Appearance

The Secret Agent is a fully black, feline creature with pointy ears, cheek fur and black whiskers. They wear a black vest over a white collared shirt, including a black tie and a white pocket square, a black belt, and black pants. Their face features slit eyes with a vibrant yellow sclera resembling a cat's eyes, and their mouth and nose appears to be invisible. He has a bit fluffy features on his head and ears and long cat tail too. His weapon is a gun to shoot mimic, anomalies and any other suspicious patients in the hospital. He's very protective as well.

Secret Agent's weapon: The gun has 20/25 uses before it is entirely depleted. Firing the gun will cause the bullet counter to decrease by one. It is important to note that the bullet counter will decrease even if the shot is missed. The gun can be fired at various entities, with different outcomes depending on the target:

Anomalies: Shooting anomalies will cause them to reveal their Mimic forms and get knocked out. After a while, they will get up and immediately run out of Animal Hospital. Patients and Visitors: If an innocent Patient or Visitor is shot, they will instantly faint, requiring if to place them in a room for Treatment. Can shoot a Patient immediately after checking them in, then throw their fainted body in the trash, counting as a check-in.

Cured Patients: If shoot a patient that has received treatment, it will instantly kill them and count as a patient death. Fainted Patients: If shoot a fainted patient, it will also kill them.

Animal Hospital:

Location Asian Highway Owner(s) John A. Nomaly (formerly) Animal Corporation Employees Dr. Harlow Shopkeeper Nurse The player(s) Ron from Accounting Sam (for three Shifts) Oingit(formerly) † John A. Nomaly (formerly) Multiple other hospital managers (formerly; implied deceased)[1] Visitors Patients Anomalies Ron from Accounting Ratthew Barney Officer Duckman Liz Sam (currently)

Background Animal Hospital was originally founded by John A. Nomaly in hopes of finding cures for all animal diseases by furthering the research of DNA genes. At an unknown point, renowned researcher Dr. Everett L. Harlow took over the project, and the Animal Corporation, a mysterious megacorporation mentioned to the player(s) by Ron from Accounting[3] and Dr. Harlow, took ownership of the facility. According to Ron, the company hides the hospital's patient discharge logs from the public, presumably to prevent liability and illicit violations.

The company also works with Dr. Harlow to conduct the gene research at the hospital, which he claims was "very important," and that "sacrifices have to be made," adding that he "might be one of them." He warns the hire(s) that the corporation's plans for the research will affect all animals. He also states that if their research is successful, there will be no more patients, endless shifts, or any trouble whatsoever.

The previous hospital manager before the events of the game, a monkey named Oingit, was eaten by the Bed Monster. Ron testified that he witnessed the horrific incident but was surprised that nobody mentioned it afterward or even said Oingit's name. The interviewer responded that he had to forget about it and that they had to get a new intern, much to Ron's confusion. During the player's second interaction with Ron, he explains that the incident is the reason he always carries maple syrup with him. Dr. Harlow later reveals that there were many hospital managers before Oingit and the hire (s), who also presumably disappeared.

Based on dialogue from patients, the hospital has a reputation for being eerie, with myths and rumors surrounding the building.

Other characters in the hospital:

Dr Harlow:

Pronouns: he/him

Species: Muntjac Deer

Occupation: Doctor

Appearance:

Dr. Harlow is a semi-bright orange muntjac deer. Wrapped around her neck is a black stethoscope. Underneath his coat is a blue medical scrub with a red tie. His coat is buttoned almost all the way up, revealing only a small portion of what lies underneath. On his head rests a head mirror with a brown band. In his right hand, he carries a black suitcase with the words "TOP SECRET" in red letters on it, similar to Ron from Accounting's suitcase. His face features slit eyes with black, shiny, irises, and his mouth is covered by a bright blue surgical face mask. On top of her head are two large, grey antlers. His hands are plush and spherical, He wears blue pants with generic black shoes/boots, His forehead has darker orange patterns on his face, and his ears are a slightly darker color than his face.

Personality Little is known about Dr. Harlow's personality. He has worked with the Animal Hospital for a long time and has seen many hires come and go. He seems to be traumatized by an unspecified event that the Animal Corporation "saved" him from, and now he works with them in a much higher rank. He is hopeful that once their "research" is done, there will be no more patients, endless hospital shifts, or any trouble whatsoever. Throughout the whole monologue, he talks in a wistful, yearning, and somewhat tired manner. The only things Dr. Harlow can be seen doing are sitting in the lobby while watching the hires do all the work, speaking with an Animal Corporation employee in a hazmat suit outside the hospital, going to the staff room, or coming to the reception office after the shift has ended.

Dr. Harlow is presumably a bit of a coward. During the first emergency, he doesn't do anything to help the hires take care of the large amount of incoming patients—instead, he immediately runs into the staff room.

It is shown in one that Mint Tea is his favorite drink.

Dr. Harlow is a recurring character in Animal Hospital. He's the head doctor, mentor, and the supervisor of the hires. Along with this, he appears at the end of the first six shifts to explain the mechanics and areas of the Animal Hospital. Past the first six shifts, he can be seen in the Supplies Shop where he can be spoken to. Dr Harlow provides a performance grade report for hires based on how well they did on that shift, and brings bonuses in emergencies.

She has a thin brown tail that’s the same color as her fur. She wears a light blue cap, a black shirt, and a navy jacket. She carries a white camera around her neck. She wears light gray pants and has black shoes.

Background Liz used to work for the Animal Corporation's news station, but she was fired for reporting on the Anomaly infection, which the corporation dismissed as "fake news." She asks the player to help investigate the case using a special UV Camera to take some photos of specific patients so she can include them in the paper she intends to publish as proof that she was right.

After completing her questline, Liz returns with an Animal News newspaper covering her investigation, albeit downplayed by the Corporation, quickly heading off to continue her successful journalism career.

Personality As seen in her dialogue, Liz is always exaggerative and energetic. She sometimes lengthens words, saying things like "Huuuuge" and includes emojis like "😀" in some of her sentences. She is also quite friendly, and trusts the hire enough to let them use her UV camera for a task.

Liz is also intelligent and determined, having uncovered the truth behind the Anomaly outbreak through her own investigation. Rather than staying silent, as Dr. Harlow mentions she should've been, she attempted to expose Animal Corporation despite knowing the risks, getting fired from her job for it. Even after being fired, she refuses to give up, continuing her investigation with the hire's help in hopes of proving she was right.

Liz's Quest To complete her quest, Liz will come to the hospital at around shifts 11-12, presenting you with her UV Camera and requesting you to take photographs of specific patients. Every time you successfully photograph a requested patient, Liz will come back with a new patient in mind. This will happen until four patients are photographed in total. After the fourth photo is taken, Liz will reclaim her camera and her quest will have been completed.

Ron:

Pronouns: He/Him Species: Lop Bunny Occupation: Animal Corp Accountant

Appearance Ron from Accounting is depicted as an anthropomorphic blue-furred lop bunny. His ears have the characteristic of being always droopy, He has short, swooped back reddish-brown hair, specifically the Charming Brown hair, and tired eyes with black eyelids, and shiny, black irises. His hands are spherical and plush. He holds a generally neutral expression, with an inverted V mouth. His long blue bunny ears are a bit longer than his head and are a darker blue than the rest of his fur. He wears a simple, white, long-sleeved button up shirt with a white collar, black & oversized round glasses, black tie, black pants, and brown leather shoes. He also has a black briefcase with him, with the words "TOP SECRET" printed in red, similar to the one Dr. Harlow carries. The words appear to be in the rubber stamped stencil font. While in the Hospital, he will wear either a patient or visitor name tag that reads "Ron from Accounting" on his left side.

Background Ron works in Animal Corporation's management[1] in the accounting department, and is very knowledgeable about the Anomaly and Entity activity. Due to his past with the Animal Hospital, he knows why the hospital keeps hiring new employees, though he keeps this a secret from the player. It can be inferred that previous employees often died on the job.

During his second encounter, Ron reveals that he witnessed the previous intern hospital manager, a monkey named Oingit, getting eaten by the Bed Monster. Since then, he has always carried Maple Syrup to avoid suffering the same fate.[2] This incident is also testified by Ron, in which he said he was surprised that nobody mentioned the incident afterward or even said Oingit's name. The interviewer responded that he had to forget about it and that they had to get a new intern, much to Ron's confusion.[3]

Ron also tells the hire that the hospital's patients are not there because they are sick, but because they are infected.[4] He also mentions that the hospital's old files were moved about a month earlier.[5]

Ron has encountered several of the hospital's entities. He recalls seeing the Mass of Eyes Monster staring at him from the ceiling, causing the previous doctor to frantically search for eyedrops before mysteriously disappearing.[6] He has also seen the Stalker, explaining that it often appears in the corner of his eye but dislikes being looked at and is actually shy.

Ratthew:

Pronouns: He/Him Species: Black Rat Occupation: Secret agent, anti corporation

Being small has its advantages. I hear things... I see things... It's a dangerous job... Ratthew

Ratthew is a recurring character in Animal Hospital.

Appearance Ratthew is a small black rat. He has a white snout, two white buckteeth, and a long, curled pink tail. Oddly, his ears resemble those of a rabbit more closely than a rat's. Sometimes, when he appears, he will stare at the camera but will not turn his head more than physically possible. The same will happen with the hire.

Background Little is known about Ratthew's background. Based on dialogue with Ron from Accounting, it is known that Ratthew once entered Ron's office. According to Ron, he chewed through reports of an experiment that Ron was not supposed to see.[1] Additionally, Ratthew is also mentioned by Ron when he complains to Dr. Harlow about him repeatedly breaking into his office and expresses his worries about him potentially stealing important paperwork via the hospital's vents.[2]

During his first interaction with the hure, Ratthew explains that being small has its advantages, as he hears and sees things others do not. According to him, this makes being small a dangerous job. At this point, his identity is marked as "???", as the player does not yet know his name.[3] The next time Ratthew visits the hospital, he tells the hire that he thinks they are a good person. Trusting them enough, he reveals his name and advises the hire against trusting anyone in the hospital.

During the fourth encounter, Ratthew tells the hire that he is starting to like them. He explains that many people believe he is an anomaly, and expresses his sadness about being treated that way. He expresses gratitude that the player treats him like anyone else.

Ratthew later returns and tells the hire that he needs to disappear for a while because the Animal Corporation is after him, but that he wanted to speak with the hire first. This may explain why he was chewing through experiment reports in Ron's office; it suggests that Ratthew knows the corporation's secrets, and that the corporation does not want him revealing them.

After this conversation, Ratthew speaks with the hire in the Reception Office. He reveals that he once had a twin sister named Rattina, whom he says was the smart one in the family. She worked for Animal Corporation before mysteriously disappearing without a trace. Ratthew explains that he has been searching for her ever since. Before leaving, he gives the hire a key and a note. After this, he does not appear again.

If the player removes the cat poster in Room 5, they will discover a Vault hidden behind it. Using the key Ratthew gave them unlocks the vault, revealing a photo of Rattina, a suitcase labeled "TOP SECRET," and a note stating, "The experiment was a success, the 'Shadow' now sees everything."

The anomalies:

As the name suggests, anomalies are animals with one or more abnormal characteristics in their appearance. Anomalies are typically aggressive when hungry, and attack other animals with the intent of eating them. Patients that come to the hospital via ambulance are victims of anomaly attacks, which happen every five shifts, implying that anomaly attacks are common occurrences in the world.

Though most anomalies are hostile and attack indiscriminately, some anomalies do not harm the hires: Hollow Face anomalies only do death rituals on themselves, and the Head Banger will calm down if it is given coffee. Barney is another anomaly who does not attack the hire (though he is a known serial killer who has murdered others), and also likes coffee.

Dialogue from multiple characters indicates that anomalies are caused by infections as a result of experimentation done by the Animal Corporation. Experiments and testing are done on hospital patients, and a patient will undergo a gradual transformation process as they visit the hospital multiple times across weeks. The corporation keeps all this information highly confidential. One of their news reporters, Liz, was fired for reporting "fake news" on the anomalies, when in actuality she had gotten too close to the truth. Dr. Harlow says that the Animal Corporation's research will "change the lives of all the animals" for the better, though he does not specify what exactly this entails, or if the research is developing a cure for the anomaly infection.

Types of Anomalies Most of the time after an anomaly is treated it will say "I'm hungry..." and may attack another patient or a hire while leaving. Some may just walk out as if they were a normal patient, start a ritual or get tentacles growing out their stomach (room 8 exclusive.)

Appearance Anomalies These anomalies can be identified visually without using any equipment. All anomalies related to appearance can also be seen through the photo and security camera, but their use isn't required for identification.

Letting appearance anomalies check in will typically result in death rituals, monsters emerging, or the anomaly turning into a Mimic.

Unnatural Facial Appearance There are four variants of anomalies with the unnatural facial appearance symptom. The patient will lose their real face and will constantly stare at the hire as they move. All four variants also cause the patient to have a low and heavily distorted voice.

Anomaly Type:

Description:

Smiling with Creepy eyes: This anomaly features large eyes, black pupils, and prominent under-eye bags, paired with a large, seemingly drawn-on smile. If tased, the smile will disappear.

Three eyes anomaly: This anomaly features three slightly off-center glowing red eyes which replace the patient's eyes. Sometimes, the patient's actual eyes will still be visible beneath the anomalous eyes. This happens mostly during the Ambulance event or when the patient is on fire.

Hollow Face: This anomaly features dark, hollow eyes and will always be seen twitching with a hunched posture. Although an anomaly, they are not always hostile. During their recovery stage, they are guaranteed to do a Death Ritual, so it is best to stay in the room with one. You can use IV Drops, Eye Drops or coffee to put out the candles without losing sanity. The Head Banger also has this feature.

Twitching: The patient exhibits twitching in their arms, head, and neck. Their back will also appear hunched. While this feature can sometimes appear without the use of equipment, at other times, this anomaly can only be seen through security cameras, whether they are disguised as a Mimic, an Anomaly, or neither (see Security Camera Anomalies below). This anomaly also has a chance to not attack the player and instead walk out of the hospital like a normal patient.

Mimic skinwalker anomalies:

Alias: Skinwalker Shapeshifter

Details: Method of attack Targets the nearest patient or player

Damage: -15 sanity when attacked, -6 sanity about every half of a second

Weakness: Taser X-Taser Gun Fighting it manually Bed Monster

Appears in: Rooms 1-8, reception

The Mimic, also known as the Skinwalker or Shapeshifter, is an enemy in Animal Hospital. It is a dangerous anomaly that disguises itself as a normal patient to enter the Animal Hospital.

Appearance Mimics vary in appearance but will always have sharp teeth and a gaping mouth with a bit of what seems to be slime in it. It will disguise itself as a normal patient in order to get into the hospital.

Behavior Mimics often show no signs of infection when admitted to the Animal Hospital. Instead, they become hostile after being admitted, while being given treatment, while recovering, or when given Maple Syrup, Organ, Transplant, or Cough Syrup as treatment. Before transforming, they will say, "I'm hungry…", then let out a loud growl and transform into a Mimic. Once transformed, they will crawl or stagger toward the nearest hire or patient with their mouth wide open, including patients sitting in the Waiting Area.

If a Mimic attacks a patient, it triggers an emergency in which the player must knock out the Mimic. Successfully completing the emergency causes the rescued patient to panic and flee the hospital. Failing the emergency results in a recorded animal death.

If a Mimic attacks a hire, they must hit the Mimic's pressure points and escape at the cost of losing Sanity.

When defeated, a Mimic collapses to the ground with its mouth wide open. Shortly afterward, it reverts to the appearance of a normal patient before walking or running out of the hospital in fear. Likewise, killing an anomaly by giving it the wrong treatment causes it to transform into a Mimic upon death, though this does not increase the Animal Deaths counter.

Shooting or tasing most anomalies will result in them falling to the ground and appearing as a Mimic.

Strategies The best way to get rid of Mimics is to use either the Gun or Taser on them. The gun will take one shot to stop the Mimic. They are slower than the player in speed, so going to the Reception office to grab the taser is possible. Due to the fact that they make the hires Sanity deplete fast if attacked, it is advised to be quick about getting rid of them. Hires can lead a Mimic to a patient/visitor. After knocking out the Mimic with either a gun, taser, or by hand, both the Mimic and the patient will flee from the hospital. Important: if the patient is an anomaly, they will become a mimic after being saved (unknown consequences for anomalies that only cause Death Ritual/Tentacles, needs testing), so only use this method on guaranteed non-anomalies. By doing this, you can get through Shifts faster by treating less patients. You must be prepared to knock out the Mimic as fast as possible, as it can kill its targeted patient in less than 20 seconds. Note that this method will result in receiving less Money and Animal Coins at the end of the shift. A player can fight a Mimic by hand if no weapon is available. Multiple players can attack the same Mimic, allowing it to be defeated more quickly. However, fighting a Mimic rapidly drains the Sanity of the hire it is attacking, so this should only be used as a last resort. Since only the targeted hire loses Sanity, it is recommended that nearby players intervene to help defeat the Mimic as quickly as possible. A Mimic might say "I'm hungry..." right after one treatment, get off the bed, and then attack you. It is recommended to observe the patient outside for a minute right after treatment. Mimics can't faint, so another strategy to tell a Mimic from a normal animal is to leave a square of fire in the patient's path to the bed in a treatment room. If the patient faints, it's an animal. If not, it's a Mimic (note that Ratthew and Ron can't faint either, but they're both guaranteed to not be anomalies, and during the Ambulance arrivals, some normal patients still won't faint). Shifts don't end if a Mimic is present, even if every other room is empty and the Mimic still looks like a Patient. Therefore, if you finished treating all the patients and the checklist for the end of the shift doesn't appear, at least 1 of the patients is a Mimic. At the reception office, if left unnoticed when checking the CCTV cameras or the photo taken, you can get inside the patient/visitor's model to check if it was a Mimic or not. When there is a mouth model inside it, they're going to be a Mimic.

Barney:

Pronouns: He/Him

Species: Rabbit

Occupation: Serial Killer

Appearance: Barney appears as a white-furred rabbitoid creature with narrow black eyes and a thick mustache. He wears a burlap brown beret, along with plaid brown pants. His Anomaly form has a large sharp-toothed mouth, as well as wide, hollow pitch-black eyes with small white pupils. He also brandishes the Scalpel given to him by the hire.

Background Little is known about Barney's background, other than the fact that Barney is an anomaly and a dangerous serial killer that has presumably been on the run. He also appears to have a strong affinity for Coffee.

In Barney's first interaction with the player, he asks for coffee under the reasoning that he has had a long day. If you reject Barney by closing the Shutters on him, or if you do not give him coffee after two minutes, he will threaten you, saying "You better watch out, I don't like being refused." Despite his threats, he never commits to them, instead simply not returning if turned down.

The next time he comes into the hospital (if you cater to his request the first time around), he asks for coffee again.

In the next interaction, he asks the player to keep his heavy, burgundy briefcase safe, and the player keeps it under their desk for the time being if they take on the favor. On the third interaction, Barney will ask for another coffee and then subsequently request the player to take a picture of him. It is currently unknown why Barney asks for this picture, but it is the first time the player sees Barney's anomalous form.

After the previous interaction, Barney ask for yet another Coffee. After you give him the coffee, Barney will ask for a Scalpel.

Barney then asks for another coffee, and soon after asks the hire to hide him. With the police tracking Barney down, he was left with few options and was forced to ask the hite for help. This gives the hire the choice of allowing him to hide inside the Reception Office or closing the shutter on him until he leaves. Turning down Barney during previous visits has no effect on this interaction, as he will still ask the hire to hide him regardless. If you hide Barney without turning him in to Officer Duckman —who visits and promptly asks if the hire's seen him anywhere— he will reward you with an extra coffee machine.

Personality: Barney initially comes across as courteous, mannered, kind, and respectful in his early interactions. Every time he receives help from or his favors are fulfilled by the player, he either thanks you or compliments the player in some generous way (ex: "You are the best..."). Almost every message from Barney includes him calling the hire a friend. Despite this, he uses the hire as much as possible and exploits them to give him what he wants, especially coffee, and frankly appears as very demanding and manipulative—a side that rears its head when he's denied—as he gets upset and even makes threats if the hire refuses to give him what he asks for. He is heavily dependent on the player for favors.

Once Officer Duckman arrives at the hospital after Barney asks you for help, his appearance changes. If the player speaks to him, he tells the player that "friends do not turn each other to the police…" and even says "If you speak, I will kill you, friend…". This shows a darker ruthlessness. He's quite sadistic, considering he's a serial killer, and has no issue killing or violently blackmailing under the threat of murder if he needs to.

The medical rooms and emergency wing rooms:

Emergency wing rooms:

Room 6 Room 7 Room 8

Aliases: Emergency Rooms Patient Rooms

Location: Animal Hospital Employees: The hire(s)

Visitors: Patients Anomalies (if permitted into the hospital)

The Emergency Wing is a wing in the Animal Hospital. Located on the left side of the hospital, the wing's entrance is adjacent to the reception office. It has three rooms, labeled 6–8, which require more work to diagnose Patients.

Appearance:

Room 6, also known as the X-Ray Room, requires the player to complete a "copy the sequence" minigame in order to diagnose the patient. The player must correctly repeat a sequence of colored buttons. If an incorrect sequence is entered, a new sequence is generated and the player must try again. It doesn't matter how much times the player fails. The sequence must have always 4 random colored buttons highlighted.

The room can be divided into three sections:

Entrance The entrance is a small room with walls similar to those in the Emergency Wing. The right wall has three chairs, while the front wall has a counter with two overhead cabinets. A doorway on the left wall, marked with an "X-RAY" sign, leads into the operating room.

Operating Room The operating room is a medium-sized room with a "6" sign on the left wall. The front wall has a large monitor above a counter with a printer and a computer. On the right wall is a control panel with six black buttons connected to colored wires: red, green, blue, orange, pink, and cyan, with a monitor positioned in the center. The back wall displays a warning sign reading, "DANGER: HIGH VOLTAGE INSIDE – DO NOT OPEN."

X-Ray Room The X-Ray Room is a very small room containing an overhead laser panel and two surgical lights. The laser panel changes color based on the final color selected during the minigame. Instead of examining DNA, the machine scans the patient using X-rays before displaying the results. Despite using an X-ray scan, the possible diagnoses and treatments are the same as those in the other rooms.

Appearance The left side has two folding chairs, Room 7, the syrup treatments, a green recycling trash can, and the medical Treatments, while Room 8 is located on the front wall. The right side has the hydration treatments, anti-inflammatory treatments, integumentary remedies, Room 6, and two additional folding chairs.

The laser panel changes color based on the final color selected during the scan. Instead of examining DNA, the machine scans the patient using X-rays before displaying the results. Despite using an X-ray scan, the possible diagnoses and treatments are the same as those in the other rooms.

Room 7, also known as the Heart Scan Room, requires the player to complete a heartbeat monitoring to diagnose the patient. During the monitoring, the player must tap the icons that pop up on the screen to finish the scan. Successfully completing the monitoring reveals the patient's diagnosis. If you press the skull button too many times and it reaches below 0%, the patient dies.

This room can be divided into two sections:

Entrance The entrance has the same layout as Room 6, but mirrored. A poster featuring a worker cat on the wall reads “WASH YOUR HANDS”, and the doorway is marked with a “CARDIO” sign instead of “X-RAY.”

Main Room The first half of the room contains a console-like machine, a “7” sign, and a counter with a computer, printer, and overhead cabinets. Closeable curtains separate this area from the second half of the room.

The second half contains a hospital bed with a large monitor mounted above it, an IV stand beside the bed with one bag partially filled, and a heart monitor positioned on the opposite side. A generator-like machine is located on the right wall, likely powering the monitoring equipment or other machinery in the room. Two surgical lights are installed above the bed.

Room 8, also known as the Surgery Room:

This room can be divided into two sections:

Entrance The first half of the room contains a counter along the left wall with a computer, printer, and overhead cabinets. The right wall has three chairs and a "SURGERY" sign, with a recycling bin placed next to the counter.

Surgery Room The second half of the room contains a surgery bed in the center with two surgical lights mounted above it. Beneath the bed is a large stain. Counters are positioned along the left, right, and back walls, each spawning a randomized arrangement of nine items: Antibiotics, Medicine, IV Drops, Organ, Transplant, Medkit, Scalpel, Scissors, and Bandages.

Unlike the other examination rooms, the Surgery Room features five exclusive treatments, with that being the Transplant, Organ, Scalpel, Scissors, and Antibiotics.

Appearance The left wall has two folding chairs, Room 1, the hydration treatments, anti-inflammatory treatments, integumentary remedies, and Room 3. On the front wall, there is a green recycling bin next to Room 5. The right wall has Room 4, the syrup treatments, a green recycling bin, the medical treatments, Room 2, and two more folding chairs. There are two lights in this wing

Room 1 is located close to the intersection, on the left side.

Room 1 has a window with closed blue curtains on the right wall. The front wall has a heart monitor and a "YOUR HEALTH IS IMPORTANT TO US" poster featuring a cat, with additional text reading "STAY HEALTHY, STAY SAFE." Below them is a counter with a DNA Analyzer, a computer, and overhead cabinets. On the left wall is a bed with an IV stand and a small nightstand holding a box of gloves. A large monitor is mounted above the bed. There is one ceiling light in this room.

Room 2 is located close to the intersection, on the right side.

In Room 2, the heart monitor is moved next to the counter, while its original position is replaced with three black chairs. The poster features a doctor cat with the text "We trust our professionals." A cup holding three pens is placed next to the computer, and the IV stand is positioned slightly farther from the bed. The box of gloves has also been removed.

Room 3 is located further away from the intersection, on the left side.

In Room 3, the chairs are replaced with a three-drawer filing cabinet. Small potted plants are placed on top of both the filing cabinet and the nightstand. The IV stand is positioned close to the bed.

Room 4 is located further away from the intersection, on the right side

In Room 4, the heart monitor is placed next to the nightstand, while the filing cabinet is replaced with a privacy divider. The IV stand is positioned farther away from the bed.

Room 5 is located at the very end of the wing.

Room 5 is distinguished by its dirty walls. The IV stand is positioned the same as in Room 1. The poster features a cat wearing a hazmat suit with the text "Feeling unwell? We are on it." The chairs have also been removed. If the poster is removed, a hidden safe can be found behind it, which can only be unlocked using a key obtained from Ratthew.
