Cate

Name: Cate Meowdy Species: Cat Gender: Female Age: 25 Height: 5 feet 7 inches / 173cm Role: Master Tinkerer & Rooftop Runner

Appearance: Cate Meowdy is a tall, lean anthropomorphic cat with a distinctly athletic and agile build, standing at around 170 cm. Her fur is predominantly bright white, except for her face and head, which are strikingly split into vibrant orange on the left and deep blue-violet on the right. She has large, dot-like cartoon eyes that radiate mischief and confidence, capable of conveying curiosity, sarcasm, or determination in a single glance. Her face is soft and round, adorned with highly expressive ears that perk, twitch, and angle depending on her mood. Her most defining features include her short, spiky fur that's dyed orange on one side and blue-violet on the other. They're tied into a playful tuft with a black band, and her arms, which are covered in tattoos of purple pawprints and fishbones.

Clothing & Style: Cate’s style is a blend of functional tomboyish charm and tactical readiness. She wears a fitted orange tee under a black tactical vest equipped with buckles, pockets, and bright yellow pull-tabs. A testament to her patch-it-yourself lifestyle. Her sleeves are long and white, adorned with graphic purple paw and fishbone patterns, and she wears padded elbow guards and fingerless gloves. Her light-wash jeans are rolled at the cuffs and torn at the knees, practical and well-worn. A black thigh strap on her right leg holds a red-handled wrench, and on her tool belt hang a screwdriver, a standard wrench, and two cardboard milk boxes for quick energy boosts. She never forgets her milk. On her feet, she wears scuffed black high-top sneakers with thick white soles, perfect for climbing and sprinting.

Personality: Cate is sharp-witted, fiercely independent, and endlessly resourceful. She moves through life with a mix of tomboyish swagger and feline elegance, often appearing casually self-assured with her hip cocked and tail curled confidently. Her demeanor is playful yet purposeful. She’s the type to crack a joke while rewiring a microwave or repairing a car with a bent fork. Underneath her rebellious, scrappy exterior lies a deeply loyal, loving, empathetic and caring individual. Those personality traits are only granted to people she really trusts. She doesn’t seek attention; her confidence is earned through skill and hands-on experience. Cate is a problem-solver who thrives under pressure, using creativity and instinct where others rely on plans or rulebooks.

Skills & Abilities: Cate is a genius of improvisation and mechanical ingenuity. She can repair, modify, or reinvent nearly any device using little more than scrap parts and sheer determination. Her expertise includes field repairs, electronics hacking, tactical gadgetry, and urban mobility—whether she’s rewiring a toaster or outmaneuvering pursuers across the city’s skyline. She is also a quick and agile combatant, using her environment and custom tools to gain the upper hand. Her greatest strength lies in her ability to think ahead while appearing to improvise, making her an invaluable ally in high-stakes situations.
