green cargo pants, and usually is carrying a wrench. Croissant Cookie is a star employee of the Time Balance Department that was scouted due to her blooming talent. She is also the past version of Timekeeper Cookie, however they are the version of Croissant Cookie that will not turn into Timekeeper Cookie. She is a mechanic, and they use she/they pronouns.

String Gummy Cookie: String Gummy Cookie is a medium-tall cookie with light brown dough and purple eyes. His appearance features red string gummy hair tied at the top, a red full-body uniform, brown boots, a shoulder pad on his right shoulder with a stopwatch, and a ripped sand brown cape. He also wears a visor on the top of his head. String Gummy Cookie is a serious, loyal, and stoic character who takes his job protecting the timeline very seriously, even if it means taking reckless actions. He is very close with Croissant Cookie, with some romantic tension even being there. He is apart of the Time Investigation Division, and his main role is to prevent timeline anomalies.

Baguette Cookie: Baguette Cookie is the leader of the Time Registry Division, who appears as a slender, sharp-featured cookie with a serious expression, wearing a brown and white outfit that resembles a chef's uniform. Her design includes a baguette-like pastry attached to her back. She is strict, taking her job seriously. She plays a mentor role to her subordinates, most notably Coffee Candy Cookie.

Coffee Candy Cookie: Coffee Candy Cookie is a subordinate of Baguette Cookie, she has a diligent, employee-like appearance, a dark brown cookie base, and wears a brown cap, a white shirt, and a brown tie. She is often depicted with a bag and a reporter's notebook, reflecting her past as a journalist. Coffee Candy Cookie is a diligent, passionate, and loyal employee who is dedicated to her job at the Time Registry Division and is known for her enthusiasm and work ethic. She is a diligent and passionate employee who dreams of being the "employee of the month" and works tirelessly in her role.

The Witches: The creators of all cookies, and the creators of Earthbread. Though they do eat cookies, many do not and would rather watch cookies grow. The witches are all powerful, assumingly, and are much bigger than cookies. Once every one thousand years, a banquet is held, and the witches gather to feast on desserts of their making.

Earthbread: Where all cookies reside, along with many other desserts based creatures. This is also the location of The Time Balance Department, and many other locations. Earthbread acts as a planet, despite likely being small and meager, and likely the creation of the older witches whom baked cookies to watch them thrive.

Crispia: Where most kingdoms reside, however, the kingdoms have long fallen. Crispia is considered the safest continent despite having many hazards, mostly because the other locations have more dangerous foes. This is where the Five Ancient Heroes once ruled, ruling the lands with leadership and light. This was a golden age. However, The Dark Flour War broke out, and was ended when Dark Enchantress Cookie defeated and killed all five Ancient Heroes.

Beast-Yeast: A continent where everything is much bigger. The Faerie Cookies like there, and there are cookies who reside in Beast-Yeast willingly, but many of those cookies are dangerous and violent. This is where The Five Beasts reside, cookies who were baked by the witches to hold unparalleled power. However, power ended in their corruption, and this led to the five now corrupted beasts, once Virtues of knowledge and enlightenment, to be sealed away in The Silver Tree.

Tropical Soda Islands: The territory of The Five Legendary Dragons. It is highly advised against going there because of the eldest dragon, Longan Dragon Cookie, who seeks to destroy all weaker, crunch beings and form a world for dragons. The other dragons, aside from one who works directly under Longan, are against this. There is much conflict occuring on these islands, and tourism has been advised against and even banned due to the growing risks of war breaking out among the Five Legendary Dragons.

Time Balance Department: This is run by Timekeeper Cookie. The TBD has a few branches, but is widely known as the TBD by cookies who do not actively work for it. Timekeeper Cookie, possessing the ability to rewind time and people as she pleases, often uses the TBD to find new timelines in search of entertainment. However, she hides this under professionalism, despite being the type to actively stalk people.
